    Such a fun and delicious find. WS a bit nervous when dropped off at a strip mall- but once we opened the door it was clear we were in a whole new world! The food was excellent, the wine pairings very good. Got to meet the chef as he personally came by the tables. Very accommodating with food allergies. Perfect sized courses and staff were very nice. Some very qualified others were still learning- but everyone was super nice. Definitely will keep this on the list to go again when in town!

    Dining at Partage was A spiritual experience!!  World class service, thanks Nicolas! Food was exquisite, every course was on point and paired well with wine.  Foie Gras was EVERYTHING and the black pig served for the meat course was so Magnificent that it literally brought tears to my eyes!!! This place is worth every penny! Definitely a dining experience that is unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced.     Incredible experience, definitely my favorite Vegas restaurant now. Every course was extremely creative and the ability for each person to get however many course they wanted is a great feature. I still dream about the Iberico ham, will definitely be returning.

    Dinner last night at Partage, this is one of my favorite restaurants because Chef Yuri is so creative with the courses and Nicolas really knows how to pair the perfect wines with each course. The chef presented a wonderful amuse bouche of smoked salmon resting on a rice chip with lime citrus cream. Fresh, full of flavor and the crispiness of the chip was a delightful beginning to the meal. The first course was a classic of French onion soup, with Gruyere cheese topped with a crouton of pizza crust. The caramelized onions, chives, anchovy, and crème added to the richness of the soup with the cheese adding a hint of creaminess and nuttiness. A fantastic classic French soup course. Moved to a fish course, Hokkaido scallop carpaccio and Spanish grilled octopus with wasabi sponge cake with a blue green algae broth. The scallops were tender, with a creamy, sweet, delicate flavor. The grilled octopus was great with the broth which provided an amazing flavor to this course. Also had a course of Ossetra caviar with blini. Next course was a twist on surf and turf. A layered course starting with A5 Wagyu steak topped with Maine lobster topped with a tempura zucchini slice then repeated with a lobster bisque surrounding this course. The steak was tender and delicious, the lobster delicate and sweet with the bisque adding extra flavor to this course. A perfect paired surf and turf course. Next course was foie gras two ways. The first presentation was traditional foie gras on a crostini with poached tangerine, this was creamy and buttery with a smooth texture and the added tangerine provided a light citrus to this course. The second presentation was a layered terrine starting with butternut squash flan topped with foie gras topped with duck leg confit topped with granola. This presentation had the warm earthiness of flavors—a great presentation and course. Moved to a fish course, monk fish from Maine, wrapped in grape leaves with a Vin Blanc sauce, accompanied by

    We really enjoyed our signature 9 course meal with wine pairing. Food was beautifully presented and featured a variety of ingredients from both land and water. Staff were knowledgeable about food sources and how they would pair with wine. Good value for a tasting menu. Similar experience at the strip will easily cost 2x extra. Menu change monthly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a French fine dining experience in Vegas.

    We went to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. We did have the 9 course tasting menu. All the courses were great. I love that the servers were very knowledgeable about the food served. Also it was nice to have a visit from the chef. All in all a wonderful experience.

    Its a wholes experience, been here numerous times. This recent time, month of November. Every plate was an explosion of flavor. I also added the 5 wine pairing with the meals and I left there with pure satisfaction, the servers were on point, really attentive. Just have to go for yourself and experience it.

    We opted for the “Chef’s Table Experience”, it was well worth it. 9 course tasting with premium wine pairing and a full view of the kitchen. Food, wine, and service were impeccable.     Had dinner last night at Partage. Have read the many reviews here and on other sites comparing it to Joel Rubichon at MGM. Joel Rubichon is the meal I would have as my last supper. Every aspect of the dining room to the super attentive staff that serve you without you even noticing they are there, to the elegance of each tasting menu dish served to the bread carousel etc is outstanding. The flavors are all carefully selected and meshed to present a good experience like no other. Partage is generally reviewed as a very similar experience for a third the cost. We did the 7 course tasting menu at $140 each. I booked the reservation a few weeks out and received numerous calls and texts from Partage asking me to confirm the same information multiple times. When we were greeted by our server he again asked the same questions again, how many people ( we were 6 seated), how many courses, etc I’m sure this is to make sure everything is just right but I found it overbearing and annoying similar to filling out the same paperwork numerous times at my doctors office. The amuse bouch was a small portion of foi gras and potato, somewhat bland and nothing special. It was followed with a very small portion of French onion soup which I found to be very average. The next few courses were ok the highlight being a small bite with foi gras, lobster and potato it was delicious. There was a small dish with a small piece of fish and sauce. And another dish with beets cheese and spinach. These two were misses imo. There was also a dish with grilled octopus. The octopus was somewhat fishy and soft not crisp like at Naxos or tender like at Elias. Another miss. Overall the food is somewhat average compared to JR it is not even close. Far better tasting menus IMO in Las Vegas at far lower cost are Anima and Edo. These 3 tasting menus including JR- every ingredient complements each other and isn’t out there just to be there. I found Partage to over complicate their dishes with ingredients.

    My girlfriend and I had the five course dinner. We ordered a regular wine pairing and a premium wine pairing to go with our meal so we could try more wines. The dishes served were both delicious and creative. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, Partage was very accommodating to the food allergies of both diners.

    12/10 would recommend! Everyone at the table entertained different course options and I would say the 7 courses was the perfect amount of food.My dad had the 9 courses and he said it was a bit hefty but worth it for the chef's plate. Also a big fan of a monthly altered menu. If you're debating this restaurant...DO IT. Our server, Nicolas, was exceptional and made our evening!

    We were very excited from the moment that we arrived in anticipation of the experience to come. Matthew at the bar started us with two fantastic cocktails that kicked off our evening in fine fashion. The service was spot on, and every course was a wonderful surprise.     I beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Nice to get off the strip and get treated with great personal service. We ate the7 course meal but should have done the 9. Defiantly not large portions but everything was immaculately prepared with a ton of flavor sensations. We spent $200/person with two glasses of amazing wine. Highly recommend.

    Alway a pleasant surprise to find something in Vegas that is not only worth the money, but far surpasses expectations. Same quality of experience can be had at the bar with the added benefit of conversation amongst Matthew, Julian and Ian. This place would be in listings of the French tire brothers if in another locale. Dishes are technique driven with great visual appeal without losing the basis of serving food that has wonderful and balanced flavors. Menus change monthly, so I hope to come back every time I’m in town to see what’s new.

    I treated myself to a seven-course dinner and one drink for my birthday, dined alone and regret nothing. It was - from top to bottom - amazing. I cook. A lot. It's hard to impress me, but this somehow exceeded my steep expectations. From the amuse bouche to the salmon to the squab - these dishes will live rent-free in my head and heart forever. I will not give anything away, but to eat at Partage is not just a culinary adventure, each dish is also its own journey, with one bite taking you here and the next... somewhere over there. Magic. Delight. Reverence. This is what food and eating should be. Hats off and DJ nod to the artists behind the bar and, of course, Chef. I will be forever thankful. I'm a fairly light eater and my only regret was having to leave food on my plate to taste everything. Next time, I'll choose the five-course and get multiple cocktails, which were also works of art. Again, I'm a light eater. I fully endorse the seven-course and beyond for those that don't have a teeny stomach. For me, the knowledge every staff member shared with me about what I was eating, where it had come from, how it had been prepared and how it should be eaten was just another way I was completely engaged and mesmerized by the experience. My biggest piece of advice: come here to pay attention to your food. To stare at it. To get lost in it. To have your server bring you back to reality... Apparently, there's a face people make when tasting squab for the first time, and I made it. Couldn't help it. My heart now belongs to the Church of Squab. Well done and thank you, Partage. I definitely hope to return. We're besties now.

    Our experience at Partage was phenomenal! One of the best dining experiences I've had in Las Vegas. The service was extremely special (shout out to Nikola) and the entire staff was amazing. Everyone made my family feel special, and provided wonderful detail about everything we ate. It was a breath of fresh air getting off the strip, and the quality of food for the price was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

    One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The staff was incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly. The food was perfect. We had the 7 course with wine pairing and caviar. Every bite was delicious.
