The restaurant is decorated in the style of similar eateries in places like Istanbul, with a character and flair for the dramatic. This is most evident in the nightly entertainment when the Pars Grill House dims the lights and a belly dancer comes out and performs a show for the crowd whilst balanced a tray of lit candles on her head. Pars Grill House has a large menu with all sorts of exotic items for diners to try. One of the standard appetizers include an aash soup, a robust combination of spinach, mixed beans, cilantro, parsley, and beef simmered in a broth and topped with garlic mint. Guests should save room for dessert, as Pars is known for its delicious pistachio ice cream.
