Northern Italian cuisine can be described as one of the most refined, royal and diversified cuisines of Italy, characterized by the use of fresh stuffed pasta, polenta, risotto, game, truffles, mushrooms, cheeses, and rich hearty soups.

Our menu celebrates the region's diverse flavors and presents them for you to enjoy.
We prepare our homemade pasta fresh everyday which can be paired with a variety of meats and seafood found native to the region.

Our extensive wine collection of over 600 labels - all temperature controlled - highlights multiple regions of Italy, with the main goal of providing a wine list that has a balance of traditional, rare and interesting selections that complements our cucina piemontese.

Pasta And is excellent all around. This is Italian food you are not making at home. It is unique and thoughtful without a hint of pretentious. The wine list is impressive. My first time was in 2012 and I have never been disappointed. Do not be afraid to ask the team for their guidance or opinion on what to eat and drink.

The food was delicious. The setting had a romantic ambiance which was ideal for me and my hubby. The service was top notch. We will be going back soon.

Everthing was spectacular! Food, service, ambiance, wine! There isn't anything else to say except you NEED to go! We had 3 appetizers, a steak special, 2 different types of ravoli, a tiramasu and a fantastic bottle of white wine selected by our server. The restaurant is located in a random strip mall, but don't let that detour you. This restaurant is a MUST!!!!

Everything about this experience was great from the minute we walked into the restaurant. The staff and service was excellent and the food was amazing!! It’s a must try if you want authentic Italian cuisine.

Wow, what an incredible experience from the very beginning! The staff was super professional and friendly, and the drinks and food were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend making a reservation and checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

We had dinner arrangements with friends from Boca Raton, so I opened up my open table app and found this restaurant in Coral Springs. Kind of out of the blue. It has now become my favorite Italian restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible. I returned every plate, clean as a whistle because after I finished eating, I couldn't resist just wipping the sauce with the bread. It was absolutely delicious. the sauce with the bread. I was shocked to find Pasta And…was around as long as it was. We had a couple other favorites out east and we began to see the quality of food, service, ambiance and our overall experience waning. Upon a recommendation midweek, I made reservations and went. The restaurant is very charming. In fact, it is literally a diamond in the rough. You would not know the place is there if you did not go and look for it. What a pleasant surprise. We were seated in back my the bar and the wine cooler. Very elegant. Kush, the Sommelier, was very helpful and we enjoyed engaging him with our questions. He could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The wait staff was all very professional and polished. If there were one thing I would have enjoyed, it would have been a Peroni or Stella non-alcoholic beer. Maybe in time. I have already thanked my friend for recommending it as well posted pictures and a review among my friends. We will be back. Past And…very impressed! 😉
