   I don't normally do Open Table reviews. In fact this is the first one I have ever done. I booked into Partage for a nice family dinner in Las Vegas. I was worried when we arrived at the restaurant in a strip mall in the outskirts of town and definitely not in a tourist area. My concerns were alleviated the minute we opened the door to Partage. .... the ambiance and look was first class. The menu is unusual as you get no choice and have to go on trust. We ordered the 7 course meal and premium wine pairing. Every course was astoundingly interesting .... and tasty. The wines were premium plus and spectacular. We will definitely be going back to Partage the next time we are in Vegas. It is the best meal I had in a very long time

   This is our second time at Partage. Both times we reserved the private room. Compared to exactly one year ago, the food is still very good and very worth the price. However, the service this time has much to be left desired. It wasn’t bad per say, but it was very rushed. Plates were passing above our heads. It was overall very un-coordinated. Also, each course felt very rushed. Partage is still a worthy visit though. If you are in Las Vegas, please visit!!

   Outstanding dining! I highly recommend! The food was great. The service was outstanding. We had the seven course meal. I was pleasantly surprised. The portions appeared small but don’t be disillusioned. By the time we got to the fifth course, we both felt like we were bursting at the seams! Everyone should experience this restaurant!

   Mind blowing. What an experience. The food & drinks were off the charts delicious. Very creative dishes that overwhelm the taste buds. We were leery of the location to begin with, but fears we put to rest as soon as we entered. I consider this place a “Must Try”. Will be recommending it to all of my friends and colleagues.

   Outstanding cocktails with cool presentations! Course meal was well presented, described, and tasty. The only regret may be that the seafood and the meat entries could've been upgraded. Sea bass rather than Amber Jack and cow over pig. Other than the amber jack and spanish pork, the entire evening was very enjoyable with outstanding service and attentive staff throughout the entire dinner service.

    This was my third time. I don’t know what’s happened but this time was disappointed. I didn’t taste sophisticated French sauces in dishes. Most dishes taste bland. I thought my taste has changed or something wrong but my friend said same. The cheese and dessert were good though.

    Superb chef. Love the concept of only picking number of courses then being surprised by outstanding food paired with excellent gran Cru wines The caviar and foi gras are always amazing. It’s a shame Michelin doesn’t give stars in Las Vegas.

    One of the best dinner experiences we’ve ever had! We got the 7 course and each one was fantastic. Our server was Nicolas and he made the entire experience even better. We heard they change their menu once a month, we can’t wait to come back!

    This was our 5th time dining at Partage. Every time we have been there, the food is innovative, beautiful and delicious. We have been fortunate to eat in some great restaurants around the world. Partage is easily our favorite. We make it a point to visit Partage every time we are in Las Vegas.

    Dinner was magical. Every person that touched our table was knowledgeable and kind. Liked every single thing (and we got the 9 course). Wine pairing was divine - please don’t skip! We did get full and didn’t finish our last 2 courses, so we’d probably do a 5 or 7 course with the signature added. Also- don’t skip the truffle addition if you can!

    Truly an exceptional experience! Partage was highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint! We splurged and got the wine pairings with the 7 course price fixed meal. Every dish and pairing was beautifully presented, the flavors combinations were very unique and came together beautifully.

    From the moment you arrive you know you are in for something special. The decor is beautiful. The concept is a blind tasting menu. The only choice you make is the number of courses and if you want wine pairings. We had already over indulged several evenings so we just did a cocktail, Smokey Old Fashioneds, which were very well done. From the Amuse Bouche to the final amazing dessert, each course was delicious and well executed. Highly recommended.

    Absolutely incredible! We were surprised with a private room since it was my friend's anniversary and my birthday. The food was unique and beautifully plated. Our waitress was excellent and the service was overall good. The only negative thing I have to say is that the table had a projector over it over it which would have been a cool experience, however it was constantly moving so it made us nauseated so we asked for it to be stilled and then shut off. My husband was car sick from the taxi ride and had 2 courses out of our 7 course meal and our waitress provided us with a discount! That was unexpected and very generous. The table received a dessert for our friend's anniversary and I received a Happy Birthday chocolate on my dessert. The chef even came out afterwards and asked us about our meal! I would say this is a very adventurous palate so if you're not an adventurous eater I might pick something different. Overall I would like to return so my husband can have this luxurious dining experience.

    You will be blown away. World class standard of service abs culinary journey. Should want an exceptional experience with food and service you will need to visit Partage. The wine pairing is a must. Highly recommend adding the truffles and foie gras you will not be disappointed. The servers are professional and thoughtful and anticipate your every need. A must do 5/5

    Great anniversary dinner. Service was exceptional both from the food server and the wine server. Food was divine, small portions and numerous courses. Wine pairings were great. Highly recommend to anyone in this part of Nevada or out of town guests.
