Finding parking was an adventure. Service was beyond slow; there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant, and it was Sunday brunch time. Had a reservation for 11:30, my café au lait wasn’t served until close to noon. My friend’s mimosa took 20 minutes to arrive from when she ordered it. Food was average. I ordered breakfast tacos, which the menu claimed were ready fast, but since they brought all the food out at the same time, they were no longer warm. Nothing to write home about besides the nice thick bacon. All things considered, if you’re not in a rush and just want to chit chat with friends or family it’s a chill spot. If you’re hungry and ready for food or on a time schedule, perhaps this is not your place. Once and done for me.

Everything we tried that related to coffee was AMAZING. The taste on everything on brunch menu was subpar. Not terrible -- but no wow factor. Our party got the diner breakfast, pretzel bagel and French toast... and everyone agreed: just okay. Our waitress was very nice but could not be found for fifteen minute or more intervals. Parking was so complicated. If you park in the Santander Tower, Parterre will validate $14.00 work of parking time... so, we definitely appreciated that, at the very least. The ambiance is better on their Instagram than inside, but maybe we came on an off day. Bottom line: they do coffee right. There's room for improvement in a lot of areas.

Really delicious espresso, great service, wonderful ambiance and decoration, we had the salmon quinoa bowl and the brisket kimchi bowl. Both were great, if I ordered the kimchi bowl again I’d probably get the sauce on the side because it was a heavy pour but that’s the only real criticism I have.

What tasty and interesting choices! An unassuming coffee place with delicious brunch. I had a Korean fusion entree, and my friend had a wagyu burger. Both were creative, tasty, and prepared skillfully. Will go back anytime I need a meal in that part of downtown.

We had been wanting to try Parterre since it opened and finally made it on Easter Sunday. We have been three times since then! The location and atmosphere, including the music, are perfect. The food has been incredible each time! Alexis and the crew are all great! Parterre is our new go-to spot!

This Chef is superb on the limited menu. Everything was prepared perfectly with some unique flavor combinations. We had 5 guests and tried everything except the lobster (they were sold out). The space is stark without ambience. For dinner service they could easily add linen cloths, flowers and candlelight for a more intimate experience. Talented Chef might do well in a fine dinning atmosphere.

Everything was nice and food/coffee was good, just totally unprepared for diners. I made a reservation a few days before assuming they would be prepared but for 8 of us we had only 1 server who was tending to the whole dining room that had 4 other tables sat. It was really a bummer because everything else was so great. Just took an hour and a half to get our coffee/food and some didn’t get theirs at all.
