   Pasjoli is simply one of the best restaurants, on all levels, you will have a chance to dine. Everything from the check in process to how you’re greeted and welcomed, to the quality of the food and its appearance, to the service knowledge of the staff. Just a delightful and culinary experience.

   Good food but too much lemon in broccolini and in the steak tartar Lemon does NOT belong in steak dishes If u r going to combine it with a lettuce, take the lemon out of the vinaigrette No evidence of mustard at all - not a great dish

   The food was amazing. We tried seven different dishes and all of them were very good to excellent. Service was perfect. Pork loin with peppercorn sauce and carmelized onions and walnuts was my favorite dish. Also the gnocchi with duck confit had a terrific melange of flavors going on. We will be back and will tell people how great the meal was.

   Absolutely outstanding in every capacity! Having moved here from Chicago over a year ago & trying roughly 150 restaurants in Los Angeles, this was by far, the best experience!! Ty Daniel (GM) & Chef Dave. I will spread the gospel of dining & recommend Pasjoli to everyone!

   The food is superb and the service is knowledgeable and friendly. The duck is the star attraction & delicious. The gnocchi and foie gras are amazing, and the rice pudding is excellent. Food quality is a cut above most LA restaurants. Not cheap but worth every penny.

   We don't generally go back to many restaurants but Paajoli never fails to deliver a great meal with a great ambiance. Every dish that came out was well thought out and had very balanced flavors. The only problem is that we don't have a second stomach to order the entire menu when we are there. Definitely our favorite restaurant and can't wait to be back!

   We ate outside and it was quiet and nice. Service was impeccable. Everything was incredibly tasty with the duck being masterful. It's expensive but worth it.

   called to move my reservation to 7pm from 8pm - was told fully booked so not possible - got a text at 7.30pm that my table was ready - arrived to find lots of vacant tables - this did not sit well with me and spoiled the start of my dining experience. Otherwise a great meal, good service in a fun tasteful space!

    Where do we start… First, our waiter did not know why some items on the menu were gold and other were not. While ordering appetizers he informed us the chocolate soufflé takes about 20 mins to prepare so we would need to give him a heads up if we intended on getting that. So, we ordered our desserts the same time we ordered our appetizers. We finished our main course & waited for our plates to be taken. About 10 minutes after they were cleared I informed the waiter, “we need to leave in 15 minutes [it’s 6:45 now] can you check on the desserts?” “They will be out in 10 minutes” I thought “A bit annoying, in 10 mins we will be well over the 20 min mark since we *finished* our main. Not sure what the point was of ordering our desserts with our apps… but what ever I’m sure it’s worth it.” 15 minutes crawl by as they only can when you are running behind… It’s now 7:00. Still no dessert. I called for the waiter and gave him my card and informed him, “we need to leave right now, please close us out so we can leave” The bill came and I decided to double check it. Thinking, I was being a bit paranoid. Surely a “high end” service based business such as this one would never try to charge a customer for something they did not receive. Wrong again, there they were, nearly $50 of uneaten (and probably amazing) desserts staring me in the face. I quickly asked the nearest employee for the manager to move things along. I got the beverage director instead, nice. He tried to assure me that they will be coming out immediately. But we’re at 7:05 now and we did not have time, so I asked for them to be removed from the bill. The Liquid King proceeded to tell me that “the dessert does take about 20 minutes to prepare” and he would need to check with the waiter to “see if you informed him exactly when you needed to leave by” I’m sorry? We’re 90 mis in & still soufflé-less but that’s because I didn’t give our waiter my itinerary upon arrival? What an incorrigible 🤡

    Wonderful restaurant! Pressed duck was unique and amazing, gratin dauphinois was decadent, risotto with truffles was creamy delicious, beef tartare was also unusual but in a good way! Server was attentive and friendly, sommelier was knowledgeable and both were patient with our many questions. A memorable evening!

    Pasjoli was perfect! Nice vibe with fantastic service. Cod special was delicious. The Gnocchi Parisienne was a crowd please and shouldn’t be missed. The short was excellent as well. I don’t think you can go wrong at this lovely place.

    Another fabulous meal at this gem of a spot on Main St ; they really do turn out incredible food in a lovely space with some of the best servers in the business. The mushroom salad was spectacular, the truffle risotto likewise and as always the souffle is a must have. One of my favorite spots in the City.

    Just fantastic food and drinks. Friendly, attentive and appropriate service. We loved the hard apple cider cocktail to start. Crab appetizer was delicious. Can't say enough about the Halibut entree (so buttery) and vegetarian/GF Risotto entree. And the melon desert with honeycomb was a great change of pace from the usual chocolate bomb! Really delicate and lovely flavors. Considering the level of food you're getting here, the prices (with service included) are very reasonable. Very pleasant ambiance inside. What a great restaurant to have in the neighborhood, we're lucky.

    This was a huge disappointment. To begin with, the server, who was courteous and kind, was very young, inexperienced, and not knowledgeable about drinks or the menu, Next, the bar apparently only had cocktails that were listed on the limited menu and didn't know how to mix anything as routine as a Negroni. The duck breast was good and was the reason my husband wanted to come, BUT, it was easily enough for the 4 of us, even though it's described on the online menu for 2. Also, the presentation left a lot to be desired, placed alone on a plate with the sauce. Had we been properly informed about how many the duck would serve, and then offered guidance by the waiter, we should have ordered additional sides, like potatoes or vegetables, The pudding offered with the duck was delicious, the salad was also very disappointing. I had expected "crispy duck skin" as stated on the menu perhaps on top of the salad, but if it was there it was in the form of dustings, There was absolutely no duck skin. How sad, --crispy duck skin is a real treat!! Because we weren't properly advised about how many people the duck would serve, we ordered the pork. I know that pork should be served pink, but portions of this were raw in the middle and inedible.

    Everything was delicious. The service was great although the outside ambience left a little to be desired in comparison to the food and service. We sat outdoors where you do deal with the noise and craziness of Santa Monica Main Street. We did appreciate that our server recognized that we were somewhat unsure of which wine to choose so she had the sommelier come over and recommend additional options for us in line with the taste profiles we described. Overall a great experience, we will be back.
