De temporada y delicioso. Con Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett y el empresario de restaurantes Paul Fleming han cumplido el sueño mucho tiempo acariciado de crear el restaurante "que siempre hemos deseado tener en nuestra zona". La esencia de toda buena comida radica en el uso de ingredientes frescos de temporada de la zona. El objetivo del Paul Martin's es servir a los clientes los mejores ingredientes, como carne de animales criados de forma racional y saludable, productos frescos de la zona, los mejores pescados salvajes y de piscifactoría, quesos artesanales y embutidos de pequeños proveedores locales. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived so we were seated immediately upon checking in. Even though, we did have a reservation. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Our food was pretty good as well as the dessert. It was a bit more expensive than I would've liked but overall great night!

The meal was fantastic. Our server was perfect. It took about 50 minutes to get our meal due to a shift change (we didn’t appreciate that). However, we were given a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. That was the right thing to do.

We were there for my father’s birthday and it was his first time dining there. I’ve been several times and every single time it is an amazing experience!!

The experience started off shaky with the greeter, but the Guest Service Manager Oscar Torres stepped right up and made the rest of our experience at Paul Martin an A plus experience. Guest service makes a huge difference in any experience I just want to acknowledge him for his professionalism and good energy and making our dinning experience enjoyable.

I had previously gone to brunch here a number of years ago and was just OK for the price. So we were looking for a local place recently for Easter brunch and decided to go to Paul Martin's. So glad that we did! The brunch was very good and I will let others know how good it was.

The food was good but my husband became sick. He has a nut allergy and apparently there was nuts on the pita bread with the spinach artichoke dip.
