French
Partage offers a Modern French dining experience. This is our second restaurant to open in Las Vegas since our dream began together as a team in December of 2015. Chef Yuri, Pastry Chef Vincent and I left our home country of France at that time with few savings – but we were filled with passion to create our version of the American dream. We all shared the same vision – we wanted to bring the best of what we had learned back home to the locals and the visitors of the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. Our first place Eatt Gourmet Bistro offers healthy and gourmet recipes. As our customers increasingly demanded a great dining experience, the concept of Partage was simply inevitable.

We ordered the 9 course dinner. The only dish that wasn't memorable was the liquified fish. Everything else was perfect. Service was speedy and professional. They gave us perfect amount of time between courses. Chef Yuri even came over and spoke to us for a bit. Also decided to try one of their signature cocktails which was the mezcal old fashioned. I'm not a fan of mezcal because of how smokey it is, but I gave it a shot and wow did it blow me away. Overall this place has a fun atmosphere, AMAZING FOOD, and the best service around. My opinion, it's pricey but absolutley worth it.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. I’m a total foodie and I’ve been To a lot of prefix upscale restaurants and this was fantastic. All the flavors worked extremely well together. The presentation was impeccable. The service was impeccable. So much thought went into the mixing of flavors in the presentation it was just wonderful

We ordered a 7-course and 9-course tasting menu with wine pairing. The selling point on the menus was that they would be "customized" experiences from the chef, using all off-menu items. The food was excellent, but it looked like other tables around us who ordered tasting menus also received the same dishes. That shouldn't be perceived as a knock on the restaurant generally - just the way the tasting menu is presented as an option. The wines were well-paired with the food. The cost for the menu was not extreme ($130 for 9 courses + $90 for the 9-course wine pairing), considering the quality and quantity of food we received. We both left feeling satisfied (if tired...the meal clocked in at 3.5 hours).

We plan on returning and ordering a variety of items that were on the menu, as many of those options looked very intriguing. We would not hesitate to recommend Partage to our friends.

Special birthday dinner with 7 people. The ambience was really nice, not overdone, a soft elegance.
We all ordered the 7 course prefix menu; the food was good, but not exceptional. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a beef dish in the 7 course menu.
On the more positive side, it was quiet and extremely comfortable. If I were to return, I would order a main dish versus prefix menu.
More than likely I’ll return to their good eats restaurant where you get a great value for the money.

Magnifique! Ever since Ailze closed we have been searching for THE FRENCH Restaurant in Las Vegas. Eureka, we have found it in Partage. Ultra-modern, upscale restaurant oddly located in a strip mall in China Town (where the rent would be a minute fraction of that on The Strip.) Comfortable seating with very attentive and responsive service. Owners are very French, moving here as a life long dream. It's come true in an establishment that will likely become the number one French Restaurant in Las Vegas.
We recommend the nine-course tasting menu because of the adventure for your palate. Pricey, but worth it, in a casual setting.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. A wonderful choice for something off the Strip and quite possibly the best meal I’ve had in years. We ordered the five course option and the foie gras creme brûlée appetizer was out of this world. Our thanks to everyone at Partage for making our evening - and our visit to Vegas- so memorable.

One of the better tasting menus we have ever had. Top notch service from start to end.
Service was excellent, knowledgeable and focused on our enjoying the experience.
They asked about any foods we may have an issue with and were willing to work with kitchen to adjust the tasting menu.
Wine pairing was great, each course explained in detail on why certain wine was chosen.
Location just off strip easy to get to with ride service.
Don't let the location in the strip mall fool you, this restaurant can stand alone anywhere. You walk inside and are in a different world.
If you have one nice meal in Las Vegas, make it a wine and food pairing meal at Partage.

From the first bite to the final dessert course everything was fantastic. I would highly encourage you to book your spot today.

Eaten there on February 21, 2019. We had the small portions to test this restaurant out. We have eaten in a lot of high priced restaurants in Vegas but none of them are as good as this one. Partage is by far the best French restaurant in Las Vegas, service is great (thank you Justin) and they are very knowledgeable. The food was excellent both in taste and presentation. Also the ambiance is great, Nicolas, one of the owners came to the table to welcome us and to talk about their experience since they came to the States. All by all it was a wonderful evening to celebrate both our birthdays. It was our first time but for sure not our last time we have been to Partage.

Partage is everything that's good about fancy French food with none of the BS. They specialize in rich and entertaining little dishes. Someone has thought each one out as a work of art and food. I find 3 or 4 quite enough, and the desserts are so entertaining and fun that you should try them. The wait staff is mostly French, trim and chipper and very helpful in telling you what's in the food. The atmosphere is comfortable, modern, attractive and quiet. You're never made to feel like you must sit as if in church and appreciate the stuff that you're eating. It's all about novelty and fun. Without drinks, including tip, two people can dine very satisfactorily for $180.

Let me start this review with my only criticism: I live far away from Las Vegas, and I only get to experience this beautiful temple of gastronomy a few times every year. When I do visit, I'm always treated to a memorable dinner that makes me want to return again and again. Partage is located in a Chinatown shopping center just off the Las Vegas Strip. The unassuming entrance, like their other restaurant, EATT Gourmet Bistro, gives no indication of the beautifully designed interior. Once inside, diners receive friendly and knowledgable service. The haute cuisine is modern French, displaying the highest culinary skill. The preparations change nightly, depending on the season or availability of ingredients. For example, the butternut squash soup was served in a two part dish with oregano smoke lightly infusing the flavors. Then, a perfectly poached egg yolk was drained and re-injected with a insanely delicious aioli, before being panko crusted and served on a bed of creamy faro risotto. Desserts are a speciality of Partage, thanks to the talents of award winning pastry chef Vincent Pellerin. For the best experience, select the Chef's Tasting Menu with wine or beverage pairing options. The wine list is focused, yet well curated and Partage also features an impressive craft cocktail program. A Chef's Table is available with a direct view of the kitchen, along with a large private dining room for groups. This is one of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas, yet it enjoys an independence (and price point) not found in gourmet rooms along the Strip. I highly recommend Partage and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Hitting up some serious fine dining has been a bucket list item for my partner since she was young. I chose to suppose her with Partage based on user reviews and they did not disappoint! Nicholas took our reservation and I told him this was a special night for us. We were given a seat at the chef's table where we could watch everything being done. Justin was or server and was amazingly well versed in everything on the menu. We both had the seven course tasting menu, and asked if it was possible to share a wine pairing as we are both very light drinkers but wanted the experience. They had zero problems with that and gave us reach our glasses with about 1.5 oz each. It was perfect. Justin explained each course to us and why each wine was paid with a course. It was an amazing night all around and Kate we cried at least twice lmao. At the end, we were given a macaroon each to take home and offered an after dinner coffee on the house. I have no idea why, bit what a great touch! Courses were more generous than I expected from a tasting menu, and we actually took most of the cheese course home to nibble on on the room. We could not have asked for a better experience and I don't expect this gem to be hidden much longer!

This place is Amazing! The good reviews brought us there. Then the strip mall it's in made us a bit nervous, but as soon as you walk in, the outside neighborhood's appeal is irrelevant.

We ate off the small plate tasting menu rather than the chef menu because we wanted to make sure we had the duck. It was hard to choose 3 or 4 items to try butt we had the king crab, rabbit, vegan ravioli, scallop, and duck. The duck pastry was so delicious. They all were but that was our favorite. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. They are having fun playing with smoke and we had a few smokey cocktails. The staff is attentive without being overbearing and not too serious.

I could not recommend this restaurant enough.

If you are price conscious and want to make an informed decision, we had four or five cocktails, eight items off the tasting menu and two desserts and spent a little over $300. It made our other food choices here look like bad ones. It was just so good.

Read the reviews but had no expectations, just high hopes. Located in a strip mall, the exterior is very unassuming. The interior is chic, well-stated and comfortable.

The cocktails were mixed to perfection.

We enjoyed a number of the Small Plates. Perfect for sharing and we did not have a single item that was not outstanding. The quality and care in the preparation cannot be faulted. The textures and flavors were spot on! The presentation was fantastic.

Highly recommend Partage! On our return to Vegas, we will be adding this into the rotation.
