The food was ok. We arrived at peak of lunch so I guess kitchen was busy. The wait for a wrap and alas was close to thirty minutes.
Food was good service was terrible from our waiter. Never said hello or cared to say anything beyond one sentence. Maybe he was having a bad day. Still would have been nice to receive a simple thank you for coming in after our table spent over 250 and received a 25% tip despite the lack of service. I’d rather spend an extra 50- 75 bucks and go to Gibson’s, Morton’s, or capital grille to receive great service
a little disappointed tried to get a reservation at 3:30 and open table showed only 2:45 or 3:00 available
made the 3:00 time however when we got to the restaurant it was empty with many tables open
guests did not start coming in until after 4:30
We obviously had a reservation, but it took them 15 minutes to seat us. They wanted to put at a table 4 feet front the front door. We asked for a different table and were told that other open tables were for reservations. We reminded them that we had made reservations and were seated.
Server was attentive and friendly. Food was plentiful, but average at best.
There are other close better options.
My first experience at Park Tavern was not that great. We decided to try it again during restaurant week. The menu was appetizing. The food was delicious. The service was slow as it was during my last visit. Overall, I would go back for the food.
Grilled chicken was so dry on my salad that I literally choked on it.
Ordered the veggie breakfast sandwich. It was not very memorable. There is a reason the mimosa are $2.00 during brunch. It’s all OJ not much sparkling wine.
The food was very average. I had a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and it was good, the fries that came with, however, were not good. There were fries that were over cooked and on the same plate there were fries that were undercooked. We had cheese curds for an appetizer and those were pretty good. After the tip, the total for 2 of us with no alcohol was $55. I think that’s a bit much for a cheeseburger, chicken club, a coke, and cheese curds. Just an average bar. There’s nothing about this place that screams “come back!”, so we probably won’t if we are in the area again.
Nice decor and upbeat atmosphere. Service was slow to non-existent. Food was alright but not memorable
Server was not very attentive and got our order wrong. The whitefish entree was minuscule, absolutely and totally dissapointing.
Fine overall. The restaurant is very noisy and upper level not open, which could have made experience better.
Park Tavern is one of my favorite places in the Rosemont area. Fun atmosphere, great food!
We went to Park Tavern before the Brad Paisley concert at All-State Area. Rez. for 5:15 which was perfect for a 7pm show. We loved the food we ordered, Chicken Street Tacos and the Chicken Club. Both super-yummy! Great beer choices. Loud, but manageable. Lots of TV's to watch the Olympics. Service was fast and pretty friendly. We were happy and plan to go back!
It was a great night. The food was excellent and our server was wonderful. Talked to us about the specials and the pace of the food coming out of the kitchen was perfect.
When I arrived I spoke with the hostess and she was very rude and unfriendly. I tried to speak with her regarding my reservation and she talked down to me informing me I was wrong and the website I had made my reservation did inform me of the reservation policy.
Nice atmosphere & close to entertainment area. Great beer selection & food was very good. Good service too.
Really enjoyed our dinner last Friday night. Great atmosphere and the service was exceptional. Our food and drinks were all served promptly and tasted great. It was a little loud, but you would expect that on a Friday night!
Service was horrible
Had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The foot long grilled cheese and bacon jalapeño Mac is by far what you should order.
Great place to go before an event in Rosemont. Food was great, extensive beer list and excellent Bloody Mary!
Fries were overcooked and Brussel sprouts were undercooked.
My favorite restaurant to go to in Rosemont. Food is great. Creative touches on old favorites. Their Mac and Cheese is outstanding. Definitely recommend for a business lunch or casual dinner.
We went here before a show at zanies. Very convenient but nothing special. Food was average. Lots of fried options. Probably won't be back.
Had a little of a wait but not long. They seated us before entire party was there which is nice. We were upstairs so the bartender was our waiter so service was fairly slow he just needed more help since it was a Saturday night. Food was good.
Good place to eat. They had a nice variety to their menu. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. If you're in the area and looking for a place to grab lunch or dinner with friends, this is the place.
Ordered the loaded tots, hummus platter, and cheeseburger sliders - loved them all. We were seated upstairs at the bar, and the bartenders were very attentive and provided great service. Good vibe. This place never disappoints - definitely the best restaurant in the Entertainment District.
The food was great but the service was not good. We asked for a highchair and they put us at a high top table. When we told them that we could not have a baby at a high top they seemed annoyed. Once seated the service was not any better. The service was slow and he just seemed annoyed towards all of his tables around. It was not a welcoming environment.
Food was ok service was awful. Our waitress hardly came to our table. I would not go back.
Good drinks, good food and good service! The sangria was really good. So was the jalapeño mac and cheese.
The Park Tavern was good. If we were to go there again it would be more for a snack and drinks vs a special dinner. The steak was tough and the waitress a bit pushy when we just wanted to relax before dinner. The staff delivering the food and clearing the tables were very attentive and pleasant. Overall a nice place.
Everything was good except they got one meal wrong and didn’t put a rush on it.
Great food, mediocre service -- my water glass was never refilled.
Everything was amazing but our food was boarder line warm not close to hot, we sat upstairs so old if that had something to do with the warmth of our food or not??? I would give it a second chance since everything was amazing other then the temperature of our food!!!
We went to Park Tavern before a tribute concert at the Rosemont Theater. It was lively and the food was very good.
Convenient for Zainie's and that area. Food was very good, but not what I would call a great value.
Great selection of food and drinks. Restaurant turns into bar around 10pm.
Good food, good service nice ambiance
We showed up 5 minutes before our reservation and wanted to watch a hawks game. No wait. A tv was visible. Food was awesome and extremely fast for the size of the crowd. The staff hustled
Food is terrible. Everything tastes frozen. I had shrimp and lobster tacos. It was all frozen and deep fried. My husband has the tuna and it was flavorless. It is simple bar food. Would not return.
