   First they couldn’t find my reservation. The waiter we had was awesome he did everything in his power to change the outcome of our visit there before the comedy show at the YUM Center.

   Christina was our waitress and she was GREAT! Definitely will go there again when I’m in downtown Louisville!

   I hate to give a mediocre review but that was our experience. We sat for 20+ minutes and were never approached by a server. We finally flagged one down who was nice but overstretched. The food was good but not so good we'd make it a point to go back. We're local to Louisville so there are more convenient places to go. If I was visiting and staying downtown, it's perfectly adequate. But not a great experience overall.

   The dough bombs were amazing and the service was great! Everything we had was fantastic and the Classic MTV playing was a lot of nostalgic fun!

   first time eating there. calzones were very good. we also got wings for appetizer, in which they were smoked, also very good. calzones are huge so we each had a half left. we were going to the uofk vs uofl game so we gave our leftovers to homeless people as our way of paying it forward. others do the same as well, dont waste food, there's someone whos always hungry.

   Our table was ready upon arrival. The server was prompt with suggestions on pizza and beverages. Quick service with our food and drinks.

    This was our third time enjoying Parlour. Our food and service have been top notch every time. We love the ambiance here and the convenient proximity to Yum Center and Louisville Palace.
