Great patio area
Had a wonderful evening
Lovely atmosphere, good service and a great menu. Looking forward to a return visit.
Food and atmosphere was good. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the classic cars riding by. Patio 44 is nice place to go and spend time with your family and friends.
Food was amazing, wish the staff would have known lil more about food and drinks
My family and I had dinner Saturday October 3, 2020 and had a wonderful experience. We were called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and was given the choice to have our table inside or on the patio. We chose the outdoor dining area and could not have been any better. Our table was next to the large water feature and the sound of the moving water provided a relaxing atmosphere and drowned out (no pun intended) the conversations at the neighboring tables. We were seated promptly upon our arrival but had to wait a considerable amount of time before our server greeted our table the first time. Our server Emily and her trainee we're more than apologetic about the delay in acknowledging our table. They were very busy and had several large tables at the time we were sat. The rest of the even could not have been any better. The service Emily and her trainee provided was superb. We were in no hurry and took our time ordering appetizers along with our initial drink order. Our drink order was delivered in a timely manner and the bread service was delivered at the same time. The bread was hot and fresh and very tasty. My son and I shared the fried green tomatoes and the duck breast. The portions were large and everything was fresh and very good quality. My wife had the gumbo and being from South Louisiana we know what gumbo should taste like and she said it was good and was a nice size cup. For our entrees My wife and I had the 8oz sirloin and our son had the Bison burger. My wife's steak was a perfect medium and mine was a perfect medium rare . Our son's burger was cooked a perfect medium and was a large burger served with a generous portion of fries. Our entrees were served with one side item and I did not taste my wife's masked potatoes but she said they were good. My sweet potato mash was very good and I could not finish the portion that I was served. We felt that the amount of food we were served and the high quality of our meal was a very good value.
Great food, atmosphere and service for our friends 65th Birthday.
Our first time visiting this restaurant. It was a great experience the staff was very friendly. Our waitress was the best. Have already recommended to friends and family.
Seafood is not fresh, poor quality, and over priced.
The redfish on the half shell was excellent and the crab cakes were very good but a little small on the size although you get two. Dessert was average. The service was outstanding and our server was very attentive. We were seated in the bar area and with COVID social distancing measures, the noise level was very low.
Everything was great... my Martini was missing the stuffed loves w blue cheese but was delicious otherwise.
After accidentally reserving a table for 2, they quick readjusted to a table for 6. The appetizer took a little long and service got backed up. However, the fact that they didn’t charge us for the app and the food was AMAZING made up for it. Everyone loved their meal including bayou crawfish nachos, crawfish mac-n-cheese, pasta jambalaya, fried green tomato blt, blackened chicken, and sirloin steak. I highly recommend dining here.
Food and atmosphere were great. Service was not up to par though. Over 30 minutes before we even got drinks or the high chair we asked for upon arrival. Had to repeatedly ask for refills.
Wonderful service and delicious dinner! We would highly recommend!
Very nice restaurant with plenty of different food choices. Service was outstanding. 2nd time that I have been and did not disappoint. Food was excellent and if you go definitely try the bread pudding.
Shrimp tacos were tasty but skimpy. Ordered two different cocktails, both tasty but very very low on alcohol content. Waiter forgot to tell us about specials.
On a good side, wait staff and hostess extremely nice and accommodating!
Met friends who had traveled to Biloxi for the first time. Decided to try somewhere new and chose Patio 44 in Gulfport. Food was excellent and portions did not disappoint. Only negative was the mashed potatoes were cold but everything else was great. We'll be back!
We sat outside on the patio. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Good cocktail. Good crab fondue starter. My daughter loved her spicy shrimp taco. I was a little disappointed in the shrimp PO’boy. I’d go back and try a different menu item that is not breaded and deep fried. Chocolate mousse dessert heavenly. Overall, very good. I’d go back.
Venue was very pleasant and the waitress was most polite and helpful
The food was amazing. I took my wife for her birthday and we both could not have been more satisfied!
Thank you Mitsy! Service was excellent.
May God bless!
It's a beautiful restaurant with excellent staff. We tried the Blue Crab app and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were delicious as well however my friend ordered the shrimp tacos and they were not good. She will not complain about food at a restaurant, so we didn't say anything. she said they smelled on the verge of going bad and had a fishy taste. I will go back because it's a good restaurant. She just ordered the wrong thing :(
The crab claws should have been sent back but I didn’t. Not warm or tasty.
Also overcharged is for added chicken when we didn’t get it. Overall considering our point in life, everyone tried their best to provide the best. Those crab claws- just sat there.
Our meal at Patio 44-Gulfort was exceptional. We visited during COVID 19 and felt completely safe. The service was wonderful and the food was even better. I cant wait for the next trip so I can eat here again.
The food was absolutely wonderful. The best steak I have ever had. Also the waiter was polite and on top of everything.
Food was good but not above average. The atmosphere is really nice.
The waitress seemed preoccupied,
She did a good job of waiting on us but , it looked like she wanted to be elsewhere.
The food was very bland with no taste.
I ate chicken and I couldn’t tell it was chicken. No seasoning. The wife had gumbo. She couldn’t eat it. Said it was nasty.
Overall experience was just ok. Nothing spectacular.
Not expecting to return.
Even socially distanced the people seated next to us were very loud. We had to hear their entire conversation.
Great place! We ordered the special crab stuffed fish. The fish was raw. Kinda ruined our appetite. However glad we had the sauté pea appetizer! I highly recommend that appetizer. Would go back just for that.
Great service on the covered patio. Breeze blowing the entire time with a coastal view. Good food and just the right level go service. Appreciated that everyone was masked up and still friendly. Know that is tough these days.
Our visit was great! We'll for sure visit again!
Our server was fabulous. Cocktails were ok. Food was out in a timely manner. The special (fish) was substituted and the price was not. Nice dinner with family.
Overall we had a great dining experience great cocktails from the bar delicious food attentive knowledgeable server.
The food was wonderful, the service was great.. there was a very large party which had one child that did not use his inside voice (after being reminded by his parents) and kept visiting the other tables in their group.. which I know Patio 44 could not do anything about this.
Food and waitress was amazing! Will definitely go back!
Stumbled upon this "gem" while looking for something open during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Can't believe it took a global crisis to find this place. We will be returning!
Good food, decent service, way overpriced. We were rushed through our dining experience for no reason...it wasn’t a busy night, lots of open tables.
During the uncertain times we are presently living in, we were looking for a nice meal for a birthday celebration with not a large crowd and proper safety measures in place. Patio 44 went above and beyond our expectations and made our celebration memorable. Food was hot and good, wait staff was excellent, restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the ambiance was delightful. We will return!
Amazing brunch! We sat in the patio before noon and had the best chicken and waffles.
Everything about our experience was excellent and I would come here again. It gives you a taste of the local seafood and produce, but in a fresh and delicious way unlike many other southern restaurants.
I made a 9:45 reservation but the restaurant didn’t open until 10. Not a big deal- but the hostess was a bit confused about how to check me in for open table and then someone tried to seat us outdoors after we expressed we wished to be inside. Small things, but took away from the total experience. The food was good and a good value for the price.
