Patsy's Pizzeria has been a New York City dining institution since 1933, serving incredible pizzas and other Italian dishes in its warm and vibrant restaurant. The grilled calamari with marinara and the fried zucchini and eggplant with garlic yogurt dip make delectable appetizer options. Some of Patsy's Pizzeria's specialty entrée include pastas such as fettucine alfredo e pollo with tender chicken and creamy sauce, the rigatoni campagnola with sweet Italian sausage, spinach and broccoli in white wine sauce and the whole wheat spaghetti di grano duro con I vegetali in a garlic olive oil sauce and veggies. Of course, pizza is king at Patsy's, where the old fashioned square pie, the old school round pie and the sauce-less white pie can be customized with your preferred toppings. For a sweet end to your meal, enjoy Patsy's Pizzeria's crispy cannoli shell stuffed with sweet ricotta cheese and pistachios.

We were a group of 7 visiting NY and we had a great dinner at Patsy's. The pizzas were big and fresh. Best thing was they were able to make one half of the pizza with one topping combination and the other half had a different topping combination! I didn't have the pizza, I love seafood and the Linguine Fra Diavolo ai Frutti di Mare was delicious! The food was tasty, the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable.

Went there with parents for dinner. Was nice to find a place that wasn't playing music so loud you had to shout just to have a conversation. We had someone on crutches, and they were able to open a table on the ground floor, instead of the upstairs table that was reserved. Manager and waitress we both good.

The pizza was amazing and very well priced! Our waitress was a little slow considering that they weren't very busy.

After dining the 3 previous nights and receiving impeccable service, Patsy's fell short. The food was good-- exactly what you would expect from the description. The atmosphere was underwhelming, but typical for a no-frills Italian spot. They do not offer kids portions, and when I asked, the server was short and unapologetic. She might have had a rough day, maybe she hated me... Regardless, she was cold and the customer service fell short (the hostess and everyone else we encountered were very nice). After dining at nicer, more upscale establishments and receiving fantastic service and accommodations for a child, Patsy's fell short. Especially since the price point was similar to nicer places. Disappointing. The food was good though. I wouldn't recommend Patsy's... Too many great places within a few blocks.
