Great place and very romantic setting. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely visit again next year when we return.
Best Place to dine on the Island. Food & service excellent. Will return often
We celebrated my birthday at Passions on the Beach. Everything was fabulous - atmosphere, food, & service! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
It was just perfect since we walked in the middle of the sunset and music playing, food was phenomenal!!! All I wanted for my birthday dinner:)
Birthday celebration, staff was attentive and provided a special experience
Grouper I had was excellent. The steak my wife had was really good but a little tough and more well done than medium. Ambiance was amazing and the view of the sunset was incredible. Only issue, and this is not the restaurants fault, are guests leaving their tables for sunset pictures and in the process blocking your amazing view of it. Service was amazing! We will definitely go back.
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful!! You’re on the beach and can stick your toes in the sand while you listen to the ocean and dine by soft lighting. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the food is out of this world!
Amazing experience. Dinner right on the beach and the staff was incredible. They did not have our open table reservation tho so I am glad we called to confirm the day before!
The setting is awesome, beautiful beach. The service was friendly. The food was pretty good, large portions but over priced. You are paying for the ambience and location.
Great food and great service. Spot on for a place to watch the sunset or have just a dinner barefoot on the beach. Staff really out does themself. Tried the unicorn fish and the surf and turf. Both cooked to perfection.
Service is extremely slow. To be seated even with tables empty take forever even with reservations. So if you like prompt service this is not the place very slowwww. Food & drinks take forever the food was okay.
Food was average, we’ve honestly had better while here. The service was terrible. Came for our 10th wedding anniversary and were pretty much ignored by our server.
Nice location directly on the beach. Service was good. Decent wine options. Food was marginal unfortunately. Went twice and was disappointed on both occasions.
The ambiance is fabulous! Toes in the sand, sunset, sound of waves, and violinist were all amazing! I have dined there several times previously and the food and service were not up to par this night. It took 15 minutes to be seated for reservations and 20 minutes for our cocktails. Water was refilled too sparingly after spending day in sun. 3 of us ordered some type of fish ( one the special and two the grouper meunerie in garlic sauce ) and they all were over cooked. The desserts ( we spilt cheesecake and creme brûlée) were mediocre at best. The cheesecake was warm. I’m not sure this will make our repeat list next summer!
Our service was very disappointing. We waited a very long time for order to be taken and then the server ignored us for the remainder of the dinner. Never asked for refills on the water and also did not offer the special desert that was given to other tables that we celebrating special occasions.
Food was delicious! Service was world class. Ambiance and views were beautiful and the music was very nice and added to our great evening... Thank you 😀
Wonderful experience right on the beach! Book a table a little before sunset. Great place for celebrations - they will bring you a dessert with a sparkler and the band might even play you a song
Amazing location, ambiance and service. Our server (Averil) was kind, knowledgeable and went to the moon and back to make our daughter’s birthday so special. The island and its people are magical and this restaurant was a highlight!
The entire experience was tremendous! A wonderful way to celebrate our friends 40/50 birthday celebration. Thank you so much and cheers to the singer( my apologies for not remembering his name) but I remember him saying Aruba! I love my job. And we now love this island. Again thank you.
Ambiance can’t be beat. Evening started with server asking if we want anything to drink before presenting a beverage/wine list. After that all smooth sailing.
Fantastic experience. Magical. I recommend getting there just before sunset so that you can see how nice the setup is, see the sunset, and enjoy the post sunset ambiance too. Food and service was great, starting with the greeting.
Service was just a little bit slow, but that’s nitpicking. Overall it was truly romantic and the food was good.
My husband and I dined here for a sunset dinner experience and we were not disappointed. The staff took pictures of us at sunset and the food was delicious. There was a violinist for ambient music and it was beautiful. We have nothing bad to say about our dinner at Passions. Thank you for a wonderful romantic date night!
Excellent food, service and oh that view of being able to sit on Eagle Beach and watch the sunset!! A MUST try!!
View is gorgeous. However, food wasn’t the best and prices were definitely high.
The ambiance at this place is amazing!! The waitress was professional and courteous. Frat place to impress a date, a husband, a wife, a friend!!
Best meal in Aruba! Fantastic!
Beautiful and great service. Just shocked at how many little kids were there with their families. Also, the violinist was playing baby shark. Not really romantic. I went with my husband for our 10th Anniversary which was our first trip without our kids. Was just a bit shocked.
We went here for the first night of our honeymoon - it definitely set the mood of our vacation and was one of our favorite meals. The food was delicious and the sound of the ocean was wonderful with our dinner. Our servers were very nice and accommodating.
Amazing experience! Would definitely
Come back again!
Just amazing... pricey but worth it for the food, ambiance and service.
The ambience and the food were excellent. The service was a little bit slow. We enjoyed our meal and our time together. Excellent food selection and excellent vegan dishes.
It was my boyfriend's birthday and he was really surprised and overwhelmed. Every thing about the restaurant is beautiful
A must for anyone visiting Aruba. It was a perfect evening and Elenor made our anniversary night perfect! Thank you!
Passions on the beach was an amazing experience while vacationing in aruba. The sunset was amazing and the food was great. Tins of gluten free and vegan options. Would definitely return here.
Always good one of our local places to go when guests visit us
It’s a perfect spot at sunset. Great photos
We have had dinner here for the last 5 years to celebrate my birthday.
Not thrilled this year with the meal. No more pork medallions and the pork which was excellent was placed on a bed of mashed potatoes and thin green beans. It all tasted like a casserole. Would have preferred the starch and beans separate from the protein. I couldn’t eat 3 bites.
Mark ordered the annual lamb. Asked for it medium rare but came really dry and chewy. No red to it. He left his.
First time for a bad experience. Went from #1 to probably #4. We are trying to account for the fact that Fathers Day was Sunday and we were there on Monday. Most Executive Chefs don’t work Sunday and Monday. That could have been one of the problems.
If you are reading this review PLEASE still try it! It’s a memory you won’t forget.
Beautiful setting for a romantic dinner. The food was good, and I can recommend the watermelon salad.
As we walked up after watching the sunset you could hear the beautiful saxaphone serenading the patrons. We were seated next to a turtle nest which being a supporter of protecting them was awesome. Our waitress was informative and helpful. We had a hard time choosing our dishes as everything sounded delicious. We shared the watermelon salad (I highly suggest it if you love watermelon.) My husband is a fan of Chilean Sea Bass and I heard the coconut crusted grouper was amazing so we had thosr. I also heard from another couple that the mahi mahi was the best they ever had. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful last night on the island. I wish we could go back.
