   Awesome food, I had the braised short ribs & both my husband and son had the spicy red snapper with shrimp ALL out of this world fabulous flavor!!! We also ordered the calamari for our starter & it was crispy and came with two wonderful dipping sauces. Definitely worth coming again. Both the hostess & our server were very quick & most attentive!! Even the manager stopped by our table to ask if all was well. Who could ask for more. 100 stars in my book !!!

The restaurant has a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, making it suitable for both casual dinners and special occasions. The Alaskan halibut was expertly prepared. The fish was moist and flaky, with a delicate flavor that was enhanced by a subtle seasoning. It was served with seasonal vegetables that were cooked just right, maintaining a slight crispness. As for the cocktails, the bartender clearly knew their craft. The drinks were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, Paul Martin's provides a pleasant dining experience with quality food and drinks.    Very nice service and dining experience. The filet mignon was perfect. Family enjoyed the ribs and fries, along with the fish. A little chilly due to weather but overall enjoyed the evening.

   As a 20 plus year member of Open Table and a retired Chef, this was a very disappointing dining experience at Paul Martin's American Grill. We went for dinner on Easter Sunday and were presented with a very limited menu, which was very surprising for a major holiday. Our appetizers and salads were very good, but the Prime Rib Special was nothing resembling prime rib as it was no more than three quarter inch thick (I am being generous), and cooked well when I ordered medium-rare, and had zero, none, zilch, etc. taste. It looked like a very cheap cut of meat. My wife had the Short Ribs, as well as I to replace the terrible prime rib, that were very fatty. The manager on duty visited our table once to address our concerns with my prime rib and promised to return after our meal was finished, but she did not return and that made our evening even less satisfying.

   I ordered the steak cob salad. I asked for medium and received medium rare. The meat was tough and even with a steak knife, it was difficult to cut. As for the value of the meal, my husband and I have decided that we will not be going back. And we have eaten at Paul Martin many times in the last 8 years. Sadly, this time was expensive and I was not pleased with the meal. The positive was that our server was perfect.

   This was one of our favorite spots when it first opened. Unfortunately, the quality, value and experience has greatly declined over the years.
