   I did the nine course tasting menu with premium wine pairing. Everything from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. I learned that the menu changes monthly, so I can’t wait to come back each time I am in Vegas.

   My monthly dinner in the quest to experience a year's worth of Partage's tasting menus. I'd run out of superlatives to describe the most creative, unusual, and delicious dishes ($145 for May's seven-course version). Escargots get tucked into zucchini ribbons like a sleeping bag, a giant shrimp will eyeball you, and pesto is ice cream. Not to be outdone, the cocktails were beautifully designed and crafted by Iann. Have to plug my favorite savory concoction of his, the Bruschetta Tartine ($19). Service: As always, was welcoming, precise, and professional from start to finish from all. Atmosphere: Upscale rusticity.

   My recent Thursday evening at Partage began promisingly with a well-crafted savory cocktail. While the plating of the dishes was aesthetically pleasing, the design elements felt somewhat conventional. The primary area of disappointment, however, lay in the flavor profiles of the food. Although the chef's intentions were discernible, the dishes lacked overall balance, often presenting as singular notes that would have benefited from the addition of salt, acidity, or umami. On a positive note, the menu featured predominantly classic French ingredients with subtle Italian influences. Considering the $450 cost for a meal for two, a price point closer to $80 per person would have felt more aligned with the overall experience. Ultimately, given the lack of flavor complexity, I would not personally choose to dine here again and would hesitate to recommend it to those with a more developed palate.

   This place was amazing! It was our first time experiencing a tasting menu, and it exceeded expectations. There was no bad dish and the service was above and beyond. Would not hesitate visiting again.

   Delicious meal. We did the wine pairing and 5 course meal. I enjoyed the time the servers took to “create and explain” each course and the wine we enjoyed with the food. Visually interesting, tastebuds were tickled and the desert was curiously sexy.

   What a menu, incredible service, fantastic tasting and the wine pairings were spot on and not always what you would expect. The restaurant is off the strip in chinatown and the outside of their restaurant is not any indication of what awaits you beyond the generic store front. Our Server Daniel was beyond good he explained our courses as well as took care of our every need. Daniel explained they change their menu monthly and suggested we come back and have another incredible experience. Count my wife and I in for another culinary adventure.

    Excellent 9 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and great value for price point vs on the Strip French tasting menus. Will definitely return.
