It was my Mothers 75th Birthday and we wanted to try a new restaurant.
Walking in we were commenting on the décor and how nice the restaurant looked.
We sat down and the waitress came to take our drink order. My mother and I both ordered Chicken Parm and my father ordered a Mediterranean Salad. I am not kidding when I say the chicken tasted like rubber. We think the chicken was microwaved first. It was not a good meal at all and then our waitress disappeared.
She did not check on us for a good half hour when we got the check. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a disappointing Birthday Dinner for my Mother.
great service, food, value. I only wish it were not kept as chilly in there as it is all spring, summer and fall. The indoor temperature should not change with the seasons. Coats come off on cold days, and if anything, people dress more lightly in hot weather, only to walk into a restaurant and need long pants and sweaters to ward off the chill. Not just here…many restaurants do the same
The service was great, with it being busy they kept up on our table.
Fast, professional service and great food.
No too happy with the Friday Fish Fry. Lots of breading, not much fish.
We made the mistake of going to Pasquale’s on a Monday night, forgetting that almost every other restaurant in WNY is closed on Mondays. There might have been one empty table when we arrived, and the noise level was HORRIBLE. I know this isn’t the fault of the restaurant, but rather the fault of people who were never taught the difference between inside voices and outside voices. It only takes one table to ruin the dining experience for everyone, because their loud voices necessitate the raising of other voices just to be heard by our own party. It’s really very rude behavior. Having said that, our server couldn’t have been better, the food was great, and the prices competitive. It’s the last time we’ll go out on a Monday until more places open up.
OK the food was very good. The service was slow and rushed and not really that good. Sure it wasn’t bad, but we were there in the middle of a rush and waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the table. I will go back because the food was very tasty. But, this one last thingSomeone needs to teach the bussers not to throw the plates and silverware in the bus pans! That noise echoed throughout the dining room it seem to get louder as people left.
Our waitress, Krista, was great. Very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have been happier with her!
The hostess, however, was not very friendly upon arrival. When she brought us to our table we kindly asked if there was a booth available to sit in and she rolled her eyes, angrily snatched back up the menus and then said “umm sure”. After bringing us to a booth, she slammed down the menus and said nothing else to us. While we may have been at fault for not mentioning we would like a booth as we walked in, we didn’t think it would be an issue given the restaurant was almost empty when we were sitting down.
My open faced meatball parm was delicious. Not gigantic. No waste.
Excellent food and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Food was good but not hot. We had table of 8 and only 1 meal was hot.
Rest were lukewarm
Waitress was the best… Jeanine!
Salad and bread with oil dip was very good. The spaghetti was well overcooked should not have been served. Both sauces were good. Poor quality control. We sent much of the main course back, disappointed!
The food and service was excellent. It's my favorite pizza around however I had manicotti this time, superb! Even the salad rocks
Good food at a reasonable price for a family. Service is returning to normal…not the very slow service of a month ago.
Great little Italian restaurant in the heart of East Aurora. Great ambiance and the food was excellent.
We would highly recommend Pasquales. The food is alway's excellent and our server was awesome. We have gone to many restaurants lately and have been very disappointed. Pasquales never disappoints!!
Food has been good every time. Large portions sizes and family-friendly.
Nice Italian place where you get a lot of food for a fair price. I will be going back!
Service is getting a bit faster....more like it was before the pandemic. A good meal at a reasonable price.
tuscan salad with chicken was a tasty lunch. Scott our server was very pleasant.
The food was good but we waited over an hour for our meals and when we got our food it was cold.
Excellent food and service
Love the atmosphere
We had a great time! Julie was the best, she was very attentive ! Food was very tasty my granddaughter and grandson love the cake allthough their eyes were bigger than their stomach. We will be back.
Best pizza around!! Also had manicotti that was amazing!! Definitely would recommend
The food was good, but not memorable. The service was exceptional which is why we’ll go back again.
Great pizza, salad and soup. Server was pleasant and attentive, but not hovering. We'll be back.
I was disappointed. The West Seneca location is much better. The service was slow and the food was even slower. And when it did come out, it was room temperature. We order the calamari and you could tell it wasn’t fresh. It was also what you fear when you order calamari - rubbery. I don’t dislike Pasquale’s, I just won’t go back to this particular location.
Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive, food was very good as always, and social distancing was practiced.
At the risk of making Pasquale's too busy the next time we want to come there, it was a very nice place for dinner... nice decor and ambience, great food, wonderful service, reasonable prices. And huge portions. After the very generous salads, we had enough entrees leftover to take home for another big meal.
Waitress was great. Good was good
Food was fantastic. Wait staff was very timely with bringing food, water, and checking in. Also enjoyed the table spacing due to Covid-19. It provided more privacy.
Poor service by our waitress. And waited nearly an hour and fifteen minutes before we got our food (only 4 of us and 2 of us had salads). And food quality and portions were poor/small.
We love Pasquale's. Food is always great. Service too. Had my Father join us for dinner. Had a wonderful evening.
Everything was very good. Not our servers fault at all but our meal took over an hour to come out.
It was the perfect choice for a special evening. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a nice meal without being "stuffy" and couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere to the meal. The waitress was very professional yet personable, the food and drinks were amazing and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a nice meal in a great setting.
Best pizza around, hands down !
Been going to Pasquale's East Aurora for years. Consistently great.
Great service and good food.
Everything was wonderful and the same same quality and service I expect when I go to Pasquales’s
