Parlour on Frankfort

The service and food was excellent. Best wings and pizza in town. I love being able to walk to this neighborhood restaurant.

Entertainment was wonderful. Will be back to listen again. 🎶

Excellent pizza. Went to watch NFL games but they only had 4 TVs. They do have Sunday Ticket though so that was good. Good Sunday happy hour prices on beer, as well.

Our new favorite pizza place. We love the patio and will visit even in the winter, bundled up and warmed by the heat lamps. We are looking forward to more fun times and great food at Parlour on Frankfort Ave. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Excellent cauliflower crust! Fast and friendly service. We enjoyed the wings too, nice size and flavorful, we had the sauce in the side.

We came on what seemed like a slow day. We were served well and the food was excellent.

Food was very good. We are regulars at the Jeff location too! They are definitely still getting the service together. Will be back, and hope they can bring it like the other location does!

Celebration

The space is great. Great outdoor space. Food not so great. Pizza was OK, but our salads were awful. The lettuce was very wilted and old. They should not have served the salads.

We had a fantastic experience! We were met by two great hostesses, you could tell they were happy to see us even behind their masks! There were six of us inside, tables were socially distanced and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The fried cod was absolutely out of this world! Others had the special which was a delicious ribeye which they raved about, the chicken sandwich with pimento cheese-yum, soup and fried green tomatoes. Our server was very friendly. We also recommend the old fashioneds and we had some great IPA's on tap. We look forward to returning soon! 5 star!

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Everything about Craft House from the food to the service has always been outstanding. This was our third visit since the management change. It has not been the same. Service was understandably slower with the current pandemic and that was fine. The new shrimp and grits is nothing like the previous, which was the best I've ever had. But what I've noticed more than anything is the portion change. What used to be regular size portions now look like something off of a kid's menu. The cheese curds went from a basket to 6 or 7 on a small plate. The biscuits and gravy had a few tablespoons of gravy which was extremely underportioned for the size of the biscuits. There is no doubt that there is an effort to put out smaller portions, all while keeping the same pricing. I've seen it with everything I've ordered. I don't feel like it's because of the pandemic as much as it is the management change. We would be fine with some higher menu prices with everything that has happened this year - we love to support local restaurants. Just keep the plates going out that have generated all of the regular business in the first place. Rationing the portions doesn't seem like the best way to change your bottom line.

Craft House is one of my favorite go-to’s in Louisville! Whether it is a date night, get-together with friends, celebration or business dinner, it is the perfect spot. Amazing food, cocktail + beer list and the service is always spectacular. Highly recommend!

Great dinner on the patio. We were even able to get a reservation. entertainment was a bonus. Maria was a good server.

Sat in the back patio. It was under a nice tent so we got to enjoy being outside even during the rain. Service was a little slower but during COVID I understood why this may happen. Food was very good!

Overall good experience. Great beer selection. The food menu seemed to be lacking though the food in the menu was good. Was in the mood for a burger on my order and there weren’t good side options. Fingerling potatoes that weren’t very good instead of fries. My wife also wanted a salad and fries but fries werent an option. For a place like this fries need to be available.

Stopped in for brunch. Sat at the bar. Good social distancing. The mimosas were delish as usual. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Hamburgers and mac-n-cheese are amazing. Old fashion best in Louisville. Give this place a try!!!!

Until their full menu is up and running I wouldn’t recommend right now.

Great place food was great

Started with cocktails and a wonderful hot pretzel. Wife had shrimp and grits while I had steak and eggs. Meal was excellent. Recommend this spot and ask for Courtney.
