The food, drinks and service have been excellent every time I have visited.
Everything from ambiance, server and food was excellent!
Great evening celebrating girlfriends birthday! Paul Martin’s is her favorite place in town. Never disappoints!
service was amazing! Food was delicious and atmosphere was really great!
Normally fantastic but service was off this time. Will go back as I hope this was an anomaly.
Still one of our favorite places to eat in Roseville. Never disappoints.
We enjoyed our fish tacos, but without or $20. Open Table certificates, it would have been a very expensive lunch for what we got.
I had been to the restaurant several times. I took my spouse & he enjoyed it. The food & service was super! The waiter is an important person who sets the stage of a great experience!
Everything was fresh, tasty & sufficient portions.
We had a fantastic time. Perfect table, delicious food and our waitress was amazing. We truly felt special and had a perfect birthday celebration
Big disappointment with noisy environment even I asked for quiet area. Service was extremely slow. Waiter was prejudice and didn’t even considered giving me menu knowing I came together with my husband celebrating his birthday. He gave us a poor printing receipt until I asked my daughter-in-law to read for me. He saw it and then took it back from her thinking she was paying and then gave her a good print with discount. I knew I was treated differently as I was the only minority at the table. They didn’t comply to my request for a quiet area but didn’t bother to apologize. With the slow service and waiter attitude, I doubted that I would go back there again. Dinner took almost 2 hours to finish; totally not acceptable.
Our waiter Peter was excellent! Attentive and had a great upbeat personality!
The service was poor. I don’t mean slow but poor as our drinks were generally empty. The waiter didn’t have any recommendations and generally paid us little attention. My wife’s steak was undercooked after specifically asking for it to be cooked well done with no pink. Overall not worth the money. There are several restaurants in that price range that have better food and service.
Dinner was great. Celebrated our Sons Birthday . Plenty of variation in meals to satisfy everyone !
The steelhead salmon was delicious!
Great place for lunch. French dip sandwich is always very good, fries thin and crisp. Burgers also excellent.
First visit. Disappointed in the steak salad as well as value
Service was the best. Food was delicious. Go for the pork chop. A new favorite.
My husbands Birthday and we had reservations at House of Oliver for wine and some snacks. When we arrived there was a party for the owner’s Birthday going in and we were told they had no room for us despite being executive members and having a reservation. I was panicked and looked quickly for a table elsewhere. Paul Martin came through as our hero.
We got a lovely booth table, delicious ribs for my husband and short ribs for me. Our waiter Matt was very attentive and service was perfect. He even guessed the coffee wasn’t hot enough and brought me a fresh cup. Top it off with a death my chocolate dessert for my husband (on the house) for his Birthday and the evening turned out great. Thank you Paul Martin.
Tiffany was outstanding as usual
My husband and I took my in laws for their 53rd wedding anniversary. As per every time we've visited Paul Martin's, the service and food were excellent! No complaints what so ever! My in-laws loved it too!
Food and service was outstanding. Jennifer was great
We enjoyed the steelhead trout cooked on a cedar plank with mushrooms and spinach. It was a little noisy as a large group were having a great time having dinner and drinking. Overall, this is one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate our anniversary.
Ribeye steak was gressily and very tough as well as lots of fat.
Great food and I’ve eaten there many times. Unfortunately our service was ver slow on this particular day.
Our first time at Paul Martin’s. Dining experience was fantastic. Our waiter was excellent. Very professional, friendly knowledgeable. Great service. The meals were prepared superbly with wonderful flavor. We will definitely return.
Food was wonderful. We had the Sunday prime-rib special, and the steak Cobb salad which was amazing. We ended the night with the campfire sundae. There is a little kick to the candied walnuts and it is just delicious. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since we went.
Limited, but good... Sunday prime rib excellent, great martinis. Always busy, we try to get a quiet table, or booth... we are usually with another couple for visiting. Everyone enjoys it.
Our waiter, Johnny, did an incredible job! Everything thing was wonderful and we loved every bit of our dinner!
The food was good. The service was ok. Nice guy but it would've been nice to hear about the specials that we heard from the table next to us. We got sat 30 minutes after our reservation which is a little unacceptable to seat a deuce. Seems to be a common trend to get sat late; many people were waiting. The restaurant seemed to open up after 8:30 so if you don't want to wait, maybe dine a little later.
Great food and waitress was above average, speciality drink was good.. Had a 6:30pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 7pm. They didn’t care to follow up and apologize or offer to comp us an Hors d’oeuvre then just didn’t nothing, kinda felt they were stuck up because they had a packed restaurant. Not sure if I’ll go back even though they have the best short rib I’ve ever had.
Been here about 4 times before and the short ribs have been gradually declining in quality. The first time I ordered it you could cut it with a fork and tasted fantastic but now it’s just dry, fatty, and disappointing.
Experience was great. The wait wasn’t too bad, and our server was great!
Always good. Short rib tasted a little like yesterday’s. New menu is pricey, can’t come as often as we would like. Everything else was perfect.
Happy hour menu is excellent lots of choices. Ribs are the best and Tator tots. Try the lemon drop martini it’s the best. Dinner menu has changed not a fan of the skrit steak seems salty. Need more seating in bar, don’t really like having to sit with other people very noisy. Service is bar very slow they need to hire more people. Best thing they let us order happy hour at our dinner table loved it!!
We had reservations and went there for happy hour. When I called, they said we can order from the HH menu even from the regular dining area. We asked about the hh menu and our waiter said it’s only at the bar. We saw another table close by with a hh menu so we asked again about hh. He changed his answer and said he’s out of menus. He then said it looks like they’re done, and said for us to ask the other table for the menu. Could it be just me? My thoughts are that it’s his job to ask. I’ve been to other establishments and they did. We’ve been here several times in the past and this has been the worst experience here by far. The wait staff was rude and inattentive
The Stake and bacon tacos are 💰💰💰
The hangar steak was plenteous and tender. Mashed potatoes were excellent. Service was better than other comparable establishments. Very thoughtful and caring as well as timely.
Their Monday night special of Wine and Dine is a great deal. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Paul Martin's.
Not as good as it used to be, other paces are just as good, maybe even better.
Food was great--crab cake Delicious--pure crab no filler. Salads are always great--very fresh produce. Our waiter Kevin was exceptional--very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
