Food & service very good. Nice, quiet, clean ,Italian restaurant. Soup & salad good too. I wish that there were more dairy-free, vegan options though for me. My husband eats meat. He enjoyed the veal parmigiana for his birthday dinner. The A/C felt good because it was sunny and warm outside. Coffee was good. There was also several alcoholic drinks to choose from the menu.

The food was very good. Everyone in my party enjoyed the various dishes we ordered so we’ll definitely go back. That said, I must be getting old but I was frustrated with the service. When I asked for a recommendation, the waitress said she didn’t have any because she didn’t eat there - she didn’t make any suggestions on popular orders or even attempt to make a recommendation. She also disappeared for about an hour and never checked in with us when the restaurant was empty (3pm). Our dinner took us almost 3 hours total and she only came back once to ask for drink refills. When she did bring us our refills, she completely forgot one of the drinks. At the end of the meal, she didn’t even offer dessert. She also seemed to be running around (literally) when the restaurant did get busy though it looked she was only responsible for 3 tables and there was plenty of other staff. Overall, I’d go back but I hate when a decent meal is ruined by incompetent service.

The food was very good! However, I did not know I had to reserve a booth for 4 people and was given a table. I asked for a booth instead and greeter advised a booth was not possible. An experienced waitress heard the conversation and jumped in and said we could have a booth. Sat down at the booth and ordered our drinks, appetizers, and meals. Had to ask for clean plates to eat appetizers on as 2 were very dirty. Waiter came back with plates and accidentally hit a full cup of Pepsi which toppled over and went all over the table, myself, my wife, and all over the seat. I tried to clean it up with cloth napkins, but with limited success. Waiter brought a roll of paper towels and we continued to clean it up as waiter watched. Everything was sticky! We were never offered a wash cloth or different seating. Never received replacement cloth napkins but waiter did come back to take the roll of paper towels back. Again, the food was great and the service was very poor!

Pasquale’s in East Aurora is one of our favorite restaurants. Enjoyed a Friday night dinner there. The food was great. We kept it simple this time, I had ravioli and my fiancé had the penne pasta with meatballs. Everything was delicious from the bread with dipping olive oil to the salads, and of course the pasta. Love the sauce! Service was great as usual. Always happy with this restaurant.

We asked for a booth and were seated next to a window. Two nearby tables had noisy children. As a retired couple, we should have been led to a seat in the back room. I had the stuffed shells which were delicious. I also enjoyed an Italian margarita, also very good. Our server was excellent.

The restaurant was pretty slow for a Sunday evening. Yet there were problems from the get go. Long wait to see a member of the waitstaff, and get our order taken. Salad/Soup and not a drop to drink on the table. Then the mains arrived before the drinks. (Which was 20+ minutes later.) Steak was under done, pasta very rubbery. We didn’t complain at all, yet the only efficient part of the night was the check presentation which was before everyone was even done with their meal. The restaurant is really going down hill. We’ve had dinner there several times, but this will be our final time, unfortunately. There are just too many better options in East Aurora.

I ordered the black and blue salad, they never brought my dressing even after I asked two people for it. They forgot my wife’s soup, brought it out late, then her meal came out two minutes later Which is what she did not want. They also screwed up my sister-in-law’s Meal By putting red sauce on the pasta when she specifically asked them not to. When the bill came, the gratuity was already included On both checks, and the total of the tip would’ve been $40 which the service clearly did not reflect. We spoke to the manager and got the bill reduced and a tip removed. For those who his food was not screwed up, you can tell the ravioli was frozen and the sauce was not good. Definitely disappointed.

The staff was friendly. Our waitress was helpful. However, there were empty glasses left on the table. Overall she did a good job. We were disappointed in the food. The pasta fagioli and lasagna had little flavor. My dinner partner had the veal parmigiana and was disappointed because the veal had been frozen and was not tender. We will come back to try the pizza, we have enjoyed it in the past. At this time we would recommend Pasquale’s with caveats.

As we went in, before even sitting down we asked for a plate of pasta for two toddlers. 80 minutes later, when we were served the plates we ordered for ourselves, that plate of pasta was yet to arrive. And we had asked twice in between. The food is bad too, but that was not even the main issue.

Server had no clue about customer service. Took my wife out for Valentines dinner Baked potatoes were cold and undercooked and the Veal was like shoe leather. Server said they offer Military discount and at the end of dinner she said they don’t give Military discounts. I’m a retired chef and I’m sure the cooks at this Restaurant need to be better trained.

Our server was not friendly. She came over and said what can I get you to drink, was very cold, no introduction. Could not tell you her name.We are huge on please and thank you, our toddler thanked her a few times and she ignored him. Also ignored us. Towards the end of the meal she seemed to slightly perk up but she ruined our mood by that point. We tipped even though the service was awful. Food is always great and the hostess was very friendly. We don’t need our server to s*** rainbows but she could have smiled once or looked like we weren’t inconveniencing her.

we get our pizza there often. it's always perfect and on time and delicious. it was our 51st wedding anniversary so we decided to try your eat in restaurant and order other than pizza. i was nervous ordering a steak as i had no idea what to expect and was thoroughly delighted. i had never made a reservation on line before and that worked out just fine. thank you for a great meal and experience.

Ordered a pasta dish and the pasta noodles were cooked to a chewy paste! Very poor a professional chef would never send that pasta out to any customer. I ate around the pasta and did not eat the pasty pasta!

Excellent service. Food was prepared just as I like it. My only dislike was the Pork Chop marinade was bit too sweet for my taste but is was still very good. We pass through here once per year and we will return next year.
