Outstanding food and service, again. We have visited Paros twice in the past 5 days. The Tuna and Salmon appetizers are spot on. The whole Bronzino is perfection. I tried to get a photo of our plates, but I could not do the dishes justice.
Excellent food and service
Love the hostess too
Perfect! Food and service is wonderful!
Amazing food and service. Great drinks. Loved every moment of it.
Excellent service and food in a lovely atmosphere.
Is very good but I tasted better food in other restaurants
Sophisticated and comfortable ambience with delightful food and service!
We just had our 5th wedding anniversary dinner here while staying at the Villas in St. Regis and we had one of the best dinners we have ever had. Everything, from the service, COVID-etiquette, and drinks/food were phenomenal. We were welcomed with complimentary champagne glasses to celebrate, we opened with salmon tartar and grilled octopus (the octopus was to die for!). Then we had perfectly made dirty martinis (gin) while we waited for our main entrees (DIY gyro + NY strip). We ordered a very good Rioja bottle of wine and overall couldn't be happier with our experience. In summary, we loved the food and gastronomic experience so if you are looking for this, I would highly recommend this place!
Food was delicious and service was excellent (led by our fantastic server, Jesus). Dining room and views were beautiful. We had the spreads, the octopus, a Maine lobster special and the salmon. Enjoyed it all. Pumpkin and truffle fries were excellent sides. Will return!
Exquisitely poor food. Steer well clear of the branzino which had the consistency of a hockey puck.
Octopus appetizer was great. Unfortunately that was the only highlight.
Great place for a special occasion. Take the opportunity to arrive early and enjoy the facilities. A place to remember.
Everything was amazing and our waiter was wonderful !!
Your only choice at the St Regis hotel for dinner (other than a bar menu or room service) as of August 2021. If it weren't, I believe it would struggle. Lacks any kind of local flavors, it's unapologetically Greek cuisine, although missing a number of standards you'd expect in such an restaurant. It's telling that when I was asked how dinner was going, my response of "fine" did not elicit any kind of follow up question (e.g., "why only fine?", or "how can we make it great?").
Went in hoping to have a great meal, but it turn out to be a waste of money! Food was ok.. Service was terrible as our server had ZERO dialogue with the table just an order taker..
Service was great, food was awesome. Every person I came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. Thank you all.
The food was nothing spectacular. The four of us had dinner here the first night we stayed at St. Regis. The service was good. The bill with no alcohol was $350.00. Way overpriced. The view was very nice.
Our group ordered the Greek salad, the Filet and the Salmon. Each was prepared perfectly. The spinach chips as an appetizer were outstanding. Service was spot on.
Very disappointed, do not waste your time. We arrived promptly for our reservation, when seated we asked if we could sit by the window, was told it was reserved for a family of 4. A family of 4 never showed up but yet 4 other parties of 2 ( like us) were seated by the window. When we left i asked if those specifically needed to be reserved & the same hostess said yes. That is completely fine, however just say that from the start. When I said that to her she said they were still waiting on the table of 4, but they closed in 20 minutes!?! Just be truthful from the start, its more respectable. Will not recommend or return to this restaurant. The waitress was very nice, no complaints about her. The food was forgettable.
Overpriced and super poor quality food. We had their signature dish, rice with lobster. The lobster was over cooked, chewy and tasted more like dry chicken. Plate came super quick which tells you it’s been cooked earlier and reheated. Another point, it’s a Mediterranean restaurant that serves imported-frozen seafood …that wouldn’t be an issue if we weren’t in an island with plenty of seafood! Also none of the St Regis Bahia Beach restaurants serve local cuisine. So if you don’t go out you wouldn’t know if you are in Puerto Rico or Mallorca.
Service and food impeccable
We had dinner her 2x while at the St Regis. The concept is great. The view is gorgeous and you can take your time.
Excellent service x
Fantastic meal! Great flavors and more food than we could eat. The sides were HUGE and delicious. We planned on having dessert, but didn’t have room. Servers were attentive, but not in your face. Great experience.
Paros was an extraordinary experience with great Mediterranean food! The appetizers were amazing, specially the gigantic crab cake on a lentils bed and the tuna and the colorful Greek salad, branzino for two was amazing also! Joseph recommend an exquite French chardonay. He was very attentive and explained all dishes in detail. We ended up having dessert, wich we never order, only because he described it so well, it was a filo dessert with mild spices, delicious! We are going back tonight to have the lobster paella! THE BEST MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT IN PUERTO RICO!
Service was superb! Food was ok but not fabulous and certainly not according to the place and the price. Their signature dish, lobster rice, was nothing special though our waitress said it was spectacular. Well, it wasn’t!!
Amazing service with great quality food. Ambiance was very romantic.
We went here one night while staying at the resort. We made the reservations last minute so didn’t get to sit near the window during sunset. Other than that, the food was really good. We were happy with everything and the service was great too.
Staff and food were great! Wishing we could have ordered ALL of the appetizers! The Tatziki sauce was awesome!! The ambiance was a little lacking as we wanted a romantic setting, but we're seated in the bar/lounge area that felt more like a cafeteria and we were surrounded by families. Next time will definitely reserve a spot near the windows.
The service was incredibly slow and did not ask if we wanted additional drinks, which is the opposite of our experience with the rest of the hotel. All other staff were exceptionally helpful.
Paros seemed to be our only choice for dinner while staying at the St. Regis and ate here twice. The food and service are good however the value leaves more to be desired.
Strange that a small dog that wasn’t a service animal came into the restaurant that was inside and sat on the floor next to the couple at the table, then was put on the booth seat during their meal !!!
They also were really poor at explaining vegan options for my daughter, even though when making reservations at multiple restaurants on this nice property, they specified there were plenty. Very inconsistent or no options explained.
On-site restaurant here at The St. Regis. Exceptional service and food was delicious. Very consistent as we’ve dined here multiple times over our stay.
Excellent evening! Execelent food! Excellent view! Excellent service!
Amazing for special night
Great dinner with wife. They gave us a beautiful corner table overlooking the beach. Service was great. Food was excellent- good tuna sashimi, pumpkin and Caribbean lobster rice dish. They had plenty of business but there was no rush to leave. Overall a lovely experience
Amazing food! Service was fantastic! We loved our experience ❤️
The food is solid but so overpriced, as hotel cuisine often is. Service was lovely and the atmosphere managed to be both formal and relaxed. We enjoyed our meal.
Agnes was amazing! She took such good care of us and even made adjustments to our 9-month pregnant friend. The food was delicious and the service even better! All staff should emulate Agnes’s enthusiasm and professionalism. Will be back!
Outstanding! Exceeded expectations; particularly service. ambience and views.
