   We were a party of 10 for a Sunday afternoon. The table they had for us was right in the middle of the bar area and was super loud. We asked for another table in a quieter section and were immediately seated in an area more conducive to a family dinner. We really appreciated the quick attention. Also, our server Bella, was delightful and very attentive. We will definitely return!

   I’ve never had a bad meal at Parlour. The 4 of us in my family love love love it. I like the vibe but especially love the pizza. The crust is perfect from the brick oven and the toppings are flavorful and perfectly combined. My one negative is that the prices have gone up but that’s everywhere!

   The wait staff is very inept at this establishment. We sat for 25 minutes before having to flag over a waitress, we were never checked on to get another round of drinks or anything (hello, run up the bar tab is waitressing 101!). Manager was accommodating when we discussed these problems, but it’s a bit too little too late at that point. Redeeming factor was the pizza, which is quite good, if a bit overpriced. Definitely can pass though, it’s Chicago so there is great pizza anywhere.

   The fried calamari was not fried, but steamed. The meat on the nachos was luke warm, if that. Service was slow.

   A beautiful October Sunday in Chicago eating on the patio! The pizza was delicious and our server was the sweetest! Speaking of "sweet," we ended with a banana gelato chocolate taco dessert that was amazing and so fun to share! We will be back to try additional pizzas & ice cream desserts!

    I took my mom, mother-in-law, father-in-law and kids here. The pizza was NASTY! Not cooked all the way. Your cheese and sauce is considered as a “topping”. You can’t do half of half. The fries was probably the only good thing from this place. If you want a really really good pizza DO NOT GO HERE. It’s overly priced for a bogus thin, not cooked all the way, no taste & toppings sliding off pizza. I would rate this a -0. My 6 year old said his school lunch pizza taste WAY better then this place. I highly do NOT recommend.

    Service and food were excellent. We especially loved the Honey Boo Boo pizza. We were sitting off to the side so it was a little quieter than the main room, which was perfect for us. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely go back. Server was very attentive and patient. Thanks for a great night.

    I come to Parlor at least once a week I love it so much. The food is amazing and service is outstanding. A waiter and the manager continuously check in to make sure you’re doing well.

    Parlor has an extensive brunch menu but wasn't crowded at all for brunch on Sunday around 11:00. While my two companions enjoyed their meals, mine was disappointing. I had the short rib & eggs. While the potatoes and "frizzled onions" were good, what should have been the star of meal was probably the worst short rib I've ever had. Usually short rib is slow cooked, tender and juicy and fork tender. This was a solid block of grey-ish meat that was tough, dry and needed a steak knife to cut. It didn't even taste very good. I'd go back here but will definitely order something else next time.

    Brunch is fantastic at Parlor. While they have their main menu, they have some amazing brunch items that should not be missed. Their Avocado Toast is one of the best in Chicago and I can't say enough about their chicken and biscuit sandwich!

    Only slight problem, is finding street parking. But this was a Thursday evening. So found a spot in approx 7-8 mins driving around. Abbie was our server and was excellent, good beer recommendation and prompt service, even though we had furthest table for her to walk to. Got table outside near Division street. Loved seeing all the dogs walk by. Got 1 small kale salad and 1 cheese pizza w/spinach. Wish they had a dairy free choice for the GF, but it is fantastic thin crust. More than enough for 2 people. Will be back soon.

    We ordered salads and pizza. The mushroom pizza was excellent as were the salads. We tried the beet and the shredded brussel sprouts. We were disappointed when the pizza arrived with the salad, so we had to try and eat both before the pizza got cold.

    Parlor’s food rarely disappoints. This time was no different. The spinach artichoke dip was so creamy and rich, the pizzas were fantastic, and mozzarella bites were crispy. Our server was hard to find at time and they had it filled up too much at that time so that was a bit of a pull down to my review. The weather was beautiful and a great night for the patio.

    We were very disappointed with the service while the food and drinks were solid. We made easy requests for accommodating dietary restrictions, like adding plain grilled chicken instead of marinated chicken, and were told no because the chef was concerned with the presentation of the dish. (Please keep in mind that we are talking about adding chicken to a plate of nachos.) Our server was completely uninterested in working with us to come up with viable options. We were also told that we couldn’t split up payment of the bill in spite of the fact that the menu clearly stated that you could use up to four cards. We only wanted to use two. We were allowed to but it was more of a conversation than it should have been.
