Paros – St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort
Great food in a great location! Try the lobster rice! It is fabulous!
The food was fair but not great. I am huge oyster fan and have enjoyed oysters from all over and my biggest complaint is that I wouldn’t touch the ones that were put on our table. I can’t believe the chef would left oysters be served that were so far past their prime that they had no water content and moved like shriveled sludge on the half shell. The wine and drinks were good but next time we come to the St. Regis were aren’t planning to eat here. The Beqch Club food is better and so is Seagrapes. We miss Fern. The meal we had when that restaurant was Fern was spectacular and we were sad Paros didn’t live up to that experience.
Food was ok. Our sever was horrible.
This is a Greek restaurant and it’s unique on his house drinks they’re definitely refreshing and smooth. The food was prepared with excellent taste and presentation. Everything was cooked to perfection. The view of the ocean is amazingly beautiful.
Food was great - very fresh, interesting and plentiful. The decor was gorgeous but the noise level was too high, which was distracting. A family with two young children 3 and 5) were seated in a central location in the restaurant. The kids were yelling and running around, which the parents did little to control. They should have been seated off to the side. (I’m not anti-children. Ours was with us but knows not to yell or run in the way of servers)
Lovely dinner. Highlight was the Lobster Rice which was delicious. Recommend seating by the window.
Very nice food and service. Worth a second visit
The food & service was good but the Ambiance was not that great. There was no music in the background due to which all you could hear was noise everywhere of people talking.
Very limited options for vegetarian, should add more options.
Also there were flies at the corner tables and on the glass windows. ( quite a mood killer)
Honestly overall experience was not that great ,too much hype for this hotel for no good reason at all.
Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect views and impeccable service make this a wonderful dining experience.
Halibut entree could’ve been a little more filling. Tuna entree also void of any accompanying ingredients. However. That said. The tuna was a very substantial portion and definitely a value. The halibut was more like an appetizer. Will go back to try other entrees.
Valentines Day prefixed dinner was absolutely superb! We had an incredible table and Devine service! Very memorable!
The food at Paros was Excellent and unique. Fabulous creative cocktails. Outstanding Service.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We arrived at 8:00 pm and had a reservation. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had indicated this when we made the reservation. We were seated by the window in the corner. The waiter took our drink and food order and then disappeared for 45 minutes. We had ordered an appetizer as well as entrees and nothing came for 45 minutes. Then the waiter appeared with bread which he said he would offer us for free because of the wait. At this point I had waited enough and so we left the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. While she apologized she also said the restaurant was very busy. But I noted many empty tables. There was absolutely no excuse for us to be left alone at our table with no attention at all for 45 minutes.
It was our first time to dine at Paros. The restaurant is very beautiful. It has a nice view of the beach. We decided to order a number of small plates. Tuna crude was excellent, very fresh. Charred octopus was a bit on the rubbery side. It would have been better if it was crispier. We will not order this again. Crispy calamari was good, but nothing special. Baba Ghanoush with housemate flatbread was also excellent. Service was good. The restaurant has potential but not quite there yet. It needs a better cocktail menu also.
