This was our first visit to Partage. A waiter we know from a James Beard Best Restaurant in America recommended we try it and he was so right. A very nicely decorated intimate restaurant. We had the seven course tasting menu. Every component was impeccable and delicious. This may be the best value in Las Vegas. If you enjoy good French cuisine this is a restaurant you have to try.
Our server Eddie was very knowledgeable and delivered great service. We did the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing and each course was delicious and beautifully plated. Would definitely recommend and don’t let the location fool you, top notch experience
We had the tasting menu and it was excellent- each course a surprise building upon the previous course. Being diabetic, we declined the desert course, so they brought some wonderful cheese. Service was attentive, friendly but not overbearing. A great surprise interior and ambiance for a strip mall location.
Loved everything about our experience. I will return again when able. the dinner the wine the atmosphere the waiter I loved it all!
Love everything about this restaurant. The 5 courses fix price menu with the wine pairing is the best. We can't wait to come back after every visit at Partage. The menu getting better every time we dined there.
Great food. Great service. We shared the 8 course tasting menu, plus a few a la carte items and was not disappointed.
Partage set the bar very high for our trip. We did the 8 course tasting and the premium wine pairing. It was so fun to analyze all the flavors. Our server Daniel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere, very attentive staff and delicious food. I love the small plates and eat bite has so many different layers of flavor. Be sure to save room for dessert!
Food was good overall and somewhat creative. Premium wine pairings were excellent. Service was good. Issues that cause lower rating shouldn’t happen at this type of restaurant though. The bar abuts the rest of the restaurant and the lighting behind the bar was stupidly bright. Very annoying & distracting. Same for the lighting by your feet under the bar. Yet the hanging lights above your plate were dim, so (I sat at the bar) between these it was very difficult to properly see the food. I expect it would be distracting in the main seating area too since they are right next to each other. Also, the lobster in the surf n turf (I had tasting menu) was terribly over cooked, rubbery even. I mentioned it to help them improve but there was no action to make it right. Probably wouldn’t go back.
The pace was v funky. We informed the host of a 9p show prior to being seated. But that wasn’t relayed to bar tender - as we had bar seating. And also we placed our order for food and drinks within 5 min of being seated.
Some courses were ok. But honestly we didn’t have a check in at each course to provide the candid feedback in real time.
There was a large party to our left so I suspect that had the folks attention.
Would I go back? I think there are other options with a bit better service and food. We were 15 minutes late to our show bc of chef / server pacing. I was really excited for a home run as I have heard stellar reviews from the Venetian Resort concierge team - I am a finance executive and partner closely w our concierge and guest services teams. Perhaps the main menu would be a better option.
I am surprised to find a modern French fine dining restaurant in the middle of Chinatown! And the food and service is out of my expectation. We really enjoyed the 5-course dinner. The food and presentation is very good. The servers were friendly and attentive. Will come back if we visit Vegas again.
The food not only tasted great but the presentation looked amazing. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and explained what was in every dish. We will definitely be going back.
Everything was perfect - the tasting menu, the pairings, the staff- it’s a must visit for anyone who really enjoys great food
Excellent service and atmosphere. Such a great find! Food was excellent and unique.
If I were comparing Partage to just Las Vegas restaurants my review would be even better. This little site of Francophone yum offers a relatively rare option in the valley of the hustle: Refined and elevate modern cuisine that does not dumb down for the visiting scions of the double down. Partage bypasses the glitter of the strip in favor of an addy at the center of LV's much lauded food zone on West Spring Mountain. The room is sleek and stylish without being showy, the seating is comfortable and well spaced, the music doesn't convey much of a personality but it doesn't get in the way either. The service is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had the seven course tasting menu and liked everything put before us. The wine pairing we opted for was equally spot-on and eminently sip-able. Pre-dinner cocktails are on offer and worth your consideration. All in all a winner, but... My minor quibble is one of context. Having been to some of the best restaurants in the world, my expectations of a fine-dining tasting menu are unfairly informed by experience. While everything we had at Partage was tasty, nothing hit that magical g-spot of dining pleasure that makes you go "WOW, I am coming back here for that." Something like Guy Savoy's artichoke and truffle soup, or the aged/dried bonito flakes used as a seasoning at Phillip Franklin Lee's Scratch Bar, or the radish sushi at Arpege... I know this is unfair, but by the same token, it is worth factoring in when deciding whether or not to spend $400-500 on a dinner for two. Would I go again? Yes, I am a patron of LV's plated arts and Partage has a fine place in the local firmament. Highly recommended with modest caveat.
Had found the restaurant by chance on the internet when looking for some tasting menus in Vegas. Was out of this world, from the minute we walked in until the minute we left the service was outstanding. The restaurant website hadn’t explained the fact that the tasting menu was the chefs choice and the courses were brought to the table unknown to us. This made the whole experience even better and the food exceptional. We have been to a lot of chefs tasting meals in the UK and the one at Partage was by far the best one yet. Thanks to Nicolas for the service and when we return to Vegas it will be the 1st meal we have booked.
We dined at the sister restaurant eatt and loved it ! Just tried Partage and loved everything about it!!
Highly recommend this restaurant for all occasion . Great food ! Service was superb . A repeat for us.
It was one of the best meals I have ever had. We went to celebrate the wedding anniversary of my boyfriend’s sister and decided to try the tasting menu seven course meal. Each course was amazing and fun to see what the chef would come up with next. Highly recommend the smoked old fashion, that is another great treat and surprise. Natalie was a gem and took the best care of us the entire night.
This restaurant is top notch. From the service to the food to the ambiance.
Great food, service, and value!!
We were absolutely blown away. My husband and I came in to celebrate my birthday and the service was wonderful and the food was spectacular. I am gluten free and we opted for the 7-course tasting menu. Everything they brought out was better and better. We are big foodies and know good food when we taste it. If we didn’t have a show the next next night we would’ve made reservations 2 nights in a row. Highly highly recommend! Fabulous for gluten free guests!
Incredible experience. Our server was phenomenal, I wish I could recall his name so I could give him a shout out. One of the Executive Chefs came out to greet us after our tasting as well. Dishes were presented quite well and had excellent flavor. Highly recommend the tasting menus over ordering small plates. It is more of an experience.
Wonderful hidden gem. Recommended to many others while in Las Vegas. Loved some dishes so much flew home yesterday and recreated one of the dishes for dinner.
I was disappointed that on the 5-8 course tasting menu you did not have ANY idea what you would get to eat. It was all a surprise even the waiter. They too said they are surprised when it comes out. For $80 to $130 a tasting menu I don't want to be surprised. I also thought the wine pairings for it were much pricier than most tasting menus. While I liked the food and ambience it did not make me a fan yet.
Best value in town for French food. Parking is a bit of a problem which is the only negative. The whole fish and hay smoked ribeye are outstanding.
This is a complaint that i do need resolved asap. I was under the impression that this was a higher scale restaurant. I did not expect to have such low class service directly from the restaurant manager. This was my wife's birthday celebration dinner, and instead of being able to enjoy our drinks and meal as it came we had to be publicly embarrassed by the restaurant manager in front of other customers. Basically asking us to pay in advance. The food was excellent, but the service and attitude from the restaurant manager was not tolerable. It made the experience bitter and not enjoyable. This by far has been the most embarrassing time spent at a restaurant. To be so rudely treated on such a special day was not necessary.
Dear guest, Thanks for sharing with me your experience. I am sorry you did not feel welcome for your special day and this is definitely not the way we like to make our guests feel when they come to our restaurant. Please email me: email@example.com to discuss about what happened as I was not there that night and to make sure it does not happen again. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Nicolas KALPOKDJIAN General Manager / owner
Expecting great things from reviews and friends recommendations. Vastly underwhelmed. Food was not as described in menu or by server. Bartender made excellent drinks and wine list is solid. If you have low expectations then it is worth your time.
We did the tasting menu and it was just mediocre. I had been there last year and it was really good then but unfortunately this time all the food was a disappointment
Extraordinarily overrated in a very crowded marketplace. Half the menu was not available, and what was was not seasoned, at all and/or had a terrible texture. So unclear where all the good reviews are coming from.
This restaurant is a diamond in the rough and well worth the visit. The cuisine is delectable and atmosphere was elegant. The service was topnotch. Eating at Partage was delightful culinary experience. I recommend that all folks visiting Las Vegas certainly go there.
Amazing experience, excellent food and service.
Overall great food. Asparagus was bland and the lamb undercooked but the pork and salmon were amazing. Foie gras creme brulee was very nice although would have liked more foie flavor. Fantastic dessert and great coffee. Service was a bit bumpy. Nick, the owner? Partner?, he came over and tried to plug in the holes but it was not busy and the waiter was a bit of a mess.. I had to keep asking for a fork, to order, etc. Busboys need some work too... clearing up he slung a plate and liquid splashed across the table. But it could just be a question of growing pains and the staff needing a bit more training.
Sat at the bar and William took very good care of us. He made excellent recommendations for both food and wine. When we went back we would definitely sit at the bar again and probably try one of the tasting menus. Beautiful little place.
Outstanding! This restaurant could be a premier restaurant in any casino/hotel in Vegas. It’s the real deal. As a foodie I would say it’s one of the top restaurants in Vegas. As good as any Michelin Star restaurants we’ve dined at and better than some.
Just a five star experience all around.
This place was amazing - great service at a reasonable price for the ambience and number of courses. Could probably charge double or triple in a better location.
Had the 9 course tasting menu. Amazingly tasty dishes made from fresh ingredients. Beautiful presentation with excellent services. Looking forward to be back soon.
I was disappointed to see the service has slipped a bit (from professional to chipper and overly friendly) but the food continues to be creative, surprising, tasty, and overall, excellent, not to mention a bargain for the quality and amount of time that must go into preparing the complex dishes. I’m really surprised it hasn’t received a Michelin Star.
A hidden gem!
