   My waffle was literally burned black. So, they flipped it over on the plate. :( I added a note to the bottom of my reservation requesting an outdoor table. They said they didn't receive the request portion and seated us almost the the back doorway to the bathroom/shopping hallway. The other ladies in my party had good food. Nothing spectacular but the bottomless mamosas for $14 made everything a bit better.

   Received 1 star for food and value categories as I could not put NA, since our stay was very short and we did not sample the food. We made the reservation to celebrate my birthday. I have certain dietary restrictions, and selected this restaurant for the evening based on the menu attached to their OpenTable page, expecting that I would have several things to choose from that I could eat. Upon arrival, the menu was totally different than posted (and the posted menu was not a "sample" or "subject to seasonal changes"). We were informed that none of the items I had pre-selected were available. Further, the menu listed that they "decline substitutions and modifications". I certainly do not expect a separately or specially made meal, but generally try to select a main dish that can be prepared with sauce on the side, and replace sides/garnishes with plain vegetables, but considering the out-of-date menu and the phrase on the current menu, we decided to leave to find another restaurant. This was a very frustrating experience considering that it was a special occasion and I had "researched" the menu before going. I do want to note that our server was very polite and attentive, although he was not able to accommodate any requests.

   Dined here for Valentine's Day. Made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival, was standing outside for 15 minutes and was asked by 3 different employees if I had a reservation. We were finally given a table in the back of the restaurant which was basically a hallway of other shops. The ambiance was not the one I reserved online. We waited about 40 minutes for our food with nobody checking on us. The food had good taste and flavor, but tasted as if it was sitting for 15 minutes ready to serve. Overall, food had potential, but service seemed to be lacking.

   Service was terrible, food was good but cold, had to file a fraud dispute with my bank because it seems someone gave themselves a little extra tip on the final total of the check. I will never eat here again as we were treated so poorly.

   We gave it a shot despite terrible reviews regarding service. We shouldn't have. We are not the type of people to complain- as we've both been in the service industry before and completely understand how crazy things can get sometimes- but this was ridiculous. We arrived to a hostess non-eager to seat several couples who were standing in line (all who had reservations)...so we sat at the bar, ordered a drink and told the bartender about our reservation. Enough time passed for us to order an appetizer and have it delivered before we finally asked the manager for an update on our table. He admitted that he'd "completely forgotten about us", and then sat us (45 minutes after our reservation time). Still, we were happy to finally be at a table, and were ready to order, but were unable to do so because the manager apparently neglected to assign any of his (limited) wait staff to our table. We asked a server in passing if we could give her our order, but she simply said, "Ummmm who's your server?" and basically told us no. The bartender then had to leave the bar to come take our drink order, and the manager ended up taking our food order, but by that time, we'd felt completely neglected and ignored. Even with all of this, we remained polite and understanding...until our food came out a half hour later...and it was cold. We hated to have to report yet another mess-up on their end, but it clearly didn't phase them, because the server we told (in passing again) didn't offer to do anything about it. She didn't even offer to warm it up. I don't know if this was a result of poor training, being under-staffed, or just a plain lack of consideration for their guests...but this was an awful experience, and we will not be back.

   Place set in the heart of a scenic part of WP. Was there for Valentines day, which wasn't that busy and waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. After this long, the center cut steak came severely undercooked. Medium well ordered temp was more of medium rare with the steak being burnt. The snapper was just ok, but bland. Would not return again.

   The service staff were very friendly and attentive. It was easy to get a reservation for my choice of seating. The food was good. Pre-mixed OJ and champagne for bottomless mimosas was a good value but tasted somewhat flat. All-in-all was a nice brunch and I will go back.
