Second time here. Excellent. Thank you.
The food was good - just not very good. Perfectly good place to go if you’re staying at the resort.
Great food and service and the view is outstanding.
Excellent service and food
The my forgot our entire order and then tried to throw food at us that was undercooked and over cooked. Then the staff pretended that we did not exist. We asked for someone to fix it but they they ran away. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. Good luck!
The restaurant was supposed to be the fine dining option on property. The noise level was very loud and the restaurant was full of small children. People were dressed in shorts and tee shirts. The service was very slow a they appeared to be understaffed. The food was good and very expensive. Had to get up after dinner to find our server to get the bill.
From the greeter, to the wait staff, to the food - our experience was spectacular!
My wife & I are staying at the St Regis Bahia resort and Paros restaurant is on the property so we decided to try it.
It was so worth it..it’s Mediterranean with Greek influences throughout the menu. The menu offers a wide variety of offerings for any preferences whether it be from the sea or land. And just make sure you leave some room for dessert because the dessert menu will certainly impress you and leave you struggling with making a choice.
I had the lamb chops which were absolutely delicious and my wife had the skirt steak which she loved and found it to be the tastiest and most tender skirt steak she’s ever had. They also have an extensive wine and cocktail selection.
The atmosphere is very comfortable and service is impeccable with attention given to every detail.
Give Paros a try..you won’t be sorry
Service was very slow. The food was ok. Not what we expected from a restaurant in a top quality resort.
Found us great but the service is bad. You will wait an hour for food and the wait staff disappears the entire meal once you get your drinks. As no other dinner options at the resort we ate here twice and both nights were the same.
Very low quantity for price. Taste was also very low for price
Just wonderful service, food, wine and drink selections and ambiance! Very nice modern look with modern sophistication on traditional Greek seafood dishes--the meat entrees equally looked very good. A great place for everyone.
Wonderful food and service!
Kids going to college farewell
The food was amazing as were the cocktails. Wonderful dining experience!
Everything was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised after tasting the not so stellar resort food prior days.
Outstanding service from the moment you step into the property and the food is absolutely fenomenal. Highly recommended for an special occasion.
Great food, service and view!!! Overall, great experience!
Greek peasant dining at St. Regis prices. Spreads were delicious. Greek salad was about what you would get at any NYC diner for 10x the price. Big hunks of cucumber as if the chef couldn’t be bothered to refine the presentation.
The portions were generous so I asked to have our appetizers wrapped up. In the middle of our entree the waiter placed the large brown “to go” bag on our table and walked away. When I said something the rebuff was “well we never place things on the floor. I said, “why not produce it when we sign the check.” This did not seem to register...
All in all, I question why the St. Regis has a restaurant that served NYC Greek deli food. Probably not going back any time soon.
Great food in a great location! Try the lobster rice! It is fabulous!
The food was fair but not great. I am huge oyster fan and have enjoyed oysters from all over and my biggest complaint is that I wouldn’t touch the ones that were put on our table. I can’t believe the chef would left oysters be served that were so far past their prime that they had no water content and moved like shriveled sludge on the half shell. The wine and drinks were good but next time we come to the St. Regis were aren’t planning to eat here. The Beqch Club food is better and so is Seagrapes. We miss Fern. The meal we had when that restaurant was Fern was spectacular and we were sad Paros didn’t live up to that experience.
Food was ok. Our sever was horrible.
This is a Greek restaurant and it’s unique on his house drinks they’re definitely refreshing and smooth. The food was prepared with excellent taste and presentation. Everything was cooked to perfection. The view of the ocean is amazingly beautiful.
Food was great - very fresh, interesting and plentiful. The decor was gorgeous but the noise level was too high, which was distracting. A family with two young children 3 and 5) were seated in a central location in the restaurant. The kids were yelling and running around, which the parents did little to control. They should have been seated off to the side. (I’m not anti-children. Ours was with us but knows not to yell or run in the way of servers)
Lovely dinner. Highlight was the Lobster Rice which was delicious. Recommend seating by the window.
Very nice food and service. Worth a second visit
The food & service was good but the Ambiance was not that great. There was no music in the background due to which all you could hear was noise everywhere of people talking.
Very limited options for vegetarian, should add more options.
Also there were flies at the corner tables and on the glass windows. ( quite a mood killer)
Honestly overall experience was not that great ,too much hype for this hotel for no good reason at all.
Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect views and impeccable service make this a wonderful dining experience.
Halibut entree could’ve been a little more filling. Tuna entree also void of any accompanying ingredients. However. That said. The tuna was a very substantial portion and definitely a value. The halibut was more like an appetizer. Will go back to try other entrees.
Valentines Day prefixed dinner was absolutely superb! We had an incredible table and Devine service! Very memorable!
The food at Paros was Excellent and unique. Fabulous creative cocktails. Outstanding Service.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We arrived at 8:00 pm and had a reservation. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had indicated this when we made the reservation. We were seated by the window in the corner. The waiter took our drink and food order and then disappeared for 45 minutes. We had ordered an appetizer as well as entrees and nothing came for 45 minutes. Then the waiter appeared with bread which he said he would offer us for free because of the wait. At this point I had waited enough and so we left the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. While she apologized she also said the restaurant was very busy. But I noted many empty tables. There was absolutely no excuse for us to be left alone at our table with no attention at all for 45 minutes.
It was our first time to dine at Paros. The restaurant is very beautiful. It has a nice view of the beach. We decided to order a number of small plates. Tuna crude was excellent, very fresh. Charred octopus was a bit on the rubbery side. It would have been better if it was crispier. We will not order this again. Crispy calamari was good, but nothing special. Baba Ghanoush with housemate flatbread was also excellent. Service was good. The restaurant has potential but not quite there yet. It needs a better cocktail menu also.
