Los fundadores del local, Brian Bennett y Paul Fleming, tenían la visión del restaurante que deseaban para su zona, un lugar que sirviese platos elaborados desde cero con ingredientes de la mejor calidad y preparados de forma sencilla y adecuada, todo ello a precios asequibles. A partir de este concepto y con estos valores aplicados a la cocina del restaurante, nació el Paul Martin's American Grill . Hoy en día su lema sigue siendo "delicioso y de temporada". The servers were very attentive and checked on us regularly. Drinks came rapidly as did the appetizer. The calamari appetizer was too bready and the calamari itself was tasteless. Although we asked for our main course to be served after we completed our salads, we had barely begun eating our salads when the hot food arrived. unless we sent the food back, which we chose not do, we had to start eating the main course if we wanted the food to remain hot/warm. Additionally, although we both ordered different kinds of meat, neither was up to our previous Paul Martin's experience. The brisket and steak were both tough. Not our best experience at Paul Martin's. Because all the food was served too quickly, we did not have a leisurely, fine dining experience.

We enjoy Paul Martin's Grill and the music, however, it is a little too loud and my purpose of going to dinner whether for business or with friends is to be able to have an enjoyable conversation with music in the background.

Great dinner for a party of 7. We we seated on the patio which was lovely on this beautiful Sunday evening. Our entrees included steak and frites, seafood pasta, hamburgers, chicken sandwich, mushroom soup, green salad and biscuits. Dessert was shared butter cake and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The service was outstanding. Our server was Sam and he was the absolute best! He was attentive , professional and timely! Sam helped to make it a very special and wonderful experience,

We had a great experience here for Mother’s Day. From the beautiful hostess that sat us to Johnathan who was our server it was a great dinner. My only issue’s were the deviled eggs were bland and they need sharper steak knives. Other than that everything was delicious.
