Patron Platinum Club
The food was not very good. Not very many choices. Especially for the price charged
We ate here before the Predators game. The service was excellent! Our server Tamara was new, but did a great job. We also enjoyed talking with the gentleman at the meat station. The food was tasty and the variety was good. For dessert they had me at “bread pudding”! It was very convenient for the game and we enjoyed the experience. They even gave us bags of Preds items because it was our first time dining there. We will definitely be returning!
Everything was just fine. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was excellent!
I’m actually providing a rating for the Lexus Lounge BECAUSE OUR RESERVATION FOR PATRON WAS NOT AVAILABLE due to a BOOKING ERROR — Private party at Patron and Open Table was supposed to be blocked from taking reservations.
The staff and experience at The Lexus Lounge was Phenomenal.
I have NO IDEA WHAT PATRON IS LIKE SADLY. I’m eternally grateful for the staff at Lexus Lounge.
Loved the food! Service was great. Katrina "I think was her name" was awesome as well.
What kind of BAR has NO OLIVES for martinis ? Obviously one that plans for an event very poorly!!!
Pre concert great experience
Buffet selections were good, but we would have preferred warm dinner rolls. Service was spotty.
This is a fabulous option when you are going to an event at the Bridgestone! So easy and convenient. The food was good-nothing to write home about but the ease in getting in the venue makes it worth it. The views of downtown are also great.
Horrible service and poor food quality. Can’t believe we paid $200 for this meal and drinks. Wouldn’t do this again. Waitress was not attentive, had to ask multiple times for drinks and refills, food was cold, etc. overall a dining experience to forget! Wish I could get a refund.
Excellent meal. The spread was exceptional, quality of food was outstanding. Best meal I’ve had since Thanksgiving. Service was very good! Will return!!!
Awesome place to get ready for the GAME!! Food is excellent and the service is the very best...Thanks!
It's buffet style. There was rib-eye on the menu. It was tasty but the serving was about an ounce. The food was cold. The bread was cold. The service was slow.
First time going to the Patron club and won't be the last. The food was absolutely delicious! Meat was tender (no knife needed), everything had so much flavor. It is pricey but it was a treat. Was a great way to start the night of the last home game before the playoffs. Cannot wait to do it again.
ABSATIVELY POSILUTELY FANTABULOUS!!! Best Meal we’ve had since Thanksgiving!!! Perfectly Wonderful!!
Poor food quality - overcooked, poor quality, not fresh,
Poor ambiance - decor, overall ambiance
Highly Disappointing - given the food options in the area.
Would not attend again.
I brought some friends down for their first hockey game. I have been to the Patron Club several times, and it’s always been great. This time was no different. Great food and great atmosphere.
Good food, changing selections, a little pricey. The chef selection is always a 'wait and see'
Food was good but our server must have been new. Didn't really understand cocktails we order. Got them wrong. Wasn't very quick on picking up our dirty plates.
A totally stress free way to enjoy a FANTASTIC meal before a Predator game... then just walk to your seat
Don’t go. We made a reservation as multiple events were going on downtown. We figured this would be convenient. The only thing it had going fir it was that it was convenient. Several salad choices were old and rotting lettuce. Sides were beans and chips. They were ok. Main was over cooked chicken wings and steamed burgers with stale buns. It was awful. Desserts were mediocre. What a complete waste of money. The food vendors in Bridgestone aren’t good but they’re better than this and cheaper. I wish I could say service was good. We were one of 3 tables and were basically ignored. We resorted to taking clean plates off of tables around us rather than waiting for our server who never showed up after taking our drink order- the bartender delivered those. Don’t waste your money.
Drinks were lame. Went to order a couple signature drinks and was out of pineapple juice. Wife then asked about a strawberry margarita, and could not make it. Ordered a house margarita that was poor at best. Food was great though. Atmosphere didn’t feel like it was anything special, just more convienant
Pretty decent buffet. Service was good and there was a nice selection of items to eat
Had requested a window table in our two week prior reservation. Upon arrival were told none available. There was an empty one right across which no one used in the hour and a half we were there.
No type of appetizers available for our $47/per person buffet offering to enjoy with our cocktails. Only fair service.
Breakfast kind of blah...cinnamon rolls not cooked properly with raw dough in center
Great food choice and very tasty. The addition of the ice cream to the dessert bar as an option was perfect.
Great food, great service. Didn't realize it was a restaurant previous trips to Bridgestone. We will definitely be back!!!
The food was mediocre. The main entrees were in so short a supply that if you did not wait at the station for 10 minutes, it was unlikely you would get a decent portion. The salmon was overcooked, the pork loin was unchewable, and the steak was awol most of the night. The wait staff was the only redeeming quality. Better off going to one of the many restaurants nearby for dinner.
Birthday dinner/game. Waitress was fantastic and brought a nice birthday cake out!!
Great selection of foods to eat on the buffet. Creative and delicious.
Great for good food when going to an event. You can’t beat the food and the convenience.
We reserved the Patron Club before an event at Bridgestone and we were one of three tables. We paid $22 a person for the “buffet” which included the following: Mac and cheese, broccoli, nachos and cheese, a salad. For dessert they had cookies and bread pudding. No actual substance or meat it felt like a bad children’s buffet. The table next to us was talking about how horrible/lacking the food was as well we would have saved money just eating nachos at the concession stand. Never Again!!!
This was my 3rd time dining and the food and service was terrible
This was my 3rd trip to the Patron Club and the worst so far. The food is usually good, even if pricey. This evening it was less than impressive. The rice pilaf was dried out to the point it was like chewing rocks. The "cake in a jar" desert was a rice krispie treat shoved into a small jar with whipped cream on it. Service was slow to come for refills, and the place was about 2/3 capacity. The coffee station was poorly stocked and was out of cups. For $34 a person, I don't think I will go back quite honestly.
Salads were great
Meat dishes were average at best
Deserts were fair
Rolls were cold
Had to ask for butter, salt & peper and extra plates for dessert
Waiter was very nice and helpful
Went for the Chef’s table before the predators game and it was fantastic. My son has food allergies and they were super accommodating. The chef went so far as to make him a special dessert. It was on the pricey side but with it being buffet style (all you can eat) downtown it was still reasonable. Will definitely go again.
Pre game , not sure why the food always seam to stay the same .
Deserts need an upgrade , and more variety
The buffet was out of most items and the drinks took forever . I took clients and was appalled. Terrible.
We arrived a little later than normal so the buffet was picked over. My previous experience was much better and the pot roast was great.
I enjoyed the food, plenty of choices. The service was excellent, and the view wonderful.
