I understand it may have been a busy day, possibly due to Father’s Day, but I was really disappointed with my experience. Even with a reservation for five, we had to wait over 45 minutes to be seated. What made it worse was seeing other parties, who arrived after us and had later reservations, get seated before us. That’s not okay. When the food finally arrived, my pasta dish was lukewarm to cold. I expected better service and attention, especially with a reservation in place.

We had 14 people in our reservation and the staff was so attentive and friendly. They made sure we were well fed. The only complaint we had was that the food was coming out so quick! We were speed eating lol.

First, it is important to note that Patrizias of Maspeth no longer have brunch on the weekends (even though the website says different). I had an 11:45 reservation thinking we were eating brunch and was very disappointed when we heard it was only the regular menu. My mom really liked her grilled chicken Caesar salad and my son liked his chicken tenders. I got a salad with the tuna medium rare and the tuna was very over cooked which was disappointing.

Other than a slight issue with seating/reservation (table wasn’t available so we were initially offered one right at the entrance - we opted to wait for a different one) we had a great time. We chose the Family Style dinner as it never disappoints. Unfortunately we didn’t get our server’s name, but she was wonderful!

One of the best places to eat when you are really hungry and need some drinks to relax with co-workers, friends, and family. The food is delicious and the drinks are tasty! I have been to several locations and I love them all. The service is excellent and the price is right for everything you get during your meal.

Always a great place to celebrate special occasions with the family. The space was clean and classy always. And the food was simply delicious and plentiful. Thank you for making every visit the most pleasant and memorable.

Excellent food & service! The family dinner menu was amazing, and offers you a selection of appetizers, salad, entrée, desserts and beverages for a prix fix. Come hungry or carry home a few goodie bags of leftovers to enjoy the next day!!
