Service and food was excellent as always!
Always our go to place in Brooklyn! We are family there treat us royally and the food is amazing! Love love love!
We didn’t actually eat here. We had a 7:30 reservation on Saturday night. What a freaking nightmare scenario. We waited for our “reserved” table for about an hour and half. It was so crowded in the enclosed waiting area in front of the restaurant that we had to wait outside. No way that this wasn’t a fire hazard. So, while one of my party of 7 heard our name and started making her way back up to the front, they gave our table away. They claim they didn’t, but we literally watched them let another party go in and told us they were setting up another table.
Instead of just telling us it would be close to 2 hours for a table, they kept telling that it would be another 5 minutes. I really don’t understand the point of lying.
We called Baci & Abracci and they were able to accommodate us at 9:00 so we headed over there. Luckily the evening was salvaged with an outstanding meal and experience there.
I will never step foot in Patrizia’s of Williamsburg ever again. I had another not great experience there but didn’t think anything like that could happen. The food here is decent, but certainly not worth a never ending wait.
Can’t even sit for 2 hours when you have a reservation
We had to wait to be seated (25min) but overall everything was great.
Good food and good price for it
It was awesome! I expected a lot because of what I’ve heard.. but it definitely surpassed it.
We took my mom for her birthday, and it was just a great and fun experience. Service was phenomenal!
The manager there was great, we had such great conversation with him!
Maybe it was just one crazy Saturday night, but Patrizias needs to address and properly fix its reservation policy. We checked in a few minutes early but even after 15 minutes of waiting they didn't have a table for us. At first, they didn't even have our reservation down on their list. When I showed by OpenTable reservation, the hostess wrote my name and party size (3) on a separate list behind five other parties. It also didn't help that we were kept in a cramped waiting area amongst another party of 50 (that's not a typo) waiting for its last person to show up. I've eaten here before. The food's delicious, the table service is good, the value is decent for Williamsburg. The place is just an incredibly loud and disorganized free-for-all.
We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day evening. The restaurant was overbooked and packed for the holiday. The menu was paired down to only a portion of the normal menu. In spite of our reservation, we had to wait. Once seated, we were cramped in a small, crowded table, which touched the tables on each side of us. The servers were nice but had too many tables to serve. They never brought the appetizers or one of the drinks we ordered. The food was rushed and served warm as opposed to hot. The noise level was very loud. Overall, a miserable dining experience at a high price that disappointed on many levels.
Long Island location is a lot better. Service is ok.
Utterly fantastic birthday spot.
Only available reservation was 5pm. Very early for dinner. Food was great but felt rushed. The food was coming out too quick.
I love this place, the staff and food are amazing!!!!
Really fun for large groups! Make a reservation there is always a wait!!
We booked my son’s bday there because he likes the wings. We reserved 6:30pm. They overbooked the place. The entrance was stacked like a fire hazard. Watch it closed one day because of that. They had more people than capacity allowed. We waited outside with a 10 month old in January in NY. Also a 3 year old. We had to leave after 45 mins after reservation due to babies. Good chef. Crappy place. Order via seamless. Everyone there is confused including the hostess.
Love this place make us feel like family. Food and service amazing. The calamari Toscano always our favorite appetizer and black squid ink pasta with seafood. Wonderful neighborhood gem!
Great food and awesome atmosphere! Owner sat with us and helped my son with his Rubik’s Cube while we were waiting for our dinner. Glad we found this spot for our annual visit to NY!
We had a reservation for 7:30 and we didn’t end up staying. Our estimated wait for 7:30 RESERVATION was an hour and a half. Thanks Patrizias for nothing!
Good restaurant, small and compact is the problem.
This is a fun place to go with friends and they accommodate large groups, however, they do not honor reservations. We had to wait almost 90 minutes past the time of our scheduled reservation, which was very inconvenient. We were advised that this was due to previous parties arriving late. I did not feel it was appropriate to be penalized for the late arrival of another party. Overall, the service was good, food was decent and it was a lively atmosphere.
Had a 6:30 reservation, we got there at exactly 6:30 and was seated right away. We did the $60 a person ordeal where we received unlimited sangria that was delicious. The meal included, bread, shrimp, pizza, pasta, lobster, mussels, clams, baked clams, steak, lamb chops, mozzarella and more. OMG! Everything was absolutely amazing, we stuffed our faces. First time there for the both of us and so so pleased. We bragged about it all night long to friends. Safe to say we will the back.
Making a reservation is pointless. Just show up.
We had an okay visit. The appetizers were amazing and our main course was subpar. The main course took a very long time to come (and we only ordered pasta). The one thing that ruined the experience was that we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday and they forgot the candle! Originally, when we walked in they handled us as if it was a walk in but I asked to make sure they checked the reservation (because I listed that it was his birthday on the reservation). Later when it was dessert time I ran to double check that they would put a candle on our dessert and they ensured me the waiter would. Long story short, no candle, no birthday song.
Not the same food is scarce and when you pay 60 a head you expect a little more. Waiters hardly came by and servers ask you to serve there dishes lazy!
Loved everything at this restaurant my boyfriend LOVES their Chicken Parm.
My new favorite spot! Everything we had was excellent and the service was 10/10. Super friendly, brought some free appetizers, generous pourings of wine- felt like I was in another bygone era. Definitely a gem in Williamsburg!
It was my moms birthday and we all had a great time!
We booked a table for 20:45 but after an hour we left without getting a table. It was chaos outside the restaurant and really loud inside.
I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anybody.
If you want to eat, don’t go there.
Amazing food, great service, great atmosphere. This place has the best Italian food in Brooklyn.
We made reservations for 10 people at 6pm we’re seated at 6:45pm. Our waiter recommended family style for $50 per person and we graciously declined since it was not what we were interested in. Our waiter was annoyed since we did not go with his recommendation. After we all ordered our individual entrees. The food arrived and out of the 10 only 3 of the food orders were correct. So now we have to wait for the rest of the groups food. Our waiter at this point was NOT nice and he was giving us an attitude that everything we ask was a bother. It rather made the dinner uncomfortable. At the end he did give us a free wine bottle but it did not redeem the time we lost dining here. I would not want to dine here again because it was a special occasion and Patrizia’s of Brooklyn made it rather uncomfortable than a nice celebration. I would like to recommend that they hire wait staff that is more experience at attending to large groups and busy restaurants since our waiter was very flustered and overwhelmed.
The food is outstanding and you really feel like family there. I love the ambiance and everyone super friendly. Family style experience will not disappoint! Highly recommended.
The staff is super friendly and to make this short... id go there again just for the steak and staff
Brought ma Family to Patrizia's of Brooklyn to celebrate my wife's birthday and we all had a blast. The ambiance was very festive. It seemed that it was everyone's birthday that particular day. The food was superb! We had the family style dinner which came with drinks and were able to savor a variety of dishes to our heart content. It was a lot of food. We have leftovers to enjoy some more the day after.
