Food is good We did expect a higher quality in service. If your waitress can’t do the simple task of making sure your water is filled without me saying anything you have failed. We spent nearly 200$ on dinner and I only tipped $10 because of how bad the service was. I should’ve tipped $1 to make a statement. When I pay that much on dinner I expect a high quality service.

My hubby had the brick chicken it was so fatty he was not happy ! I had halibut it was so dry and the sauce on the asparagus, it was like mayonnaise it was gross. We ordered biscuits as an appetizer. Those were so bland, had no flavor. I don’t think they added salt to the batter. All in all it was a way over priced meal, not worth the value whatsoever.

Had to send calamari back. It was over cooked and rubbey. Then my filet mignon came out ovet cooked, By the time they brought me back a new one, my entire family was done eating.... no compensation on the check, no apology from management. I will not be going back there.

Overall, a very mediocre experience, especially at the price point. Walked in at 7:05 on a Sunday night. There were two hosts at the stand that didn’t acknowledge us for at least 3 minutes, even when one was standing there looking at her tablet. After being seated in a less than half full restaurant, it took more than ten minutes for a waiter to visit us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and the waiter said she would be back with water. Another worker dropped off the drinks and appetizer, and we had to remind her about the water when she took our dinner order. The food was fine, to be expected at the price point. After that, it took a long time to get our dessert and then our bill after that. We will not be returning.

We celebrated our anniversary at Paul Martins. I had a reservation and was greeted and seated right away. We got our drinks quickly with a beautiful presentation. I had the fried Chicken special and it was so delicious and so much food I couldn’t finish it. The corn elote was amazing so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to go back!🫶🥳

Been here many times. Ordered the Halibut and although a big portion, was rather bland. Was hoping for more flavor. The others enjoyed their salmon tacos, filet, and fried chicken. Waiter was great.

The host was wonderful, he did an outstanding job. The service lacked a lot, at best, it was minimal. Seemed to have a hard time tracking down help and service. I got the feeling sometimes we were in the way of other things. The food was delicious for two of us, and not so for the other two. One dinner was too spicy for her. For the other, the meat was overdone and tough. The spicy one they comped and fixed something else for her. The other one did not want to cause any problems. I did check the chicken parmesan. Spicy was not mentioned. I have been going to your restaurant since you opened, I was never unhappy with service or food.
