WE ARE LEGEND Patsy's Pizzeria, one of the oldest pizzerias in America, was first opened in NYC in 1933 by newlywed immigrants Pasquale “Patsy” and Carmella Lancieri. Patsy's Pizzeria quickly established itself as a legendary, southern-Italian, old-fashioned neighborhood eatery. Almost immediately, Patsy Lancieri's pizza and atmosphere began attracting many famous personalities, including luminaries like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Tony Bennett, who became regulars. In addition, its uptown location made it convenient for the Yankees. Phil Rizzutto, Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio and Yogi Berra were all frequent customers.

They were putting up Xmas decorations which was distracting. One giant ball fell making a loud noise. But we will return. The decorations that were already up were actually nice. The staff just should have finished up when the restaurant was closed.

                                                                                                                                      Always a tasty meal. The bread and olive oil on the table are a nice start with the cheese and meat board, which is always fresh and generous. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and my friend the eggplant parm. Both were very good.

                                                                                                                                      I specifically requested not to be seated near a serving station and initially put at a nice table but was moved to an area behind the serving station and in the main aisle so people were constantly passing. The appetizers were good, but entrees were lacking. The waiter kept reaching across the table instead of serving to the left of us so his arms kept distracting our conversations.

                                                                                                                                      We had an enjoyable evening at Patsy’s. The food was good and reasonably priced. There was a group celebrating a birthday so we had lots of karaoke entertainment.

                                                                                                                                      Our waiter Anthony was great! DEFINITELY recommend this place. We had the burrata special and vodka pizza and it was amazing! Nutella pizza and funnel cake for dessert. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience ☺️
