The staff was very welcoming and friendly, loved the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
Food was very delicious and came quick!
Friendly service and attentive with guests! Tasty food with a variety of selection!! Overall a FABULOUS experience!!!
I ordered the New York Strip medium rare. It came with three slices of sweet potato and fresh arugula. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, so much so that it practically melted in my mouth! Love how the plate wasn’t overwhelmed with the other sides, which created an opportunity to really enjoy the main course without being uncomfortably full or tired.
Celebrated our wedding anniversary last weekend and food and service were great! Never disappointing
This review is way overdue. I visit this restaurant on weekdays and weekends when I need a place to finish up some work. I've been to several Paul Martin's locations but the Rancho Cucamonga is my favorite. I have tried many of their appetizers and entrees and my favorites are the salt and pepper shrimp and crab cake for an appetizer and the butter lettuce salad and warm quinoa salad for an entree. I have tried the tortilla soup and it's not at the top of my list of favorites; could use improvement.
The cocktail menu is great although I prefer wine so I tend to bring my own bottle or order what's available by the glass. I am a Rombauer member and I love to have this wherever I go but there is no half bottle option.
The staff is efficient and personable. I've had different servers and they all do a magnificent job with checking in with customers, seating patrons and ensuring a great experience for all customers. Diana is the manager who always makes time to stop and chat with customers and listen to feedback. She does not hesitate to make the experience enjoyable. She remembers the regulars, such as myself, and puts forth the effort to connect on a personal level. Her leadership is noticeable and her staff operates like a well-oiled machine. Kudos to Diana!!
Lastly, I think it's important to mention that the playlist is rocking! I absolutely love the playlist! You will hear grunge, metal, oldies, R&B and classic rock at a low enough volume to carry on with conversation at the table.
Food was very good, service was good. One table had a bit to much to drink and were very loud which spoiled the experience.
Too large a bar area making for too much noise for dining conversation.
Went to Paul Martin's to celebrate Mother's Day. We were greeted and seated in a very timely manner. The waiter was friendly and made great suggestions for food choices. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Food and service always exceeds expectations. One of my favorite dining establishments.
The experience was good. I was hoping for better seating, based on requests, but overall, I was content.
Food was good. Main course was excellent. Wasn’t really impressed with the salad or desert, especially for the price point.
Exquisite culinary experience as usual!
As always the best service the food was outstanding the wait time was a breeze for Mother’s Day as always very satisfied
My wife ordered hash tacos however there was hardly any meat and more potatoes in the tacos. Was not a good day on mother’s day. We will not get these items instead go with the regular menu not the brunch.
We went to Paul Martin for Mother’s Day Brunch with my family of five. The brunch menus were fantastic and tasty. The service was exceptional. It The food was deliciously yummy. We were very happy with everything
Great service as always , they make you feel appreciated
Outstanding service. Seated promptly and never had to wait for anything. Alexis H was a tremendous server who made great suggestions and was very attentive. The manager, Diana, was also fantastic. Made sure we had whatever we needed and constantly checked on us to make sure all was good. Definitely our new go to restaurant!
My wife and I had a lovely evening at Paul Martin's. The food although somewhat pricey, was excellent and in comparison to similar restaurants, rates very well, and the taste and presentation were excellent. Wonderful fish and New York steak. Our waiter David was first rate and very attentive, and Diana Nguyen, the guest services manager could not have been more thoughtful. I would highly recommend this location for really good food, and the restaurant's location is very close to parking.
The service excellent. Our waiters name was Cory and he was very professional and attentive. He did an excellent job. Our visit was excellent because of the service. The salt and pepper shrimp is my favorite. The wine was excellent.
Beautiful quite place great selection of wine! Food was ok nothing special but great for a special occasion!
We went for a special occasion. Paul Martin is a very nice and fancy place to have a perfect date night. The waiters Ofcourse very nice and gave much space only asked 1 or twice if everything was okay. Food was good I can say it is good I wouldn’t go as far and say amazing. I feel the price for the meals was a bit over priced for just a good meal. Ended up spending $ 130 for two meals and two glasses of wine. Not including tip.
We mentioned it was our anniversary in the reservation, but nothing. My food was great. My husband ‘s was well done instead of medium
We had great service the first half of our meal, but then the waiter just disappeared as he was set with two large tables. When the $600 bill came, it was hard to decide what to do on tipping as the service at the start of the meal was impeccable, but we waited so long on cutlery after our meals arrived that it was cold by the time we were able to eat. We sat for 30-minutes waiting on the check. I feel the issue was poor management vs poor service, so I still have the chap 20%; but management needs to fix the issue and properly staff the restaurant with wait staff.
It was my wife’s birthday and she picked this restaurant. I booked on open table with the side note it was her birthday. We were seated outside in a two person table in the middle of two large parties in the walk way of the patio area. I was hoping for a more romantic dinner instead of being placed in the middle of the patio with waiters consistently bumping into my chair when walking by. Nothing was ever said about her special day or even given a more personal area outside. The salmon was tasty with no complaints on the food.
Our server Wyatt was great. Suggested an excellent wine. Was very attentive
PMs is very good enjoyable and relaxing
My family loves this place
My husband had just returned from a deployment and this was the one restaurant he wanted to go to. Our waiter Wyatt was awesome and super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu!
We had a great time. Service was excellent. Food was delicious and timely. We plan to visit again.
You have me as a no show but we did go and had dinner. One in the party was late so we were seated later.
Good food and great service
We really enjoyed all of our meals and the Butter Cake dessert was amazing. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful.
Made a res for Easter brunch. Seated at the worst table possible right next to the waiter station. Was ready to complain when a manager asked me
If I wanted to move to a booth. I moved - good. Had a couple drinks, a bowl of soup and then the entree was delivered cold. Not warm. Not lukewarm. Cold. Cold cold. Told the waiter, another manager came by and took it away. I asked about my brunch partners food and he offered to take that away as well. Hot food came back in record time. Hello Microwave. I said thank you. Manager replied with a “Yep” and “uh huh”. Mother must be proud.
We had Easter brunch here and it was great. Everyone there was friendly and the food... We will definitely be back.
Celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect from food to the Margaritas 😉
Awesome in every way
Our son and daughter have a peanut and treenut allergy. We ordered artichoke dip, wonder if that has tree nuts? Our son had a severe allergic reaction a couple hours later
Food was excellent and our waiter Wyatt was charming and attentive.
Excellent place for a romantic date with your significant other. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there for the last three years.
Great food and service was excellent got to try it
We had a party of eight enjoying a family birthday celebration dinner this evening at Paul Martin’s Rancho Cucamonga. We had the private dining room which made it an even more enjoyable evening.
We had a variety of the dinner entrées and desserts and all were delicious. There was a slight mixup on one entrée order but they quickly made it right and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay.
A special shout out to Diana, the manager, who was friendly and very helpful. Diana made sure everything was right and was very responsive to everyone’s needs. We also had the most wonderful wait staff, Jasmine and Fred. Jasmine and Fred were A+: the very best!
They were all fantastic, attentive and helped to make it a very special and nice evening.
I would highly recommend Paul Martin’s Rancho Cucamonga.
