Food was excellent and served attractively. The woman who waited on us was very attentive but not to the point where she interrupted us. They even served us champagne gratis because someone was celebrating. It is fairly expensive but portions were generous. Well worth the visit!!
We found this local treasure in a quick search for an open table and really loved it!
Best kept secret in Delray. I will definitely be telling my neighbors and friends about The Patio!
Our experience, food and service could not have been better in any way, shape or form. They respected dietary restrictions and created alternative flavors and combinations that were just as wonderful as the original dishes, for those who needed them. It was an outstanding meal.
We met the owner. Her name is Lilly.
Lilly, we will all be back and bring others with us.
Liked the design of the restaurant. Overall was fair, expensive and service needed help. Seafood menu with only 1 fish on the menu and that was mostly all shellfish. Drinks were average. Meal overpriced. 50+ entrees.
We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration. The menu was outstanding and the meals we ordered were delicious. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Definitely a lovely evening with the seating outside in comfy rocker chairs providing a unique romantic experience. I'm not a big fan of special menus (Valentines Day) but the food was well-prepared if a little pricey.
I wouldbe interested to see the difference in food and pricing on a regular evening.
love the location - downtown delray is overated but it depends waht you're looking for.
Very nice experience sitting outside next to the fish tank with very pleasant evening.
I hate to write a bad review, but I was very disappointed with our meal. I am sorry to say that I won’t be going back there. The food is average. The decor looks like something from my grandmothers back yard, and the service was terrible. Not worth the money at all. The only think good was the shrimp cocktail.
This is our second time at Patio. The food was excellent including the pita bread which is worth the trip alone. The setting is elegant and classy without being stuffy or too familiar. The service is attentive without being intrusive. We were there on a Monday night so it was quiet inside as most people dined outside. It's a nice change from the craziness on Atlantic Ave. It's worth the drive and a great value.
Wonderful spot. The only note that it's Abit pricey But food was very good
It was my second time dining here, and , unfortunately it was a little bit disappointing compared to our first visit. We ate outside so the noise level was quite good and we had an easy time conversing. While my tuna tartare was excellent the “ seven fishes “ was pretty bland and over cooked. The bread pudding attempt was underwhelming. What was most disappointing was the service. While the staff was pleasant enough their performance gradually grew slower and slower and slower as the meal progressed. Water glasses were never refilled until we asked at dessert, and the wait between main course and dessert was painful. What was a nice touch on our first visit, was the warm pita which was brought to the table while we ordered drinks and water was poured. We did not receive the pita on our second visit until our whole order of food was placed.
There are lots of options in the area, so while because of convenience we might give it another chance, it will probably because our other choices are limited.
A little expensive for everyday dining but most enjoyable. Two out of three of us loved our meals. The third found it a little too salty. I loved the out of door patio dining and would recommend it to others.
We had an amazing dining experience. We had a party of 11 on the patio with some pretty serious foodies in our group. The menu has tradition classics as well as adventurous dishes. I had the shrimp and chicken laska and my waitress brought out a sample of the sauce before I ordered to make sure that I would like it. Everything we tasted was delicious and cooked perfectly. Miss Lily and her staff are the best and the patio is perfect for dining al fresco.
Always good; food, ambience and service in lovely garden setting
Food is very esoteric not a lot of plain entrees
service extremely slow, food arrived luke warm though 2 out of 5 dinners were quite good. nice for outdoor dining, but very expensive though showing only $!
A favorite for us. Like different foods but “Spicey” seems to be the new norm and I’d rather taste the good food then burn my mouth for days. So I have to eat the not so exotic items. But that’s ok.
One of my favorites in the area. A great spot to bring friends away from the Avenue. Nice quite ambiance with great attentive service. The patio is great for dining if you want outdoor dining. No hassle parking in private lot. Lots of local regulars who keep coming back. And, of course the food is great.
Met out of town friends here. Everyone was impressed with food, service, comfort, and experience.
