choice of one of the following: Chef's house-made Bolognese & parmigiano-reggiano or Tomato basil sauce, whole milk ricotta cheese, fresh basil with fennel or spicy Italian sausage
Dense, moist, authentic Italian cake with Amarena cherries
Tomato braised, soft basil polenta
The last time we went to Patrono, they had changed the menu so much, and not much I really liked. We didn't go back for a while. But I'm glad we did. It was the Patrono I knew and loved! We all tried a salad/starter called caulilini, all four of us didn't really enjoy. For entrees two of us had a sausage fennel pasta-a little spicy, but outstanding, a shrimp, crab pasta-also outstanding, and the carbonara-very good. For dessert the almond cake-we all thought a little dry. Hoping they expand their dessert offerings. Server, Tamara, was great, very helpful, but not overbearing. Overall, a very enjoyable meal, can't wait to go back.
Great food, Great Service and a quiet and rich environment. Great staff that are knowledgeable about the food and wine that they serve.
It was wonderful to go back to my favorite restaurant, I craved it all throughout quarantine! Tamara is the best waitress and the food was divine as always!
We had the most fabulous meal! The bread and butter is like nothing I have ever had before! If you are looking for a special night out, this is your place!!!
Great food, service and ambience...Only a handful of tables so it makes for a great date night as they focus on their patrons. Great bread, salads, and entrees...small menu and you can tell that serves them well as the food is excellent! Great drink menu as well...looking forward to going back!
Great food and service.
Would recommend as is always reliably very good.
The staff was very safety conscious . They wore masks, seating was spread out with a curtain partition AND they were very aware of their distance from you. We love coming into town to eat at our favorite spot and thank you for making us feel you cared about us! Thank you Robert for getting my wife the roses for our 43rd Anniversary, you did well and made me look good!
Fantastic food and service as always. This place never disappoints! I love the lunch menu! Italian sausage sandwich was great!!
Celebrated son's graduation from university.
For a starter we ordered Warm Olives & Marcona Almonds. Served warm and delicious. Complimentary bread with Pesto and Balsamic-infused butter was a hit too.
For salads we ordered two Mixed Green Salad and one Patrono Salad. Very, very good.
The three that are adult-age ordered Italian wine. VINO!! Big selection - Big flavor.
For entrees I ordered the Bucatini Carbonara and added spicy grilled Italian sausage and shrimp. My wife got Spicy Red Pepper Pesto with gluten-free penne and added shrimp. My daughter ordered the Mezze & Fennel Sausage. My son also ordered the Mezze & Fennel Sausage.
All Amazing! Very high-end. Everything homemade, flavorful, delightful. The presentation was immaculate. The server was professional, polite, knowledgeable, engaging, wonderful.
For dessert we ordered Budino - housemade butterscotch custard with vanilla bean whipped cream. Home Run!
A lovely experience - everyone got full - everyone felt great - we will return.
Wow! Absolutely incredible! Absolutely marvelous! Astonishingly fruitful!
Robert, Jonathan and the crew were amazing. Social distancing was done, each table was made to feel like you had your own room, staff made you feel like you were the only ones there with great attention given (there were others dining that evening). Food was absolutely great.
Tonight’s experience wasn’t the norm. I tried the fish special, and it was overcooked. Everything else about the plate was great, though. The service is usually better, too, but the waiter was a little off...rude, actually. Disappointed.

Always a great experience! The staff is incomparable - even on busy nights before shows. The food is always fantastic, but I think this time it was the best EVER.
Walkable to Civic Center. Perfect dinner before a show! Crab puttanesca special was amazing.
Enjoyed a fresh greens salad with lump crab puttanesca.
Always an enjoyable way to start an evening. Then on to the Broadway Play Series. From the greeting to our usual table, the service, then "The Food"! A quick checkout and on to the play. We'll be back soon! Thanks, again!
Excellent experience all around. The parking was convenient and near the restaurant. On weekends, there is no charge to park on the street.
We started with a cup of soup. For the evening, the soup was Italian Wedding Soup with a big, wonderful meatball. Broth was full flavored with good herbs.
Our entrée was the Lump Crab Linguine. Our servings had ample crab in a artful tomato basil sauce. The sauce is made to order, so add in or omit anything you like. Pasta was perfect al dente, and the sauce reminded me of the Italian Ristorantes along the coast of the Mediterranean or in San Francisco's North Shore area. There is an essence of the sea in the bold, full flavor sauce.
Our wine paired excellently with the food. We selected a Nebbiolo that wasn't a regular on the menu. Rizzi Langhe Nebbiolo 2015 is an outstanding wine for the bold sauce. Aromas of dark cherry, tobacco, and leather. Medium acidity with long finish, nice tannins, and flavors of dark fruit at first, then pepper, spices, and tobacco.
For desert? Try any of the gelatos. They are outstanding.
Garrett was our waiter. He was very good. Robert, the manager, made sure our meals was prepared correctly and that we were happy.
Overall, a terrific meal well worth the price.
Birthday and special occasions are more special here. Waitstaff is skilled and friendly and eager to please. An ideal experience for lunch, dinner, dates or everyday!
Patrono is always wonderful!! Robert and Chef Krell have created a cozy, intimate and creative dining experience for OKC. The service is outstanding, and the seasonal menu is fabulous! It’s like having dinner with your favorite Italian family!!
Robert is a most gracious host and we loved our server Dee. You must try the grilled Octopus appetizer , it is out of this world.
Great food. Cozy ambiance
Outstanding service! Second time we have had this waiter and he is a total delight. Food did not disappoint. Atmosphere warm and inviting.
Our entree was to die for! Best Italian food in the area.
Everything we ordered was delicious, but I could also come back just to order 10 plates of the fried artichoke hearts and a bottle of wine.
This visit was our third, & it’s gotten better every time! Amazing food, service, & ambience.
The pork chop ever
Absolutely our favorite restaurant. Top end wine and food.
The food was amazing! And our waiter (Trent) was awesome!
Always a pleasure!
Our first visit and we were very impressed. I usually don't care much for Italian but it was an anniversary and my wife loves it so we wanted to go somewhere we had not been. We will go back for sure!!
Super nice staff, great food, good ambience.
One of the most pleasant dining experiences we have had in a while. Service was top notch and the food was extraordinary. I could not have asked for anything different.
Service outstanding, food wonderful, ample portion, cocktails very good
An absolutely early Valentine dinner. Our first to visit and will not be the last. The experience was wonderful.
Highly recommend the pork chops and the mushroom risotto
What a pleasant surprise on our first visit to Oklahoma City. Very attentive and personable staff complimented by outstanding cuisine.
My favorite restaurant in OKC! Always superb in all areas - food, service, and atmosphere.
