It’s too noisy with the music. It’s already loud in the restaurant and very difficult to chat with your dining companions.

Very disappointing business dinner. Artichoke spinach dip was drippy and should have been cooked to remove the liquid. Both ordered fish dishes which were pan seared and overcooked. Surly service. Overpriced food establishment and poor quality of product and service. You are paying for the mall location and nothing more. Recommendation: Come here for drinks but avoid otherwise.

Went for Easter and treated my Mom and sister. The food quality has gone down. Potatoes were soggy and not made fresh, crab & shrimp omelette had a pinch of crab and shrimp dis not look freshly cooked either. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was completely dry also was not cooked fresh. Our sever was nice but the energy in the whole restaurant you can tell all the servers were stressed. Was told about the chef's special dessert only to find out that they were sold out after ordering. This restaurant used to be a favorite to go to for special occasions and food prepared so well. It's definitely gone down. I did report our issues to the manager, and it just seemed that they were quick to ask me what it would take to make it better, I can tell they were waiting for me to ask to adjust the bill which I'm sure is the go to resolution. It just seemed also insincere. I told the manager I was not looking for any adjustment, but to give my honest opinion in hopes that it would actually help to improve. After all of that, they did adjust one free cocktail, and gave to $10 off coupons on the next visit which I thought was insulting. Despite the fact that I was not looking for a free meal, I think the manager should've really done more, especially letting her know that our entire experience with all three of our entrées was not acceptable . this place was my go to place for anytime. I felt like having a good meal and a good restaurant, but I can't say that I'll be going back anytime soon.

The staff was friendly. The food was so-so. I had the Paul’s Omlette for brunch and it came out to the table cold. I didn’t have utensils either so I had to ask for that. Overall, the prix-fixe brunch wasn’t with the $40 per person. It was good to try the restaurant once but it’s not at must-visit-again level for me.
