We accept a limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 people up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for parties over 7 people, but optional for smaller group sizes. No reservations available? No worries! Smaller sized parties may join our wait list if there are no reservations available once we are open for dinner service at 4 pm. Guests may join the wait list by walking in or calling in advance of arrival.

Lunch service is fast-casual, first come, first serve. No reservations or waitlist required.

Pastabilities® restaurant has been happily serving our guests in Syracuse, New York for over 35 years. Our seasonal menus feature a full range of our homemade pastas, sauces, salads and the famous Stretch Bread from our bakery across the street. We make it all from scratch, and we put our heart and soul into every menu item. We are located in the historic Armory Square neighborhood, near theaters, shopping, and entertainment centers.

One of our favorite places to eat. Worth the drive from Buffalo, NY for the weekend to eat here a couple of times. Stretch bread makes for incredible garlic bread! Fresh pasta and inventive cocktails in the heart of the action in Armory Square? It is a popular place, but staffed well with great people so things run smoothly. Cannot recommend enough.

We came for my daughter’s 9th birthday and she was so happy. Everything was amazing and the staff were great. Pastabilities has the best coffee cocktails in my opinion.

Prefer weekdays due to noise level, but for a Sunday it was nice. Our server was amazing, attentive, and very accommodating when she found out we are vegan. Overall, great experience.

A group of three friends had a terrific evening there this week. We made our reservation on line a week in advance and added our preference for an outdoor patio table. The maitre'd delivered on our request. Our server was very cordial and gave us spot on menu recommendations. She was also very attentive and had a keen sense of timing. The food was (as always) exceptional and the by the glass wine choices were simply great. Menu pairing was easy. Pasta's has offered CNY a terrific dining experience for decades and our recent visit added to that legacy.

Everything was great from making the reservation to them, greeting and seating us Our waitress was wonderful and made suggestions for entrees. We sat out back in the outside dining and that area was so nice. Food was great. If you have never been you must try this restaurant

Made reservations for here for my birthday well in advanced. So happy we did because this was the first restaurant recommended by people when we said we were going to Syracuse. The food was the best Italian I’ve ever had. Their tomato oil with bread was so good we bought two containers to go. We had the fried spaghetti ball app which was perfection and then for dinner I had the best gnocchi burata ever. Honestly I’d come back to Syracuse just to go here again. Staff was super nice as well.

There is a reason Pasta's has been around for so many years. Karen and her staff never fail to please. Great meal, top performing waitress, a bartender that listened carefully, all in an amazing ambience. Nothing could have been better.

We always have a great meal here, it is very consistent. We had the early 4:15 seating this time, and were able to sit at the back patio. It was lovely and much quieter than indoors.

The food has been consistently fabulous since I first visited in '89! This time Hot Tom was followed by pastacini and the broccoli, walnut pasta. Excellent. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly and helpful.

Sincerely incredible - 2nd visit here. Even my grown kids who live in Philly were blown away. They remarked how they grew up on fine dining and South Philly Italian food - and why is there nothing like this in our city? It’s THAT good.

Came with a party of 8 on a Tuesday. It was packed. Hostesses were visibly stressed. We got a cute party space that allowed conversation, which was nice because it is very loud in the rest of the restaurant. Very cool decor throughout. Our server was excellent. We loved the calamari and got tomato sauce with bread. I ordered the angel hair with the house tomato sauce and two meatballs. They either way over cooked the angel hair or used a package of ramen- it was dreadful, and they served the entire box. There was a pound of pasta in the giant bowl along with enormous meatballs- one person, even a nfl player could never eat it, plus the the contents of the bowl were terrible. I tried my friends Alfredo sauce and it was equally dreadful and gluey. Everyone else seemed pleased with their meals.

The hostess and waiter were extremely friendly, and also very time efficient, considering the place was packed. We were not rushed. The food was excellent (and vegan options are available). The waiter gave us excellent summaries on some food item options. My only complaint is that our appetizer order was completely missed, and this mistake was not realized by the service until our entrees had already arrived, at which point neither me or my guest was interested in still trying the app.
