My family and I went to Parkside for Mother’s Day for brunch. It was a great dining experience. Delicious food and helpful customer service. We will be back again soon!
Everyone had a delicious brunch; prime rib bowl, short rib benedict’s, chicken and waffles. All excellent! Love the horseradish hollandaise. Waitress was super nice and efficient.
Great place for brunch! Mimosa flights and build your own bloody marys were delicious.
Amazing food love the atmosphere! Would deff bring my friends here when they visit.
Had the shrimp and grits! Fairly decent
Our server was so friendly and helpful with making menu suggestions. We both enjoyed our meal, felt very safe from all the precautions that were taken and we hope to return again!!
Great friendly service!
Had a great time at Parkside. The restaurant was busy but very clean and our reservation was ready when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and food came out in a timely manner. The baked pretzel was fabulous and everyone at the table loved it. I really enjoyed the steakhouse salad.
The service was awful, our waitress barely came to our table, forgot our drink orders, and the food was not good. I had the parkside burger with a gluten-free bun, and it melted into the meat.
Great little place. Burgers were very good. Bacon wrapped dates were excellent. Good quick service.
Went to cheer on my daughters boyfriend who participated in Parkside’s Reaper Challenge. Live music, great food, great service.....what more could you ask for.
Everything was perfect. Our server, Stephanie was great and the food was perfect. We were very happy with the entire experience.
We went for brunch on Easter Sunday and Parkside did not disappoint!! Food was delicious and our server was awesome!
Order the fish and chips. Skip the prime rib for dinner. This is pub food, not a gastro-pub.
Shrimp & grits were awesome
Food is amazing .. service is fantastic.. quick and attentive
It was amazing ...my new favorite place! Will definitely be there again this weekend for brunch
Amazing food and even better ambiance!
Food was amazing! Price was good. Enjoyable experience. Somewhat noisy but not a deterrent.
Our waitress was extremely high
We enjoyed brunch at Parkside - they have a really nice specialty brunch cocktail that was fabulous, and their deviled eggs were great! I ordered shrimp and grits (a touch heavy on the fat, but otherwise very tasty), and my friend ordered the fruit and kale salad with salmon on top (excellent). We did have to wait a bit to get in, but once we were in, service was friendly and quick
Parkside has been busy! Of course that’s always good to see because you know the food/service is going to be amazing. But the downside is having to wait even though you’ve made reservations. These last two visits we have had to wait 15/20 mins for a table we have reserved for. Other than that the food and the service was great!
Chicken and waffles the best
The food is good and unique which I love, the only issue is that they don't have their menu up to do date and offered things that weren't on the menu and had things on the menu that they don't offer.
My review is based on the fact that I never got the chance to sit down . The restaurant was packed. Wayyy beyond compacity. Wayyy too risky for my comfort level. Now I am not one of those people who can not be in a building with others at all. I am just saying that for the small amount of space they have, it was tight in there. I love the food which is why I came back. But this was a risky experience.
Delicious food and several vegan Options. It was our first time there and we will definitely come back!
Nice hip place. Plates are reasonably priced. A little loud inside, other than that cool and lively ambiance.
Great service. Great food. But if we are being honest, $15 for a glass of mid-range red wine that honestly couldn’t have been 3 ounces just doesn’t feel good. A great seared salmon, two sides, and a salad for $17. The waiter didn’t respond to our comment our the small pours. This wouldn’t keep me from going back as overall it was very good, but you know that feeling you get when a really small pour is put in front of you.
One of the best places to eat in raleigh
Great place for dinner, only wish they had not run out of the prime rib.
First of all, it was absolutely packed. They are definitely not adhering to coronavirus guidelines. On a related note, our waitress came to us in the middle of our second course to tell us that another reservation was booked for our table and they had arrived. Mind you, WE had a reservation and we were only halfway through our dinner! Then she came over a few minutes later to say nevermind and that she had made a mistake. Second, the food itself really wasn’t anything great. The broccoli was absolutely drowning in salt and the meal was subpar. The only redeeming quality was the dessert.
Awesome service, attentive staff. Food was a little salty for my taste but was delicious. We were seated next to a large party, group of friends, that were noisy until they got their food. But, other than that it was a very nice experience and I would go again.
Had a lovely lunch last week at Parkside. Food was really good...salads were very fresh and filling. Waitstaff was terrific...very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will go back soon.
At no fault of the restaurant, the parking is tough and similar to NYC street parking. Most of my party had the Chicken n Waffles brunch special and sadly, no one enjoyed their meal. But everything else coming from the kitchen looked amazing.
This is a great go-to for anything from light drinks, a daytime football watch spot, brunch or dinner. Brunch is always busy, but not in a way that's off-putting. The overall ambience is casual and lends itself to a group gathering rather than anything all that intimate.
Food is good and the folks who serve you are always down-home friendly.
A strong recommendation for the downtown Raleigh resident or visitor.
Our second time going and we got the same waitress and she remembered us too! It was a great time!
Great experience! Food and Service were excellent and we will be back!
You MUST get the pretzel! Absolutely delicious and a meal within itself. And to balance it out, might I suggest the Fruit Power Bowl. Super FRESH fruits and veggies and be sure to get the Lemon Oil dressing. It is absolutely fabulous!
Great food and great service!
An awesome place to sit down, relax and eat amazing food.
