   Park Row is definitely an amazing experience. I felt that they worked with the theme sympathetically instead of making it tacky like some other themed places. The setting is a beautifully designed Art Deco inspired underground dining area, with an entrance that began your experience with an epic start. The food was incredible, all with a lot of theatre and presented brilliantly. Along with the food there was a section of snacks called the amusement mile, I would highly recommend these for a bit of fun. We had the nitro popcorn which was a lot of fun, giving us all dragon breath for a second or two. The whole evening was perfect, even the waiters and staff members were so attentive, and made sure we had a great evening by checking up on us and explain gin the stories of each dish. Overall this was a wonderful experience that is worth a visit for everyone at least once in their life!

   Good but shocked to see that people wearing very casual attire were allowed in. The restaurant states smart casual but we saw numerous people with backpacks / shorts / sports trainers which completely takes away from the ambience. Luckily I went there for a meal with a friend, but almost booked it previously for a business dinner.

    So good, surprised my best friend here for her birthday and it was so good. All the detailing makes it amazing, the menu is good, thoroughly worth the price. Cocktails were generous and all the themed attachments make it so extra!! Love it

    The venue is cool, but not obviously batman related. The food is OK. We had the roast, and while the meat was delish the roast potatoes looked and tasted like they'd been cooked a few hours ago, and heated back up. They were tough to eat. The service was the worst, with not very attentive staff who kept of forgetting parts of our order.

    I am a huge Batman fan so me and my friend opted to lunch here after discovering it online. I was not disappointed, it was a beautiful restaurant with lovely little hints and Batman reminders, from the menu to the decor. The service was exceptional and we were checked on regularly. We went at a quiet time but I can imagine later in the day it will be lively. The food was lovely, although probably a little on the pricey side for an occasion it is perfect. I would return for a bigger event or special occasion and a later time.

    The previous menu is miles better than the revised one. Having two fish options and the removal of the beef cheek doesn’t give customers a lot of choice. Nonetheless, the starters were superb as usual. Ambience was a bit dead for a Saturday. Not a lot going on and the jazz band wasn’t in.

    Amazing ambience, incredible evening and lovely staff. The only thing which was poor was the mash potato which unfortunately was not taken off our bill even though we didn’t eat any because it was cold and tasteless. Apart from that the food was divine and the steak was incredible and I cannot wait to return. However, we did find it bizarre and off putting that some people were wearing sports wear. Although on the website the dress code is stated as smart casual. It’s a bit strange as half the guests are dressed immaculately then some are wearing hoodies, hats, jumpers, Nike trainers and tracksuits. That is the only thing which would possibly stop me from coming back. ( as seen in photos)

    Food and service were fantastic, beautiful decor and atmosphere with lots of subtle references. Live musician was a nice addition. Slight mix up with a drink order but otherwise no complaints. Tiramisu was divine.

    Really classy but had a lot of fun nods and references to the Batman world. Service staff were energetic, fun, and very friendly. Really enjoyed the 'performance' aspect of some of the dishes and drinks. Food was incredible - portion sizes seem a little small but they're very filling. Came for a birthday and the birthday person even got a fun little treat on the side, free of charge. And there was a mixture of live music and atmospheric stereo music, so we could still hear each other. The only thing that wasn't five stars is that the cocktails were very expensive but very small. Would 100% come again!

    The overall experience of Park Row is fantastic and it offers so much especially to the people who love Batman. It is obviously extremely popular. The food was great the only area I felt let down by Park Row was the service, when arriving at the basement following our decent into Gotham and after announcing we had a reservation there was no real welcoming by the staff or explanation of the venue, having never been before I felt this poor especially with the venues unique take on dining, we where essentially just plonked in seats. That aside though it was very good food and nice overall experience and would recommend to others to try.

    Really enjoyed our evening although we had hoped they’d acknowledge son’s 18th bday (we told them when we booked) but nothing, despite other bday ‘offerings’ on other tables. We had also expected more interactive content than there was. Great atmos though, enjoyed live band and good was very good albeit pricey

    Took my partner for her birthday and she loved everything apart from the potato lobster starter we had, it was okay compare to the rest. Fish dish were good, desserts had a good theatrical show (freezing rose petals). Overall I will recommend the place and we'll be going again!

    My friend and I attended for birthday celebrations, dinner and drinks. The atmosphere and decor is great; the staff were all really efficient, friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the food and the quirky little twists to some of the dishes and drinks. My friend even got a special little birthday dessert brought out, which was a nice touch to make our experience more personal. It was a relaxed atmosphere with great live music (recorded music before the band was also really good), lovely food and drink and good value for money. You have the option of a set menu before 6:30pm which makes it even better value. Will definitely be visiting again and can thoroughly recommend.

    Great venue and loved the originality. The staff were attentive and friendly but I’m not sure it warranted a 15% service charge on the bill. The thing that was disappointing was the food which was ok but very small portion sizes and the quality was very average. (For reference we had two small drinks and the two course set menu which was £29 each and the bill still came to over £100). I wouldn’t mind paying that much, but would expect the food to be really nice, not average. Similarly with the drinks, I paid for a £13 cocktail which was nice but came in the smallest glass so I had to take tiny sips to make it worth it. I would go again, but only for drinks at the bar.
