We eat/stay here every time we are in Niagara Falls New York. Always great service and a great meal!
The food was very good. Service was also great. I was surprised to see that we were one of the only tables in the restaurant on a Saturday night. The restaurant and bar had a nice atmosphere, even though it was in a hotel lobby. The only real complaint I have is that there were children running and screaming in the bar area, directly attached to the dining area. It just put a bit of a damper on a quiet, relaxing night.
Our food was good,however our waitress was not. Also,they advertise free entree on your birthday and our waitress said we only get a free dessert. Not happy with the service,she was rude and not accommodating. We would have stayed longer if not for her.
Our waitress Ashley was great. Unfortunately we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a Ribeye and mushroom flatbread. Although the manager comped our dinner, we will not return. They were not busy and food was cold! Sad because we had high expectations and it was a weekend away.
Had dinner here a few nights ago. At first glance of the menu, wasn’t sure what to get. I was very satisfied with my choice and it was something I would have never thought to order!
Excellent food and service... pleasantly surprised a hotel restaurant could be this terrific! Everything we ordered was top quality and tasted amazing.
We will definitely return again.
Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner for 10. Semi private room was perfect. All food was delicious. My duck with cranberry rissoto with asparagus was out of this world. Our third time there and every time has been as good as or better than the first.
Food was amazing and staff helpful in setting up my surprise birthday dinner and table. Table with a view isn’t much of a view as everything was dark but still very nice. A little pricey for certain items especially alcoholic drinks.
I went with friends for restaurant week. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The service was slow and it took awhile too even give our drink order. Our waiter let us switch out the lobster bisque for the French onion soup, the reviews were better for the French onion. That was not the case I've had much better. I ordered the stuffed pork, it was dry and the boom boom brussel sprouts were to undercooked. I ordered coffee and we ordered dessert. I was almost finished with the coffee before the dessert came and had to wait even longer for more coffee. It wasn't even busy where we were seated so I don't know what took so long.
We went for a girl's dinner & Restaurant Week! 2 of us had $2018 Specials & LOVED Them! The Crab Dip was Awesome, all 4 of us got to try it & everyone agreed it was very good or better :) 1 had a House Burger & said it was really Good, besides Huge. 2 of us had Salmon w/ scallop :) Wonderful! & 1 had the Porterhouse & 2 of us agreed to return & try the $85 Porterhouse Dinner for 2!
2 Desserts were ordered & WELL worth the sinful calories & the portion size of desserts equaled a dessert for 2 @ single size prices!
Although we made reservations we did have to wait 20 minutes for the table.
I submitted an reservation early Monday for Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the room looked and how they were able to accommodate so many of us (23) on short notice.
The atmosphere and view are also a plus.
Celebrated my retirement with a dinner party in one of the private rooms. Everything was delicious, service was great, and nice choices for all the guests. It was a beautiful summer night, so we enjoyed cocktails on the terrace overlooking the Niagara River. Will definitely return throughout the year!

it would be completely perfect if there were no flies in the dining area. But overall is a good place to go for a legit dinner.

We met another couple who wanted to try the place and we had been there before. We first arrived and had drinks at the bar. Barbacks were very attentive and friendly. There was a wedding going on so there was a lot of commotion but we were never ignored. When our friends arrived we were seated outside, which I requested at the time of the reservation, depending on the weather. It was a warm July day/evening but the patio was perfect w/ the breeze from the river. Our server was very accommodating and provided answers to all our menu questions. Appetizers arrived in a reasonable amount of time. And then....it took forever for our food. Our server came to tell us that there was a mistake on our ticket in the kitchen and our food would be delayed. She offered us a drink or salad at no charge while we waited. I said I'd like the salad and my husband asked for another beer. Our friends did not take her up on the offer. When our food finally arrived, it was very very good. Our friend ordered a steak cooked "Pittsburgh rare", unfortunately it was only done medium well. He didn't want to send it back since it took so long to get it in the first place, so he tolerated it. He said it tasted very good but if they are going to offer Pittsburgh rare, then .... and upon getting our bill, we were charged for the "on the house" beer. So all in all, it was a nice evening with a few mix ups.

Prices were high ,but service was great. Maybe better priced lunch specials would have made it better.

Mother's day brunch. Made reservations but still waited 30mins. They were swamped and not properly staffed. My waitress Erica was amazing and turned our experience around.
Visited this restaurant for the first time during local restaurant week. While the food was average, the service needs a lot of work. The wait time to receive a beverage and in between courses was long, too long in fact! Of the 6 tables in the room, 3 sent food back as other restaurant guests claimed their dishes were not made to their requests.
Server seemed overwhelmed but very sweet. My food was amazing! My husband had the pork and the portion was a bit underwhelming. Will definitely try again though!
The food was absolutely top rate. We had tostadas and fried cauliflower for appetizers, presented and prepared nicely. However, there was no goat cheese in my goat cheese salad. Next was pork tenderloin with a coffee rub,delicious,but 3 tiny pieces. It was served with parsnip puree, about 2 tablespoons. It was complemented with 4 stalks of asparagus beautifully grilled. Fof dessert, we were 3 bite size pieces, okay. If this hadn't been restaurant week, portion size would have been too small.
Service needs great improvement. Our maitre'd refused to change our seat, it was never occupied. Our water bearer just came, poured water and left, no smile, no nothing. Our wine was delivered after the app and salad. I heard servers applogize to us and the 5 table around us. Their demeanor and timing need a lot of improvement.
Went for Restaurant week special. Four course meal, three of party of five tried different entree and apps. Not a huge amount of food for each course, but for average eater, I brought home half my entree. We all enjoyed our meals, each part of them. The two that ordered off menu had different burger plates, both were satisfied, both men were full! Average prices for burger plates. Two flights of dessert, three samples per plate, were shared by all five diners and enjoyed by each of us. Coffee after dinner was very good and hot, impressed as they were busy.
Not sure if I would pay full price for the entree I ordered which is usually about $10 more. All very good quality food and service was very good.
We went to Parkway Prime for Spring 2018 Restaurant Week. For this reason, it was very busy. The service was a slow-to-good pace. Our server didn't have time to check on us during dinner and we had to ask for our desserts when we were asked if we wanted one check or three. But in their defense, as I said it was busy and everyone was expo-ing everyone else's food. All in all it was a very nice meal. The special offerings were varied and very tasfully cooked. Everything was delicious and we want to return to sample the regular menu. Plus the value for restaurant week was exceptional for this establishment.
Food was good. They seemed to be short staffed as far as waiters and waitresses. We had to wait a good amount of time to order and also to receive our food. the food was pretty good.
Food was great and a lot for the 20.18 restaurant week special .. only gave service a 3 because they were short staffed and disorganized our server seemed overwhelmed .. took 20 min before anyone came to take our drink order and things came out slow .. they quickly called in staff and tried to get things cleared up but saw one couple get up and leave as they were repeatedly skipped over by our server just to even get drinks
Marisa,our server was excellent. We visited this restaurant for restaurant week. She offered suggestions and noted that some items were new for the summer menu. We were given generous portions and a dessert plate with three desserts. Beautiful view.
The food was excellent once it was served. On a not busy evening, there were 30 to 45 minutes between the serving of each course. The coffee we ordered with dessert never arrived at all.
Given the high quality of our dinner, it is disappointing to have to leave unkind remarks about the restaurant because of the slow service.
Came here for restaurant week April 2018. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The food was fantastic and the ambiance was awesome. My wife had the salmon and I had the smoker’s plate. We had such a good time that we booked reservations for brunch party after our daughter’s college graduation. We’re very much looking forward to coming back!
The ambience was fantastic and so was the view. Our server Marissa was Great! It was definitely worth the trip.
Overall my experience was great. Food was excellent. Steak and lobster was the best I’ve had in along time and was cheap compared to other restaurants. Steak was so tender I could cut it with a fork and lobster was 10oz and very well priced. Atmosphere was really nice. I would like to come back in summer time so I could enjoy the out door patio. Service was great. This restaurant is a diamond in the rough.

For my moms 90th birthday we decided to do brunch here. It was explained when we made the reservations. They put us in a room separate from the breakfast buffet, at the furthest table. Even though we had all looked forward to the buffet, we opted to order off the menu. Our server was new, and obviously Ill prepared to handle 8 people. Food was forgotten, orders were wrong. I do not fault the server, he was trying hard. The quality of the food was disappointing, especially since we had selected the restaurant based on a very good dinner experience we had there a couple weeks prior.
My brother complained to the mgr multiple times. To his credit, he adjusted our bill generously. However, it was not enough to make up for a ruined meal. We will not return
