   Unfortunately, We were unble to dine! The entire restaurant was occupied by a xmas party. No tables were available. We were sitted at the bar listening to speeches and award presentations, no music! The restaurant should have made us aware of the situation when booking our reservations! Not happy at all when we have to drive to another restaurant w no reservations and had to wait for an available table on a busy friday night!

   A mistake in the drink order wouldn't have been a problem but the time to get it replace was much longer than it should have been especially sitting in a nearly empty restaurant. The Tapas were excellent, but one of our main courses, a Bronzino, was fried rather than grilled even though we were assured twice that it was really grilled. We would have chalked all this up to language gap and come back but then to get a bill with a 20% gratuity built in for only three people took this restaurant off of our "let's go back" list.

   Service was poor. Drinks were ordered and never were brought. It sure was charged on the bill. So before you pay the bill make sure it’s correct. Our credit card was charged twice. So to say the least I will never return to this restaurant.

   I've been to Patrona twice before, for lunch and with a large group for a bday dinner. This time I went for a date night and my boyfriend and I loved it. I love the ambiance and decor and that it wasn't too packed for a Friday night. The view of the NYC skyline is also beautiful. Food came out quickly. Appetizer was delicious, we ordered the arepas. I had the salmon maracuya, which was also delicious and my boyfriend had the lomo, which he loved. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

   The place is great love the city view and decor. The food was also excellent. The service sucked first started with valet only one attendant on a Saturday night it was packed and waited on line to park our car for about 40 minutes will take an Uber next time for sure. Once inside no hostess around had to wait about another 10 minutes until someone showed up to front to seat us we told bartender and she told it was funny so were all just annoyed a party of 2 that came in their own car ended up leaving because they were on line after us and waited almost an hour

   The food was luke warm and not very good. Not crazy about the ambiance. Don’t understand the restaurant decor.. it’s all over the place.

    It was a little loud, but the service was good. And the food was great! We’ll be back for sure!
