Brenda and Joseph were our servers and they were exceptional, as always here in Paros. Every detail and every request was met beyond our expectations. The food was extremely delicious (distinctive) and the service as always is beyond good. We will come back for sure, we love these special events, we hope to see more as we love to experience these events in our home.

Tonight was a terrible experience! We had to summon the waitress to even take our order after 40 minutes! No bread or anything for 45 minutes! Dinner took CLOSE to an hour and 20 minutes to come! Food was TASTELESS ! The waitree seemed to be ineffectual!

Service was great, the food unremarkable. Spanish octopus was soft, appeared charred and tasted of grill but, oddly, had no exterior crispness. If I didn’t hope better, I’d think it microwaved. Wife’s airline chicken was on the dry side and my veal cheeks were a bit fatty. Overall, less than expected from the signature restaurant.

I saw nothing on the menu worth my calories or the price. We ended up having a delicious old fashioned, 4 appetizers and a dessert to the tune of $160. This restaurant was the only real dinner choice at this hotel, but we should have just gone back to the bar and gotten barfood which we did on the previous night. The service was excellent though.

My wife and I went to Paros for our Anniversary dinner recently and was quite surprised to see all the negative comments because the food was absolutely amazing! From appetizers to the custom dessert I ordered in advance, it was phenomenal. The Lamb Chops melted in my mouth with each bite and the sweet potatoes were outstanding! My wife had the Halibut and it was just as delicious. I would highly recommend getting there before sunset so you can see the beautiful beach scene just outside the windows. Staff was outstanding and could not recommend this more to anyone who is wondering whether they should or not. Get there, eat amazing food and enjoy the company you brought with you, I promise it will not disappoint.

Everything was excellent…the food, the view, the service. (The only outlier were the raw oysters. They were so small and thin that they were barely visible, and way over priced.)

Some foods were good some just blend, the prices are definitely over priced. Just because it’s in a hotel it’s convenient and more time and cost effective to go outside and eat elsewhere. Service was great.
