A little overpriced, but to be expected in the heart of Millenium Park and literally located under Cloud Gate/The Bean. Interesting, eclectic menu.

Great place to meet friends and celebrate a birthday!
One of our main goals this trip to Chicago was to go to the park and see the bean. When we started looking for restaurants and found this one located under the bean. Perfect location! Our server was absolutely delightful and all the food was great.
The food was quite delicious, the service was excellent. the decor needs some updating that is why it's not all stars, but I understand they are selling so that's why.
Excellent location re Millenieum Park; food quality fine, service good. But location is best
Very noisy, food totally fair, service (no comment) Haven't been there in several years--now I remember why
Dinning al fresco on a delightful night could not have been better. The menu is varied, interesting and delicious.
Location, Location, Location! Park Grill is a great spot for enjoying Millennium Park. Food is better than average. Full sun for outdoor dinner seating caused us to sit inside. Expect a long wait for the restrooms. Only 2 and always a line.
Very good food and wait staff. however, be wary: when you reserve under open table, they seemingly can't find your name when your guests arrive. I was VERY careful to let the hostess know that i had customers arriving after me. She was busy assisting other guests when my guests arrived, and her colleague TOLD THEM I WAS NOT THERE. Um, no. Just no. My name was in the open table system and there is NO reason my name could not be not found. Also, how DARE you tell my guests I am not there---YOU DID NOT EVEN LOOK! I could see the hostess from where i was sitting. No one looked over in my direction. I could see my customers looking concerned, and looking at their phones, so I stood up and waved my arms and called their names (sorry for shouting). How embarrassing for me to have to do this. If you reserve, and sit and wait for your guests, sit next to the door so you can't miss them---and don't go to the restroom while you are waiting because they will be told you are not there--and apparently that you don't even have a reservation. This is so basic. When guests arrive and say "we are meeting Tina Smith"--for the love of GOD--find Tina Smith! Look at your computer, LOOK at the room--don't EVER say "she's not here". Ask them to wait and FIND Tina Smith. Just embarrassing for me! I think for business dinners, i will book elsewhere.
The waitstaff were so patient with our great nephews who are little and had had a long day. It was a nice place to have conversation and catch up with family. And the lobster roll was delicious.
Great food- great backdrop- right at Millennium Park. Wonderful service. We go there every time we visit Chicago (& we sit outside on the patio for wonderful people watching).
We were treated so nice! Thank you Diego and Omar for the fantastic service and making us feel so welcome! The burgers were yummy. We will be back soon😀.
The grilled octopus was tasty but very tough.
Main dishes were fine.
Choose this place because of the great reviews and its location. First turn off was the somewhat sticky chairs and table. My cocktail took a long time to get. We were still finishing up our appetizers when our main entrees came out. The ones that ordered the fish tacos said that they were very greasy and lacked flavour. The waiter never came to ask how our meals were. When we were finished we were given our bill and left looking at our finished plates of food. No attempt was made to clear the table. I paid with cash and was told that it would take a while to get the change. All I said is that I want $40 back and that was a problem?? We finally were able to leave, still without our table being cleared. After reading the great reviews this certainly wasn’t the level of service I was expecting. My overall impression was mediocre at best. It was our first night in the city and it was a let down. To be fair, it wasn’t all bad. I had the salmon poke and it was good as was my Juniper Berry cocktail. The fried cheese curds were really good, especially when dipped in the cheese sauce that came with our guacamole and chips app.
Yes the location was great the food was good, but I think a little over priced and our service was not the greatest
While the location is fabulous and the food is good, they are consistently understaffed. Waitstaff are pleasant and attentive as they can be, but we waited 15 minutes after being seated for anyone to approach our table. At one point, we got up and refilled our own water glasses. Drinks, once ordered, took 20 minutes to arrive. If you're not in any kind of hurry and not terribly hungry or thirsty, it's a lovely spot.
As always the staff is quite friendly and the service is good. Food is good, although the cultural mile salad has been renamed and is smaller and not quite as good as I remember. Love the dressing. My friend had the chopped salad and said she would have it everyday!!
We needed a place to eat after a Grant Park Orchestra concert. The Park Grill proved perfect. It is open late on a week night, and it is adjacent to the concert venue, the Pritzker Pavilion -- a five minute walk. And best of all, the food is excellent. One of us follows a heart healthy diet, one loves casual burgers, and I like vegetables. The menu is carefully curated to provide plenty of choices for many tastes.
I highly recommend this place.
We dined late in the afternoon and found a beautiful and quiet place to have late lunch and talk with a beautiful park view . Staff was very nice and the menu is great for lunch
The service was not as good as the food, but I will go back.
Good food and good service for our dinner before a concert.
The service was slow, but the waitress was friendly and earnest.
Crab cakes where delicious! It was the perfect ambience for lunch outdoors.
Food was really good and staff were very helpful! There was no other customers there which made it much less energetic than expected but that was the only downside. Chances are that was only because it was late Sunday evening.
Hannah was an amazing server. Very attentive and great recommendations. Thank you!!
Good food. Good service. Good people watching from our outside table
This restaurant needs an upgrade. First, the line for the two small restrooms is horrendous. And the restrooms are dirty, paper scattered everywhere.
The food took some time to come and was not great. Cauliflower was way overspiced, crab cake was OK.
Service poor, took some time to even get served even though the place was almost empty. And then time for our food and the bill took way too long.
I would not return to this restaurant.
A good location for concerts at the park, but just not good value and not a good dining experience.
They gave us a free appetizer since we were there for a bachelorette party which was super nice of them to do. Food was decent but service was great!
Beautiful patio on a sunny afternoon, excellent service, chef very accommodating to food preferences.
Fun, energetic dining before or after the Millennium Park concerts. Very nice and varied menu. Good service, friendly. Good food, served well.
Excellent service - our waitperson was very attentive and knowledgeable (my wife is GF, and Nash fully appreciated how her food had to be prepared); the food was outstanding - one of the best meals we've had in Chicago (and we've dined at most of the top restaurants). Highly recommended1
Food was better than I expected for a restaurant in this location. It was great for a party of 10. And a few of the desserts were wonderful (pear crisp, mango sorbet).
My friends and I fell ill immediately after eating at the Park Grill.
The calamari was good but the Park Grill salad tasted bland or seemingly had barely any dressing. However, the service was - our waiter was fairly attentive and the ambience was great for a business meeting.
Our food and service was fantastic. We had made reservations for 4 but had an unexpected 5th person join our group at the last minute. Unfortunately, we were told they only had tables that seat four so they pulled up a chair and two of us shared a corner. Other than the uncomfortable seating everything was fabulous
The absolute best service from the staff and manager at Park Grill.Dined at this restaurant with my relatives and was greeted by Irvine, one of the waiters who was so very friendly and welcoming that we eventually went back another day.We met Marshall, the manager who sent us a complimentary appertizer and even checked on us before we left.I would highly recommend this place.
The food was great, and we enjoyed our outdoor table. Hope Guly recommend it!
The location is stellar, but the food disappoints. Our server was very nice and accommodating.
I ordered the lobster roll and was so terribly disappointed. The flavor that might have existed in the lobster was totally overpowered by the sun-dried tomatoes and heavy seasoning. It simply wasn’t worth the money. I also had a coffee with dessert and was again disappointed that it wasn’t LaVazza or other premium fresh roast, but instead tasted like an average Run of the mill Donut shop coffee from Keurig. Not bad, just not what I expected.
Great location and excellent service
