   Great dinner for a party of 7. We we seated on the patio which was lovely on this beautiful Sunday evening. Our entrees included steak and frites, seafood pasta, hamburgers, chicken sandwich, mushroom soup, green salad and biscuits. Dessert was shared butter cake and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The service was outstanding. Our server was Sam and he was the absolute best! He was attentive , professional and timely! Sam helped to make it a very special and wonderful experience,

   We had a great experience here for Mother’s Day. From the beautiful hostess that sat us to Johnathan who was our server it was a great dinner. My only issue’s were the deviled eggs were bland and they need sharper steak knives. Other than that everything was delicious.

   My experience was wonderful. We had Michele as our server and she was very courteous, accommodating and gracious, considering two members from our party were running late. The food was also great. I was very pleased overall with everything. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

   I made reservations well in advance for Mother’s Day, since my children live out of state, my dear husband wanted to make my Mother’s Day special. First of all while my husband was parking the hostess located my name on the registry, they seated me at a table on the patio on a day we had 98 degree weather, the hostess said, there were no tables inside for parties of two. I was very disappointed since it was our first time dining at Paul Martin’s and I had reservations. It was over warm out on the patio and the table was uneven rickety. My husband immediately went to the manager. We were escorted inside and seated at a nice table and we noticed there we other guest arriving two in a party being seated at nicer tables inside. Our waitress Wendy was extremely pleasant and attentive. We ordered drinks and a starter of butter chive biscuit’s which were slightly warm almost cold. My husband and I both ordered the rib eyes which came with mashed potatoes and we added two sides roasted cauliflower and green beens. I ordered my rib eye medium well and my husband ordered his well done. My husbands rib eye came not well done. When he cut into it one side was blood red and the other side was medium rare. The waitress was very apologetic as if she was the chef. He sent it back to be cooked more. When his plate was returned, again his rib eye was still not well done. The waitress again was mortified and embarrassed. This time a male manager came to our table regarding the situation and offered to have a brand new rib eye prepared.He gave an excuse that the cooking method resulted in the rib eye not well done.He offered my husband a salad or a soup while he waited on a new rib eye. My husband did not fill appreciated. The 3rd time my husbands rib eye was almost well done- he just dealt with it. Another manager named Yen came by our table to apologize and took 50% off his rib eye price. She also gave us a choice of a desert. We chose the chocolate cake which was very good.

   Although we enjoy Paul Martins, the quality of food and service has been poor the last 3-4 times. We continue to go with hopes that it returns to its 5 stars.

   This is one of our go-to spots. Never disappoints, today was slightly off. Not bad, but not the usual top notch experience we're used to. Service was great, the food was good. Could have been warmer, but not bad enough to let it affect the day. We will be back.

   We love going to Victoria Gardens location regularly... on the weekends it seems like the music is cranked up higher than normal. The music itself seems to harsh to the ears... I remember softer more relaxing music in the past. Just my observation from my last visit. The staff was outstanding and the food excellent as always.

    Awesome food, I had the braised short ribs & both my husband and son had the spicy red snapper with shrimp ALL out of this world fabulous flavor!!! We also ordered the calamari for our starter & it was crispy and came with two wonderful dipping sauces. Definitely worth coming again. Both the hostess & our server were very quick & most attentive!! Even the manager stopped by our table to ask if all was well. Who could ask for more. 100 stars in my book !!!
