   I have to say my husband and I went to eat at this place we waited for a while but it’s expected. We finally sit and we are dead centered in a pack restaurant ever server/customers bumped into my husband. We both went to the main hostesses and there wasn’t much to do either sit next to a family or wait. We sat outside and waited for the family style order. We waited 30 mins for our drinks and seen other people who came after with their drinks. I looked upset and the light skinned man said it’s coming we said it’s ok and left we ate at the Italian restaurant across the street. They were welcoming and the food was delicious I’ve been to Patrizia several times and enjoyed every time. The female hostess was nice but the guy only cared for the big parties. You have to do better with that

   The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The audio for the live singers was not properly set up, resulting in a constant high pitch squeaking throughout the night.

   Didn’t eat there because they can’t keep their reservations and we’re running one hour plus behind schedule. Don’t let people make reservations if you can’t keep them!

   Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for your table. Some groups ahead of us waited 2 hours! Very fun spot but the organization is a mess so by the time you’re seated it’s hard to keep the group motivated!

   Due to it being Valentine’s Day the restaurant was over packed even with reservations the wait was an additional 40 mins which was ridiculous. On top of waiting the host wasn’t even calling ppl by there reservation time which was also unfair if my girlfriend didn’t inform the host we were waiting a long time we would’ve never entered..

   We went on Valentine’s Day. Was incredibly crowded with a line out the door the entire time we were there. We had a reservation and weren’t kept waiting for even a minute, even though the restaurant was so busy. They never rushed us, even with so many people continually coming in. The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Food was really good and it’s just a really fun ambiance.

    As my son said, we went out to dinner and celebrated six birthdays and one retirement. Loud, boisterous ambiance. Celebrations entail loud music, everyone waving napkins in the air and singing and clapping. Two TVs going and a variety of loud music (I liked the Bon Jovi!). Food is plentiful and very tasty. We enjoyed the grilled octopus, calamari, penne ala vodka and the apple/pecan/cranberry salad. Affogado was delicious and biggest cannoli we have ever seen. If you want plenty of good food and an energetic environment this is your place. If you want to have a conversation it will be a little tough.

    The foid and the service was absolutely amazing. The portion sizes were great and priced according. This is my first time and we hosted my Mother's 80th birthday, with a party of 13. Sometimes with large parties someone isn't satisfied, but everyone in my party was happy with everything. This location was recommended by a childhood friend of the owner and I'm forever grateful to Joe from 64th street for his recommendation. I live in North Carolina, but this will be a stop on every visit back home to Brooklyn. Ciao Bella 💋

    Made reservation for 8:15PM, got seated at 8:45PM. Lots of people outside the restaurant waiting to be seated even-though they made reservation. A group of people with 7:15PM still not seated by 8:45PM. The reason they gave us was the restaurant is packed, if it was full then stop taking reservation and turn off the OpenTable/Resy app. It seems like they were doing it on purpose to make it look like the restaurant is on high demand and people were willing to wait for a reservation. Food and service were good, but the wait time ruined the experience.

    What a great surprise...fantastic, homemade "red italian" homestyle food. Service was great. Pizza's were delicious--freshest ingredients, great chewy dough. Veal parm was perfect, calamari crisp, great sauce. Friendly crowd, very family oriented, local vibe.

    They don’t use this app to reserve tables. I waited for two hours after my reservation!! They only prioritize large parties (10+ppl) over my party of 4.

    Timing of food was interesting. We got our salads and I kid you not, 1 minute later our entrees came out. So our food was sitting on the table getting cold while we scarfed down our salads.

    The restaurant was empty and the manager tried to sit me next to the kitchen where they were pulling out garbage and bumping into the table. It was extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. When I requested a different table they refused to accommodate me. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    My husband and I ordered the $60 each family feast not certain of the name but was not given the items that were listed no salad no chicken parmigiana no steak and when the waiter was asked about it he said he gave us lamb instead I told him the lamb instead of the steak but no explanation other than that I asked for the chicken and got it finally I did not enjoy my experience there

    We did the family style option for a birthday celebration, some of the dishes were excellent and I wish I could've had more and others were just ok. Wine lovers beware if you are doing the family style option and looking forward to good wine, their table wine does not impress at all.

    They overbooked the place. The restaurant had called in the morning to confirm my reservation. Arrived on time to the reservation to find out that people have been waiting for hours and still haven't been seated. Ended up leaving.

    Great time, great food. Expect a rowdy room filled with napkin swinging patrons as they sing sweet Caroline. If this is for you then you should go!!!!!! We loved it.
