   Delicious meal. We did the wine pairing and 5 course meal. I enjoyed the time the servers took to “create and explain” each course and the wine we enjoyed with the food. Visually interesting, tastebuds were tickled and the desert was curiously sexy.

   What a menu, incredible service, fantastic tasting and the wine pairings were spot on and not always what you would expect. The restaurant is off the strip in chinatown and the outside of their restaurant is not any indication of what awaits you beyond the generic store front. Our Server Daniel was beyond good he explained our courses as well as took care of our every need. Daniel explained they change their menu monthly and suggested we come back and have another incredible experience. Count my wife and I in for another culinary adventure.

   Excellent 9 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and great value for price point vs on the Strip French tasting menus. Will definitely return.

   Our fifth time of dining here over the last 3 years. The chef continues to be so creative. The change in menu was outstanding (Tres bien, as the French would remark it). The dining room is always good with a relatively low noise level. The service is excellent. One of our friends forgot to mention that she does not eat red meat. So when the dish came out, once the restaurant understood the situation, the dish was changed to seafood fairly promptly without any resistance! Amazing management. No question we will come back next time we are in LV. The wine selection was good, also.

   It’s was good, very fair price for the experience! The portions were a bit too big for us and we got full quickly. I was a little disappointed with salmon as a main seafood course.

   Fabulous tasting menu, we added premium wines. Took a while to get going and we felt a little unattended but once the amuse came it all ticked along nicely. Quite a seafood and fish forward menu, with cod, oysters and lobster featuring early on. We added foie gras also which was rather brilliant. Meat course was a surprise, ostrich! It was v v good and the following desserts (plural) were amazing. All the wines were fabulous and well worth the upgrade. A great night celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary!

   If you want a Michelin Star level dining experience Off The Strip, this is my top recommendation. My wife and I have eaten here twice (the 7 course tasting menu). Each meal was different (they change the menu monthly), and each meal and experience was fantastic. Flawless.

    This was our fifth visit, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. We had the Signature 9-course tasting menu, and it was the best one yet—each dish was creative, perfectly executed, and absolutely delicious. One of the cocktails we tried was easily among the best we’ve ever had. How this place doesn’t have a Michelin star is beyond me.
