I love Turkish cuisine but I guess I am spoiled by amazing food in Taci Beyti Turkish restaurant in Brooklyn. This dinner was a great disappointment. We have ordered three appetizers and not on them was really good. Pan Fried Dough dish was too salty. Shepherd's salad and Manti were nothing special. Again, can't stop comparing with these amazing dishes in Taci Beyti. As a main course I had Hunkar Begendi and it was a big mistake because it was not tasty at all. I had couple bites and gave it to my friend who was so enthusiastic to have it only until he tried it. :) Then he did not eat it either. So, it was not only me who did not like it. :) Besides food, everything is excellent: ambience, service etc.

Pasha has been a reliable place to go for fresh and appealing Turkish food for many years. My most recent visit (for theatre at Lincoln Center) was fully satisfying as usual. Appetizers are the thing, we shared five between the two of us, for an excellent meal and a great value.

Very quiet neighborhood restaurant for lunch. Much busier at dinner. The food was delicious, the service attentive.

Service the worst in my long experience. Waiter was possibly the rudest, most passive-aggressive on the planet.

Delicious Turkish food with an unbeatable fixed price menu from 5 PM to 7 PM. The choices are numerous and the portions large. I had the shepard's salad first followed by a stuffed chicken breast and then baklava. The salad was fresh. The chicken breast very flavorful. And the fixed price menu also includes coffee or tea. Great for pre Lincoln Center.

Pasha used to be one of our go-to restaurants for pre-concert dinners and get-togethers with West Side friends in the Lincoln Center Area. It's a beautiful restaurant--the most beautiful Turkish restaurant I now. In the last few years, however, the food has--with a few exceptions, such as the sliced lamb with yoghurt--has been generally bland and undistinguished (I remember the hunkar begendi fondly, but this time it was as tasteless as the stuffed chicken breast I was served). Service has also been unpredictable on our recent visits: although concertgoers' needs to be out by a certain time are always respected, during non-Lincoln Center hours (at least in the evenings, when we've gone there), it's anyone's guess when a server will show up to take your order or how soon the server--who may be one of three people--will return after the order has arrived. On the other hand, on the last three occasions our main courses arrived so fast that we barely had time to finish our appetizers. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, but the scattershot service and generally mediocre food now discourage us from using Pasha as a Lincoln Center choice.

Nothing very exciting about the food, wine list (or lack thereof) , or atmosphere. So many better places in the area so it is doubtful I would return for a second visit.

Pasha is our go-to restaurant on the UWS, especially when friends come to town. The food is always excellent and service very competent and friendly. Notable is their hummus, trout entree, and milk custard dessert.

This is the second time I ate dinner at Pasha. On both occasions the food was excellent. Every dish ordered was flavorful. On this second visit however, the service was not very good. Our waiter was covering a huge number of tables.

Pasha is such a pleasant neighborhood restaurant. We always love to take friends in from out of town because the food is good, the bar is good, the place quite lovely and the waiters, many of who know the cuisine intimately are elegant, informed and pleasant.

I always enjoy the food at Pasha, and have always found the service to be very nice as well. Our last visit made a bad impression regarding the service. Our waiter seemed like doing his job was an annoying chore and he was not very attentive. I will still come back, but am a bit more wary about recommending this restaurant to friends or to bring friends who've never been there.

Pasha is one of my favorite upper west side restaurants. It is a beautiful space with terrific food. The manti and the dessert stuffed apricots are the best.

I was surprised that the restaurant was so UNCROWDED, but perhaps this is the situation with Fridays in NY City in the summer. The Price fixe menu was great value and great food choices as well. Service was attentive but not so much so as to disturb or rush three couples who had not been together in over 20 years. I would go back to Pasha again anytime.

So civilized. I was a fan after realizing how quiet the restaurant was. Such a pleasant environment and the food was great. The prix fixe was such a deal for the quantity and quality. A hidden treasure in the neighborhood.

The customer service aspect of this restaurant was extremely disappointing! My guest arrived before me, I had made the reservation through Open Table. I arrived and announced my name and that I was waiting for a guest. The host couldn't find the reservation, acted very presumptious that I didn't have a reservation, didnt say that someone else had been seated in my name and went to seat me elsewhere in the restaurant. Luckily, my guest was able to see me being seated across the empty room of the restaurant and called my name. It went downhill from there. No one came to our table for at least 10 minutes -- no water, bread, etc.
Needless to say, I won't be returning there again and will NOT recommend.

My wife and I were seated in the back room, very comfortable atmosphere with skylights providing great lighting. The service was prompt and efficient. The food came out quickly and well timed, we did not feel rushed.

My wife ordered the 3 course prix fixe menu (eggplant app, trout, baklava) and I ordered an a stuffed chicken entree. We shared the appetizer and dessert. The food was below average, very bland and the quality seemed more like cafeteria style food...prepared somewhere else and finished here.

Maybe this is what their clientele prefers? It is nice to try something new but we would not return.
