I made a reservation with the Patron Platinum Club in December to be included with tickets that I gave to my wife for the Dan & Shay concert as a Christmas present. The concert was on March 7th at 7:00. I wanted us to have a somewhat nice diner prior to the concert but with convenience of having a reservation prior and not having to worry about parking or where to eat knowing that any place around Bridgestone Arena would be slammed. I had a reservation at 5:30. On the day of the concert, four hours prior to our reservation, I receive a call from the Patron Platinum Club to tell me that they would not honor my reservation because a private event had been booked. So I had made this reservation three months prior to avoid having to worry about dinner plans prior to the concert and this restaurant decides that the money they can get for booking a private event is more important than their integrity. In my book, if a reservation is made, you honor it or you have no character. For them to put me in that situation four hours before my reservation is completely inexcusable, especially when I have had the reservation for three months.

Saturday afternoon perhaps was an off day for the Club because of the odd start time, but the food was WAY below what we have had before at Patron...couple we brought with us were not impressed...

I would recommend because the price is decent for what you get; only one out of the 2 main items that I tried was decent - the salmon. I did not try the pork chops. The beef was overcooked...the garlic mashed potatoes, pasta, and creamed spinach were very good. the dessert options were also good and plentiful.

Rating low because they are spamming me and there is no easy way to unsubscribe, which is a violation of the Can-Spam act of 2003. The guidelines state: "Your message must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of getting email from you in the future. Went for dinner because we had tickets to a show at Bridgestone, we’ll never go again. INSANELY OVERPRICED for the quality of food & service.

It’s not worth the money for the buffet unless you are really hungry and can eat a lot. The food was ok. Nothing outstanding other than the desserts which were really good.

I purchased concert tickets and dinner at the Patron for an employee for Christmas. While I personally didn't go they can't stop talking about it. They loved that they were in the same building all night and the view was spectacular. They seem to think the tried everything on the buffet and loved it all.

2nd visit to the Patron Club and this one wasn’t very good. The waiter was horrible. Rarely saw him (glad it was a buffet or who knows when we would get food). Was very slow to refills on the drinks. Took our credit cards for payment and we waited and waited and waited. It was 12 minutes and he STILL wasn’t back with it. We had 15 minutes before the concert started and was getting a little angry. The hostess happened to walk by and we stopped her asking about our credit card and she said she will go check on it. Another 10 minutes later she finally returns. On the way out, we see our waiter (who at his time was MIA about 25 min since last seen by us and leaving with our credit cards) behind the bar. Apparently he was also the bartender. No wonder we weren’t getting service. Also, within hours of eating dinner my friend and I were both highly sick for over 15 hours into the next day! Apparently something that we ate that night for dinner was not good. Unsure of when we will go back.

The buffet set-up is quick and easy. Beverages are a separate cost from price of meal. Our buffet was hamburgers and hot dogs: burger patties & dogs were ok, but the buns for both were cold and dried out. They should have the buns kept in a steam styled pan / holder for the price charged, $17.50 per person.

The food was pretty good for a buffet. The service was fine but you need to ask for another plate and silverware all the time from the servers.

The past two times we’ve been have been disappointing. You expect the quality of the food to be better with the price that is charged. The beef was like shoe leather. The pork was gristly. The potatoes were dry. I mentioned the beef issue to the server but I don’t think management was told as I ended paying full price and no one from management came by the table.

We had dinner before the Last Waltz concert. Our first visit so we didn’t know what to expect. Most dining area in arenas are packed and noisy. The Patron Club was unbelievably relaxing. The service was attentive. The food was buffet style but if high quality. I would highly recommend having dinner here before any event.

We ate here before the Predators game. The service was excellent! Our server Tamara was new, but did a great job. We also enjoyed talking with the gentleman at the meat station. The food was tasty and the variety was good. For dessert they had me at “bread pudding”! It was very convenient for the game and we enjoyed the experience. They even gave us bags of Preds items because it was our first time dining there. We will definitely be returning!

I’m actually providing a rating for the Lexus Lounge BECAUSE OUR RESERVATION FOR PATRON WAS NOT AVAILABLE due to a BOOKING ERROR — Private party at Patron and Open Table was supposed to be blocked from taking reservations.
The staff and experience at The Lexus Lounge was Phenomenal.
I have NO IDEA WHAT PATRON IS LIKE SADLY. I’m eternally grateful for the staff at Lexus Lounge.

This is a fabulous option when you are going to an event at the Bridgestone! So easy and convenient. The food was good-nothing to write home about but the ease in getting in the venue makes it worth it. The views of downtown are also great.

Horrible service and poor food quality. Can’t believe we paid $200 for this meal and drinks. Wouldn’t do this again. Waitress was not attentive, had to ask multiple times for drinks and refills, food was cold, etc. overall a dining experience to forget! Wish I could get a refund.

First time going to the Patron club and won't be the last. The food was absolutely delicious! Meat was tender (no knife needed), everything had so much flavor. It is pricey but it was a treat. Was a great way to start the night of the last home game before the playoffs. Cannot wait to do it again.

Highly Disappointing - given the food options in the area.
