Paschal's Fried Chicken

Fall off the bone ribs, covered in our secret BBQ sauce served with French fries. Served with a choice of two sides
There was no catfish and we all had a taste for it but what we ordered was good
Energized conversation with good friends and soulful, nourished food. I can’t beat that.
Excellent food! Seemed very clean. Servers nice, but the overall service was very slow. Good value for the food. I had the salmon, shrimp, collard greens and yams. I give the food a 10/10! Great atmosphere!! I would recommend 100%!
Food was good. Service was just slow, drinks and food took to long to be served and the booth was small.
We came there for a birthday celebration. The collard greens was salty, Mac n cheese was not done all the way, some chicken was salty and the wings did not have any seasoning. The salmon was over cooked. This was an disappointing experience. We had many that travel from 6 different states and was very dissatisfied.
We came from out of town to a birthday celebration. Every time I come to Atlanta I must come to you all to get some food to go. This was the first time I dine in. First, even though we had a reservation it seems as though we was not welcome or it was a problem. Once we was seated we only had one waitress to wait on a party of 20. Once the food came the collard greens was salty, chicken was salty, the wings had no season on it, the Mac n cheese was not baked all the way, and the salmon was over cooked.
I’m very disappointed for this experience especially when it was my idea to go there to celebrate my sister. This will be the last time I visit your restaurant and tell anyone about you. Please make sure you are fully staffed and the kitchen is ready for a rush.
Excellent food, great ambience and a wonderful place to take out of towners for a piece of history.
Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Peach cobbler was excellent.
We were disappointed in the changes in the menu shortage of staff. Atmosphere was disappointing.
Paschal's is no longer doing brunch but it's still listed on all restaurant searches. So we were quite disappointed to learn that we were seated. The staff is very friendly and aims to please. The food was good. Everything I expected from past visits. Keep up the great customer service!
They're food and service was great as always! Thae staff are always friendlyand accommodating. The food always fresh send consistently
Traveled from Chicago just to eat here and we LOVED IT.
We had a 430 reservation we did not get seated until five we did not have our order taken until almost 6 o’clock I had three small children and one teenager they were very frustrated the food was horrible the table was dirty the floors were dirty very sticky it just was not the experience that we have had in the past I don’t know if it was because of the time of the day that we came because normally we come early like 1130 1230 but overall the service was horrible I was very surprised. I won’t be returning and I will never recommend this restaurant to any family or friends. The quality of service the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food has gone down to a very low level.
Arrived on time and was seated right away, the food was great and so was the service. Loved it
Amazing restaurant and staff! Chicken dinner was awesome! Best fried chicken my wife and I have had. Definitely recommend!
Nothing like my visit from two years ago. Restaurant has gone down. Floor was so sticky felt like it had not been mopped in a year. Bathroom was so nasty seemed like it had not been cleaned in a week. Hostess and servers need training on customer service. Hostess refused to seat me till my husband had parked the car in their limited parking. Server never returned to refill drinks. I had to ask for check. Just an awful dining experience. And food was just ok.
This is a historic great Black restaurant. I have eaten there many times and even before they moved to this location. You will probably need a doggie bag to take food home because the portions are large. The service is good. But do not go if you are in a rush because their chicken and fish are prepared to order so you may wait 15-20 minutes for your order to come out. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
Let me say first, the food was really good. I took my Dad there for Father’s Day. I asked for a booth, so that my 78yr old Dad would be more comfortable…however…the hostess said the booths were for parties of 3 or more only. It wasn’t crowded…and one of the booths I was eyeing was empty the entire time we were there. Now what really made the experience lees than “5 stars” was how dirty the floors were underneath the tables. They were eventually swept about 40 minutes after I noticed it. I just didn’t understand why the floor wasn’t swept because there wasn’t anyone seated at those tables.
Food was horrible. It wasn't fresh. The food was lacking
Our Waitress was very nice, but our food was mostly cold, actually the only thing we got that was hot was the Baked Mac & Cheese, and the chicken wings were very small, Pascal seems to be going down, which is a grave disappointment, I know the history on Pascal's, but was saddened by the food quality.
We celebrate Fathers Day for the men in our family! Food was delicious!
Not the same restaurant it used to be. Floors are super sticky, dining room was drab and dad, food took forever after ordering. It was just a let down experience for one of Atlanta’s fed restaurants.
Food was by far best in ATL! Service was a little slow but when we taste the food, it wiped the slate clean. We will be returning!
Great Soul Food! The fried Catfish is amazing! And you have to get the peach cobbler!
Excellent food and great service
Everything was great! Originally we went for brunch, but found out they stopped doing brunch during the pandemic. I felt very comfortable dining inside with my family. They were take appropriate precautions due to covid. They consistently exceed expectations.
Food was good, service excellent‼️
We enjoyed the well prepared southern food. Perfect for the entire family. The server, Royal was sweet, funny, and knowledgeable about the menu. As staff members walked passed they all checked on us which is different from any dining experience I have had before.
I can some it up in one word: Awesome!
The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our food was prepared in great time and it was delicious. We had a great experience our first time dining with friends at Paschal’s Restaurant.
Service was a tad slow but given the circumstances of work shortages it’s understandable. Food was delicious
We came late that’s why the service was crapy but food was good 😫
The food was salty and very unorganized. I didn’t ask for my money back because we are from out of town n just experiencing Atlanta
Unfortunately had not heard of Paschals eventhough I'm an Atlanta native; my husband had but apparently kept this soul food gem to himself. I ordered only sides for dinner from Uber Eats one evening and fell in love. I immediately made reservations for 3 weeks later and was not disappointed. It was just as delicious. Their Peach Cobbler tastes like my own. I didn't realize my recipe was public. Lol! Fiedi was our server and was sweet too. I'm adding this to one of my favorites list.
I was pleasantly surprised by Pascals. As an Atlanta native, I am familiar with Pascals legacy’s and rich history but I was unsure if their history was all they were going to bring to the table. Along with the classic Pascals nostalgia, I received a solid meal in a nicely decorated modern restaurant. They were not perfect but definitely worth the trip.
No parking whatsoever. Parked in hotel lot. A lot of signs saying not responsible for stolen things in car. So be safe! Asked host where to park so we wouldn’t be towed and she said don’t know. Smh. Finally get in and got seated nobody came to wait on us. Ten min later we order drinks then another ten before they came back and we ordered. Food came twenty min later. No refills on our drinks, nobody even asked if everything was ok. It wasn’t even busy due to us being the last reservation. Tables weren’t clean around us, it was hot and humid. Very dark with bad lighting. Reservation was at eight so could be why lighting was poor. Scary going to the bathroom there around that time Bc it’s off in the way back so bring a friend. Besides all of that the food was great and specially for the price. Unfortunately I would never go back nor recommend.
It could be the restaurant is still recovering from Covid-19 pandemic shutdown in 2020. It was not like the amazing experience prior to Covid-19.
The food was not as good as previous.......lettuce on the salad was not fresh. The collard greens and yams were not seasoned well.
Now the food it is more pricey. Alacarte - 2 pieces of chicken was $12.00 ($6.00 per piece; $6.00 for 1 wing). This is too much. Regular side salad was $8.00, and did not have eggs, or bacon bits on it.
One good thing - the Peach Cobbler was delicious!
Very good food. You need to make a reservation or you can order takeout.
The only setback was that they told us about their 7 pm closing instead of 8 pm only when we arrived. But it seems that one employee had called in sick.
The four veggie plate was welcomed after traveling the South. And the salad with tuna had a huge very tasty piece of tuna.
Drinks can be served but I tap
Having been there several times, just looking at all the pictures of past famous people on the walls is enough for me. Awesome place to eat at. Excellent service!!!
We made a reservation for 12pm , the location opened at 12pm . when we arrived we were told we had to wait 10 mins to be seated , the place we nearly empty . Strawberry lemonade was koolaid they is self pour . Voodoo shrimp taste more like Buffalo shrimp . Our food arrived fairly quickly but was underwhelming. The candies yams and greens taste as if they came from a can , the potato salad had no seasoning. Black eyed peas were hard under cooked . The tiny morsel of cornbread they offer is very dry and has a weird after taste with notes or almond extract. The fried chicken was dry , under seasoned and not crispy , it was very light in color . We were disappointed from beginning to end .
