Restaurant seemed understaffed- our waiter was either new or not very interested in checking in. Service is such a key aspect to a restaurant, and unfortunately the service was less than desired. Hopefully management corrects but it'll probably be some time before we return .
Both food and service were greatly improved from my last visit. Prime Rib was excellent as well as the potatoes and salad. No complaints!
We had the prime rib special dinner and it was excellent. Delicious! Wait staff is always very attentive. We love Paul Martins and eat there 2-3 times each month. Just wish they offered a moscato wine .

We had a party of 5. Out of the five entree’s, 3 of them were not cooked correctly. One filet mignon was supposed to be med rare, but was well done. We returned it. The salmon entree was rare in the inside and not through, and my blackened halibut was over cooked, dry and not flakey. We didn’t want to send these two dishes back as well. We just decided not to eat them. The other two dishes were fine, but based on the prices you would think what was coming out of the kitchen would be checked and cooked correctly. Very disappointing.

Maybe because they are just reopening but service was very very slow. We were forgotten and my wife’s fish was under cooked. It has never been like this in our past experience.

Tara did a nice job servicing the table. The appetizer shirt ribs were great. The Grilled Salmon Salad was just right, Three of our part had never been to Paul Martin's before. Their first experience. They will be returning to try additional items on the menu.

Paul Martin's is one of our favorite restaurants and we're so happy that they are now reopened. The food was delicious. I had hanger steak, perfectly cooked and my colleague had the pasta with shrimp which she said was perfect.
We treated ourselves to a piece of their chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Winner!!!

waited 15 minutes after our reservation for seating, asked three times for heat lamp and each person said let me tell someone ... no i w ever came back. had to ask for bread three times only to have it arrive after entrees. second drink didn’t arrive till entrees sone as well. steak entree with very few pieces if meat is $37 ... not a good value.
WE HAD A RESERVATION AND STILL WAITED 20 MINUTES. IT SEESM THERE WERE NO TABLES CLEANERS AND THE MANAGER FINALLY STARTED CLEANING TABLES. THE FRONT DOOR PILED UP WITH PEOPLE WHO HAD RESERVATIONS BUT COULDN'T GET A TABLE. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT PRICEY. MY WIFE DIDN'T EAT OR HAVE A DRINK AND THE BILL WITH TIP WAS $120 FOR ONE PERSON. I HAD THE SPECIAL HALIBUT. IT WAS GOOD BUT NOT GREAT. WAITRESS WAS EXCELLENT. MARTINI GLASS WAS HALF FULL AND I NOTICED AT THE OTHER TABLES THEY WERE HALF FULL AS WELL.
Food was good, patio is super noisy due to Westlake and TO Blvd surrounding the restaurant. So in these days of patio dining it might not be my first choice again. Will likely wait until comfortable dining inside again.

Great meal, great service...dined at this location many times...just one thing they need to fix. The Patio seating used to have a very nice plastic enclosure...now missing. They need to replace it asap, for windy days and a shade for when the heat of summer hits. Otherwise, still great food!

Went there for Easter brunch and it was very disappointing I will never go back again for any sort of brunch there.
You were supposed to be able to choose from a brunch entrée and one of their special brunch cocktails one of which was a bloody Mary which is standard and you would think that they would’ve stocked up on tomato juice serving at for a brunch for god sake‘s but apparently by 1 PM they ran out of tomato juice and could no longer make bloody Mary’s which was part of what I would be paying for in the pre-fixed menu
The food was extremely mediocre -I think they should stick to dinners.. there was no sort of breakfast breads like croissants or muffins and after running out of bloody Mary’s which I saw being served across for me but apparently they couldn’t find one more to make I guess..
The whole thing was pretty terrible and way overpriced especially when you can’t even order the drink that you want and you’re forced to get a typical lame mimosa to replace a huge bloody Mary -seriously?

The prefix menu for Easter was a bit pricey. Braised short rib entrée that I ordered was mostly chunks of fat
Fabulous Brunch! The omelette dish I got was super and the cocktails amazing. Seemed like everything was really significantly tastier than we last remember. Also, service was perfection.

Lovely restaurant in Westlake village. They had plenty of Covic precautions in place for our first time eating inside a restaurant in Apriil 2021. There was nice ambient lighting inside. The food was delicious, but overpriced. The service was excellent.

Hoenstly - this place is a 10. I happened to go here twice in one week and both times it was amazing. The food was SO delicious, well presented, hot and all served at the same time (even with a table of 6). The hosts and waiters are TOP notch.
