    The pasta was undercook- they drowned it with sauce. Broccoli over cooked -and we were given the wrong pizza. Waiter didn’t care and said that we got the right pizza even though we had not ordered a regular cheese pizza. Terrible experience in the bk restaurant.

    This was a pleasant surprise. Amazing staff, atmosphere (if you want quiet, sit outside, loud, inside). I am not one for birthday singing in a restaurant, but here I just took it i stride. Great reasonably priced wine list (and I am a wine snob), and all the food is amazing. Go!

    Not quality Italian food. Extreme butter, heavy cream & excessive cheese. They don’t even eat like this in Italy. This is far too Americanized. The environment is fun, though. Just order carefully. Portions huge if you’re into that.

    That Food is not the same as it use to be. the tomato sauce taste like it came out of a can &thebread and food came out cold. Service was great& staff was friendly

    Even with a reservation we had to wait which was fine but once the wait goes past 15 or 20 mins I feel some type of courtesy should be extended because if I were 15mins late I would’ve lost my reservation. While waiting there was a group of drunk people waiting to be seated. One of the men from the group was harassing people, loud and cursing. Yet they still seated him inside, he should’ve been turned away. Once inside he took his shirt off. When we finally had our orders taken and I decided to go with the carbonara. The waiter the says “Are you sure you want that and not something like a chicken or shrimp Alfredo? This meal is prepared with egg yolk.” I didn’t discuss with him my likes and dislikes and I have no allergies so for him to make that suggestion was weird. I know what I ordered and I know how it’s prepared. His remark felt offensive and made me feel like I didn’t have knowledge of the cuisine. We were so hungry from waiting, we had to ask for bread which should’ve been given after being seated. The food was okay but after dealing with the wait, the drunks, the poor service and the unnecessary remarks it turned all of us off.

    I have to say my husband and I went to eat at this place we waited for a while but it’s expected. We finally sit and we are dead centered in a pack restaurant ever server/customers bumped into my husband. We both went to the main hostesses and there wasn’t much to do either sit next to a family or wait. We sat outside and waited for the family style order. We waited 30 mins for our drinks and seen other people who came after with their drinks. I looked upset and the light skinned man said it’s coming we said it’s ok and left we ate at the Italian restaurant across the street. They were welcoming and the food was delicious I’ve been to Patrizia several times and enjoyed every time. The female hostess was nice but the guy only cared for the big parties. You have to do better with that

    The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The audio for the live singers was not properly set up, resulting in a constant high pitch squeaking throughout the night.

    Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for your table. Some groups ahead of us waited 2 hours! Very fun spot but the organization is a mess so by the time you’re seated it’s hard to keep the group motivated!

    Due to it being Valentine’s Day the restaurant was over packed even with reservations the wait was an additional 40 mins which was ridiculous. On top of waiting the host wasn’t even calling ppl by there reservation time which was also unfair if my girlfriend didn’t inform the host we were waiting a long time we would’ve never entered..

    We went on Valentine’s Day. Was incredibly crowded with a line out the door the entire time we were there. We had a reservation and weren’t kept waiting for even a minute, even though the restaurant was so busy. They never rushed us, even with so many people continually coming in. The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Food was really good and it’s just a really fun ambiance.

    Waited an hour for a table. Was seated at 9 for 8 pm reservation. Than waited to be served. Restaurant was like a kindergarten class running the place

    As my son said, we went out to dinner and celebrated six birthdays and one retirement. Loud, boisterous ambiance. Celebrations entail loud music, everyone waving napkins in the air and singing and clapping. Two TVs going and a variety of loud music (I liked the Bon Jovi!). Food is plentiful and very tasty. We enjoyed the grilled octopus, calamari, penne ala vodka and the apple/pecan/cranberry salad. Affogado was delicious and biggest cannoli we have ever seen. If you want plenty of good food and an energetic environment this is your place. If you want to have a conversation it will be a little tough.

    The foid and the service was absolutely amazing. The portion sizes were great and priced according. This is my first time and we hosted my Mother's 80th birthday, with a party of 13. Sometimes with large parties someone isn't satisfied, but everyone in my party was happy with everything. This location was recommended by a childhood friend of the owner and I'm forever grateful to Joe from 64th street for his recommendation. I live in North Carolina, but this will be a stop on every visit back home to Brooklyn. Ciao Bella 💋

    The food was amazing and very hearty proportions. Reasonable prices and great specials. I love there are different items on the menu like pumpkin gnocchi. Wheelchair accessible.

    Made reservation for 8:15PM, got seated at 8:45PM. Lots of people outside the restaurant waiting to be seated even-though they made reservation. A group of people with 7:15PM still not seated by 8:45PM. The reason they gave us was the restaurant is packed, if it was full then stop taking reservation and turn off the OpenTable/Resy app. It seems like they were doing it on purpose to make it look like the restaurant is on high demand and people were willing to wait for a reservation. Food and service were good, but the wait time ruined the experience.

    What a great surprise...fantastic, homemade "red italian" homestyle food. Service was great. Pizza's were delicious--freshest ingredients, great chewy dough. Veal parm was perfect, calamari crisp, great sauce. Friendly crowd, very family oriented, local vibe.

    Timing of food was interesting. We got our salads and I kid you not, 1 minute later our entrees came out. So our food was sitting on the table getting cold while we scarfed down our salads.

    Atmosphere was fun, food was not the authentic NY Italian like I was hoping for. Did not seem fresh and everything was a little over cooked. Calimari app looked like onion rings.

    Love it here! It's so much fun and the food is awesome!! Come hungry because you'll leave stuffed!! Endless Sangria and the food doesn't stop coming to the table. It was my second time here and is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. Thank you!

    The restaurant was empty and the manager tried to sit me next to the kitchen where they were pulling out garbage and bumping into the table. It was extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. When I requested a different table they refused to accommodate me. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
