Today, through Godot Wines—his import and distribution company—he shares those values with Australia. Each bottle in his portfolio reflects his roots: warm, generous, and full of character, just like the food, people, and streets of his beloved Bologna.

Born in Australia but raised on the flavours and values of Basilicata, their family’s homeland in southern Italy. As restaurateurs, they’ve built spaces that reflect that heritage: warm, generous, and deeply rooted in tradition. Basilicata’s honest, soulful food—earthy pastas, bold wines, and robust flavours—has always been part of their story.
